    All I can say is what a disappointment. I researched this department store before we made travel plans from the boarding state. I have never been to Nordstrom before, so I was super excited to explore this store. Also, it said they carried family Christmas pj's and homework candles by Harry Slacken. After arriving and searching the entire store, we found they didn't carry either one. Every associate we asked sent us in another direction, although they were polite.

    This was my first time ever shopping at Nordstrom‘s, I had heard a lot about it from friends and was told that you can pretty much find any thing that you need here. And they were correct, the clothing is top-of-the-line and it is really fantastic. But no one told me was that the price range here is not for the average person. But however if your budget can afford it, you can find some really beautiful clothing here. I would recommend it to anyone in that range.

    This Nordstrom location is solid! I often wonder if Nordstrom intentionally gives their stores its own style and feel. This location is different than the newer one across town. Although I prefer the newer one, I think this one is great. You can find what you need, they're always full with product and if they don't have what you need, they can get it to you because their online stock is thorough. Couple cafe's and wide selection no matter who you shop for, is available to you on a daily basis. I believe this location deals with a bit of theft, so my experience with staff were pleasant but you could tell they were focused on other things. It was obvious a group of ppl were trying to lift, I hope no one (staff) was hurt in the process.All in all, a fantastic stop for designer shopping. I'm coming back to dig deeper into their inventory

    This location has great style. The collation of the clothes was different than the usual trendy style that's going on, which I loved. It is nice that I was able to find what I needed with the perfect price. At the checkout, there were like 3 people in front of me. the process went fast and smooth.🤗 by the way, this location is located inside the mall of America.

    It’s always a good day to shop at Nordstrom. I love the new holiday decorations this year. I walked through the store on Black Friday and it was the busiest I’ve ever seen Nordstrom on Black Friday. I came back on Monday and there were less people and the sales looked to be the same. A new associate rang up my sale. She missed one detail but we got it corrected with a little help from a co-worker. Like I said, it’s always a good day to shop at Nordstrom. Thank you and happy holidays!

    Long time loyal customer ,I was reported to the credit bureau for $198 late payment ,Nordstrom did have my authorisation for automatic payment ,no idea why they reported to the bureau, I did paid in full and I don't owe a dime and I called customer service to help me to reverse the complaint but Nordstrom staff don't care ,done shopping at Nordstrom including my wife ,kids,family and friends and I will tell and share with everyone what happen.

    Since our Nordy stores closed in Canada, we dutifully visit each Nordstrom we encounter in the US. Selection was decent, though somewhat picked-through during the mid-July sale season.

    I was there yesterday night around 730Pm Shopping for a blazer/coat for a party that I have on Saturday an associate came up to me and asked me if I needed help. I said yes she took me to where they had the blazers straight to the most expensive one. I told her that I didn’t have money for that so I didn’t try it out She then proceeds to walk away and doesn’t give me any other options basically make making it seem that I couldn’t afford to be shopping there!!! Your associate could’ve done better she could’ve gave me different options. She could’ve simply asked. Hey, what’s your budget but she didn’t. She just walked away.

    I had a great time at the Nordstrom's anniversary event for members The fashion show was absolutely great however the negative is that you do not cater to plus size There was an item that I would have hoped to purchase however not catering to plus size I was not able to do The attention to detail from the staff member Stephanie was absolutely amazing The negative concerning the breakfast items was that the coffee did not remain cold Thank you for the monogrammed totes however you had a staff member working that particular programming that I did not grab her name tho she was of Asian descent she had a negative attitude Anyone working in human service knows that the consumer that the customer is correct and then if you're going to provide a service free or not it should be done with the utmost professionalism I got the feeling that this is something that Nordstrom does a lot of and the staff that you chose to have work in this event that particular day just wasn't feeling it so if it had not been for Stephanie I would not think to return and do this again If you start at 8, be prepared, be equipped, be prompt.... we should not be coming in as consumers and members to you-all prepping Lastly damn sure stop hiring police officers for this event that don't know how to smile and look like they did not want to be there and if they had to walk one foot they would pass out - do you really think the best option for this event is for the squad car to be parked on top of the pavement in front of the doors 👀

    Nordstrom does not value or respect their customers. I experienced the worst customer service in the Nordstrom in the Mall of America in Minnesota. We bought a coat on 11/24/2023. After running our bank credit card, the salesperson told us that we could open a Nordstrom credit card and receive Nordstrom points. We agreed and she said she cancelled the original transaction and applied it to the Nordstrom credit card. When we got home, we discovered that both our bank credit card and Nordstrom credit card got charged. My daughter called their customer service 11/28/2023. The manager said that there was nothing she could do and hung up on my daughter. In the afternoon, I met the manager and show her our bank statement that we were charged twice and asked her to correct it. During the 20-30 minutes talk she said many times that there’s nothing she could do. I told her if she didn’t know what to do, she should go figure out. Or I was going to talk to her manager. Because I am not paying twice for one item. Then she said that she could cancel the charge on the Nordstrom credit card, but then I don’t have a receipt for the coat. I felt this was very suspicious. So I told her to say everything again and I will record her for future evidence. She was nervous at that moment and said she could not repeat it and that we are not allowed to record. Then she said she wanted to check another computer. When she came back, she said she found the charge in the system and canceled our bank charge. I am appalled by the manager’s incompetence and ignorance. While this is such an easy problem to solve/check, she spent the first 30-40 minutes just to convince me there was nothing she could do.

    Went to Nordstrom tonight looking for cologne. A coworker of mine told me I should check out Creed because it’s worth the money and smells amazing. I went to the Creed stand and the lady standing there completely ignored me for a good 30 seconds. When I asked asked if I could get a small sample, she looked at me with this irritated look and made it feel as if it was such an inconvenience for her, or as if I was a young kid who just wants free stuff. I loved the cologne but will definitely go to a different location when I buy it. This was not customer service and does not deserve my money or business.
