The receptionist and security was not nice. Slow lift, better take the stairs. The bedcover and the sheets was lil bit dirty. Overall the room was nice but the service are a no for me. Hope it will get better soon and next time

The receptionist is not friendly. And the security asked me for an extra parking fee in a not polite way, It felt like he was robbing me. he glared at me with impolite words. He has no ethics. I thought he was not a security but "preman lokal"

Nice experience with nice price. The room is quite spacious and the design is very beautiful, with the industrial style. Overall the room is quite clean, but maybe the staff forgot to take the used towel from the customer before 😌. It feels safe so I recommend it for female solo traveler like me. Oh one thing I’m afraid is the elevator, it needs to be fixed soon.

“Affordable and quite comfortable ” The location is very easy to find. Check in is easy. They ask deposit 100k. The lift is very slow. I prefer taking the stairs. The parking area is wide. The room is spacious. There are some bulb that not working. The towel is too thin. AC is cool. Amenities are good. Toilet is clean. Water heater is working. You get 2 bottle mineral water. WiFi is slow. TV channel only few that works. Nearby there are so many food stall and mall just by walking.

It provides a spacious room and very comfortable bed. But I'm surprised there is no kettle or drinking water machine provided. It made me very inconvenient not to have a cup of hot water to drink. Housekeeping doesn't clean the room daily unless by request.

Came here because of the flood. Took too long for the elevator to work, and the hot water shower is not working.

The service is just... hmm. The employee were nice but they were so slow catched and slow in working. It took my mom 3 times just too check in. The lift was odd too, and also the room card was a bit off too.

Rooms are not very large. Cleanliness is okay. They do not provide electric kettle and glasses. There have towels and toiletries. But towels are not clean.

Decent hotel with cheap rates. The room is spacious enough. The only problem is the lift moving slow, better take stairs.

Cheap hotel, good for solo travelers tht don't really need luxury. Low power outlets. Power would go off whnver I turn on my hair dryer. Heater only last for a short time but it worked.

Nice affordable guesthouse. The room was quite big, clean and modern and had a little balcony. The bathroom was spacious and clean. The guesthouse has an elevator so it was easy to bring luggage.
