This place should not be in business. I had my mom ship expensive sweaters to me from MN to CA. They not only charged her too much, they lost the package prior to USPS picking it up. They take zero accountability for their actions. I would take your business elsewhere. I didn’t even get a I am sorry from the owner Pat. She clearly needs lessons on ruining a business and she is a fraud. If the package was never scanned, it means it should still be at her store. Therefore, she stole $600 worth of sweaters from me and is refusing to pay me back. Don’t do business with this fraud. Looks like she has a history of this.

I must say that the associate helping me might have been the most pleasant person I've talked to in months. They made my returns easy they made me feel great and I will come back.

I had a poster printed here and was pleasantly surprised at the result. The print & graphics were crisp and the paper was of very nice quality; heavy and somewhat rip resistant. Great price too, about $30 using a 15% coupon found on a tracking number receipt from a previous shipment transaction.

I was returning a Amazon order which Amazon says is free returns. I was charged a $2.03 for a 12x15 Poly Mailer. VERY disappointed!

Customer service was very poor. The lady at the front desk was absolutely no help. She did not want to even look up my company’s acct # to send out rental equipment. I do not recommend using this ups. Look somewhere else.
