Good generous portion(4-5 slice) for the ox tail soup. Pasta was ok too.

Went here for dinner. Ordered the Chicken Peppercorn steak for dinner with potato wedges. The potato was way too salty and I couldn’t finish it. I told the waiter abt this and they said sorry. The cassava and the mushroom truffle soup were good. Also, their service was nice (usually they are stiff about table’s availability). If only they served “normal” taste of potato wedges, I would have given an extra star. Hope they can improve.

Food is great here. The menu is Indonesian-western fusion, and it's done well. The service staff was also great. They know what they're doing and was quick to change our cutlery based on what we ordered. Price point is considered expensive, about $25 - $30 per person for a main course, a drink and a shared appetiser.

Grab a dessert and a cup of coffee after having a big lunch, Ramen. The first time I knew Union was when my ex-manager bought me their donut. Since then, I love them. That day, my husband and I decided to have a Sunday date here. We ordered Strawberry Theme pie, a cup of cappuccino, and a fresh drink (forget the name). We love it because there is always room for dessert ❤️. Not only good food they also have a good place and a friendly waitress. Hope, we can come back again soon.

We ordered espresso, my husband italian when you order espresso normally they give water in small glass. When my husband asked water (from dispenser) the waitress said only mineral water or sparkling water we can get in the same words mean we have to pay. For us not about the money, but that’s wrong because only small glass of water after drink espresso not bottle of water because we are thirsty or after we have our meals. Want make a profit just for water??? Seems not right and not professional services for popular famous cafe like union.

Union always best for cakes. Slice or whole cake. And this branch in senayan city good and easy to find it.

Nice place to eat & drink.. I am lactose intolerant so I couldn’t eat any cake from here.. But if I could, I think Pandan Coconut cake is quite interesting.

It is casual and yet upscale, a great place to hangouts.Tried their signature red velvet which is super yum ,pasta mushroom tagliatelle so good ,delisioso its bring back the memory when You eat pasta in Italy,strawberry juice is fresh,es kopi local taste like ordinary ice coffee nothing special,during my visit I’m on waiting list for about an hour,do make reservation before so You wont experience to wait for too long .Staff is helpfull.This throughout store is following health protocols.

come to union only just to taste their new dessert menu! mango sticky rice pie and it was delicious. not too sweet and very light. love the sticky rice and sweet mango. love the foam on top, everything just blends together nicely 1000/10. tia maria tiramisu is one of my fav dessert here, always repeat orders and never disappointed.

I recommend you to try their Escargot! The staffs were nice and informative, they told us that their Velvet Cakes contains Rum. We have a great experience here!

Lovely cakes! They even added cheese variation for their famous red velvet. Their coffee tasted awesome as always. And we tried their singkong soto which was awesome, crispy outside fluffy inside great soto seasoning. Never disappointed with the food and beverage served by the Union group. However I don’t know why when we came to this one, the service was not as warm as other branches of their group.

First timer going to union and I visited one in Senayan City. The service was great. It was a Saturday afternoon so the place was full and we had to wait for a table. What I like is, when we register for waiting list, they asked for our phone number and actually called us when there's table available (some places will ask for your number but tell you they won't call, so maybe something to consider). I only ordered escargot to share and their famous coffee. The escargot was soooooo good I'm hooked. The ambience and whole vibe was classy except the mug for the coffee (it was tin green and white and somehow I feel just doesn't go with the rest of the interior and utensils~maybe because they're famous for their people's coffee). If you drink alcohol, they have some options for that. Plus, they always have happy hour from around 3-6 pm where you can buy 1 get 1 cocktails (the cocktails changes from time to time I learn). Oh, they also have live music on Sunday too.

I really love Union but somehow this store kinda slow for handling customer and delivery service, got disappointed but at the end i found someone who got better hospitality than the other one before

High class resto! In my opinion, we can enjoy the atmosphere here, since the place is located at luxurious mall like Plaza Senayan and others.The food taste is as the same as middle class resto and its variety of F&B are also limited.

Poor hospitality by the staff lady in black uniform that greeted us to our seat. Said that the table was booked for 17:30pm but was given to the couple that came 15 mins after us which was even before 17:00 pm. Staffs were laughing n talking which shown a really unprofessional attitude, and that was a very unpleasant ambience.

Union never fails me. From their meals, pattiseries and cake. A recommended place to hang while enjoying good food.

Great food, good place, but none of the waiters are on standby, so ordering food needs to keep calling or we always need to finding the waiters. I loves truffle chicken popcorn. The pasta is really good.

Excellent location for grabbing a quality made coffee. Located in the middle of the mall, open and spacious. Iconic located. Might be a bit to 'open' for other people. Usually i look for a coffee-only place, but i didnt bother myself that other people were having there afternoon snack/lunch. I know some other Union places and food always allright, however for the coffee they have a real machine so no fake coffee, real beans, crushed and good machine

Visited the cafe when I was in Jakarta, the cocktail drink is very special, yummy brownie with ice cream.

Mint Julep wasn't bad after all. But the star of the day was 'TIRAMISU' so shame I didn't take a proper pic. It was really mind-blowing good. Kahlúa icecrema, and the meringue compliment whole creamy velvety texture of mascapone! Don't forget to order Tiramisu!

Order their whole cake Dark Choco n stout for my friend birthday.. Try this flavor instead of red velvet coz this is the new flavor. As choco lover she like it very much. If you want to make it a gift suprise please mention not to send the info to the recipient, otherwise they will send it (the cake pict, cake flavor, the greetings) by WA to the recipient.. It's happened to me.. 😊

Tried the doughnuts and they were great as you all already know, I believe. Friendly men staffs. The girl ones are not that talkative. The location is quite okay tho it is not that spacey but surely it is comfy.

My girlfriend and I took a drink at the bar. We drank two Lychee Martinis. Drinks were sweet and low in alcohol since they seem to pour only 30ml of spirit versus the intl standard of 45ml. The bar tenders (two were working at the bar) never tried to establish any further contact - I could not even get their attention to order a second round so we decided to leave. Very sad experience - no point to visit this bar / resto again. Bring your money somewhere else!
