I
haven’t
been
to
this
Goodwill
in
a
couple
years
but
after
visiting
today
unfortunately,
I
will
never
be
back
Goodwill
used
to
be
about
just
that
Goodwill.
Goodwill
industries
has
shifted
its
focus
from
people
to
profit
in
the
past
decade
with
an
online
auction
site
where
they
cherry
pick
the
best
donated
items
which
often
sell
for
more
than
retail
the
prices
and
the
in-store
items
prices
are
sky
high.
But
what’s
with
the
rude
aggressive
security?
My
family
and
I
were
followed
around
the
store
on
the
main
floor
and
upstairs
by
an
aggressive,
security
guard
that
seem
to
be
utilizing
this
tactic
throughout
the
store
with
customers.
We
purchased
items
feeling
very
uncomfortable
about
the
way
we
were
being
scrutinized
,
On
our
way
out
the
door
I
stopped
to
speak
to
a
lady
who
let
my
daughter
and
I
go
in
front
of
her
so
that
my
nine-year-old
could
get
a
toy
She
was
excited
for
,
the
security
guard
walked
up
quickly
behind
me
and
stood
very
uncomfortably
close
to
me,
as
if
I
was
going
to
start
an
argument
with
the
woman
or
something
once
he
seen
it
was
a
peaceful
exchange
he
backed
away.
It
was
very
creepy.
If
this
is
Goodwill‘s
focus
is
to
maximize
profits
and
protect
their
merchandise
in
this
way
i’m
not
interested
in
doing
any
business
with
them
in
the
future.
Goodwill
needs
to
check
the
tactics
of
their
security
company,
because
if
they
trained
this
individual
to
act
this
way,
they
have
a
completely
wrong
version
of
security
and
protection.
Security
guards
are
supposed
to
protect
a
store’s
merchandise,
protect
its
customers
and
make
people
feel
comfortable
and
safe.
There
are
plenty
other
charitable
organizations
that
don’t
operate
in
this
manner
treating
people
like
they
are
potential
criminals
in
a
thrift
store
Environment
is
ridiculous.
Stay
away,
