I went in today for a last minute appointment and my OB was out sick. Another OB Dr. Jaclyn Stevens was able to squeeze me into her schedule. She was amazing! Very informative and helpful she made me feel very comfortable and reassuring. I love how this clinic is always able to fit you in for emergencies.

Be EXTREMELY cautious when dealing with Allina Shakopee Clinic!  They have an entirely new payment system as of June 2023, they do not always submit claims even though as a medical clinic they are REQUIRED to do this!  They now send out emailed bills (or text) a week after an appointment (not submitting anything) with a due date to pay in full or set up a payment plan in a few weeks' time.  I couldn't see any information on the emailed bill that I would normally see on a paper statement showing what insurance paid.  When I called to say this didn't go through insurance and I never received any EOB or paper statements, I was told "we do not send anything.  You are not eligible, nothing we can do, and you need to call your insurance".  My insurance says "Active coverage, NO claims submitted."  When I call Allina back the following day, I am told "our system has a glitch, it was never submitted, and I do not know why the previous person did not take sure insurance information down". Also, the representative is upset telling me "She is taking calls like mine all day!" Hmmm, I wonder why! Also, Note to Patient: You can ask the clinic to turn off this email/text notifications on their end so you can just count on the paper statement and avoid all of this. ALLINA CLINIC SHAKOPEE - As a medical clinic you are 100% OBLIGATED TO SUBMIT CLAIMS ON BEHALF OF YOUR PATIENTS! Sending out emailed bills with a due date a week later without submitted anything to insurance or sending paper statements with detailed information and telling patients "You are not eligible" is absolutely wrong!  Fix your glitch, your new payment system and your customer service representatives!

I met with a doctor for a injury followup. The doctor was nice enough to extend my Short Term work leave. That is where the good part ends. Your clinic was faxed multiple times by Sedgwick. The clinic never faxed in my records after my leave was extended by the doctor. Now my leave is denied because this clinic dropped the ball. Thank you for screwing my career and pay up because your office can not send off paperwork with in a week! You should realize your screw ups have impact on peoples lives and income to support their families.

The professional organized and they're very nice to me only problem is that I don't like the person who I met today for a doctor I do recommend going to them for help I wish they didn't give me some tests that I did not need and now i go back to them in 2 week

The fact that this clinic ERASED my review is appalling. This hospital doesn’t want people to know that almost 2 years ago Dr Anna Marie Furuseth stole my fertility. I had to undergo 2 D&C and on the second one my right Fallopian tube was sucked out. Now the only way for me to get pregnant is IVF. Who has that type of money just laying around. This hospital has yet to reach out to me and try to correct their wrong. SHAME ON YOU SAINT FRANCIS. To add insult to injury you still have her employed in your clinic. You padded the comments with praise for her and deleted my comment.

Kind staff and knowledgeable doctors. Never have a super long wait. Parking lot usually has plenty of room. Watch out for Google trying to take you to the back of the building! You can’t get in back there… just drive around the corner and you’ll see the main entrance.

Great customer service and I had a professional experience. My doctor made me feel comfortable and relaxed to discuss my next steps towards my next physical.

Went here to the “GI specialists” because I had concerns of potential cancer, yet I was treated incredibly rude, condescendingly, and poorly by the doctor (Shilun David Li, MD). This gentleman blamed me without even addressing my concerns at all. He quote “would humor” me and check me out since I had “anxiety,” and to come up with a narrative to fit his view he scrolled through 20+yrs of my medical records to extract whatever random bits he could that supported his on the spot assessment of me, picking and choosing what to extract. I was in shock of how this… doctor(?) chose to speak to, and to treat me (or lack of). Its almost as if he was so arrogant that he thought he knew what I felt more than I did myself. Does he really think that I would go to a GI doctor and willingly volunteer for a Colonoscopy because I “was constipated,” and not because I believed that something was truly wrong with me? My personal recommendation is to absolutely find any other clinic in the metro area to go to besides this one for GI issues, or at minimum avoid seeing Dr. David “S” Li.

Im sitting here with one useable hand, because staff here helped me with my left hand which was severly burned by oil. Directed me to further care. Staff was attentive, i did wait 2 hours to be seen by ER doctor Rosen...but there was a long line ahead of me. Im very happy with my experience at this clinic, the end result was supreme care for my burns and referrals to a clinic who can better handle my severe injury. Also, EMT Jacob D made my experience as happy as it could be (others did too, the nurse in my room who gave me a tet shot) What a day... Im just happy i had it here with the crew on this site. Im happy with the turn out. All i can say. Thanks staff

I am very impressed and thankful to have seen Orthopedic Dr. Michael Stiller at the Allina Clinic in Shakopee. He was able to help find answers to my problem from a car accident 2 months ago after others could not. His knowledge and listening were much appreciated. He took the time to listen and explain to me what was going on and what was needed. His associate, Melissa, was also great, as well as the xray technician that day! Thank you all! I highly recommend Dr Stiller and the Allina Clinic at St Francis Orthopedic Clinic.

Both nurse and doctor were friendly, timely and professional. I felt at ease and well-cared for. Nothing was rushed. The doctor took the time to discuss my medical concerns with me.

I watched the nurse come out in lobby and ask all patients if they were there for a specific service. (Violation of our privacy and Hippa right) She goes back and comes back out yelling patients name across office. Needless to say I will be doing my due diligence to make sure this gets addressed.

Dr Pham is an excellent Podiatrist. She is very professional, listened to me & explained the procedure. Suggested a 6-week follow- up if I was still in pain. Front Desk Representative was patient, friendly, helpful - excellent person to have as you first point of contact. I waited briefly in waiting room to see Dr Pham. This visit, as my last, was a positive experience. I would highly recommend the Podiatry Department.

Everyone in our family has always received great care from staff at the Shakopee Clinic. Whatever issue you are being seen for, you will be well taken care of!

Allina Clinic Shakopee combined with St. Francis Regional is an impressive combination. Never received test results so quickly and, in this case, diagnosis of my condition was amazingly quick, which reduced stress.
