I went to the Savage location with some friends to purchase a pint of tofu and a pint of green beans. As if she didn't already like us, the lady was unpleasant and blurted out, "What do you two want?" My friend requested a pint of tofu, and as she saw the woman scooping the tofu, she noticed that one of the pieces of tofu had fallen between the metal dividers. She watched her pick it up and place it back into the pint. We find that to be highly disgusting and unsanitary because it has touched the metal divider. We ordered for a full because we didn't realize that green beans come in half or full servings, but the server barely filled it to half and still charged us for a full. Since we didn't want to make any trouble or risk her throwing something at us, we refrained from making a big deal out of it with her. She didn't provide us or offer us the complimentary white rice, thus the $23 was ultimately not worth it. We are made more uncomfortable by the fact that she picked up the tofu that had fallen and put it back into our pint while doing it casually right in front of our faces. Please bring this up with your staff or management before a customer consuming chemical foods causes illness.

Great food and reasonably priced. Many varieties of chicken and veggies, but light on beef or other meats. I enjoy the bourbon chicken and the orange chicken as well as sweet and sour shrimp. Also, each portion can be enough for two meals. Great leftovers!!

We ordered our food online a little over an hour before they closed. The food finally arrived (1 hour later) and we were missing multiple items. There were a few minutes left before the restaurant closed so we tried to call and get a refund but nobody answered. Very frustrated to have spent $91 on our order and be missing several entrees and not get an answer about a refund. I will not be ordering from Leeann Chin again.

Always dependable Chinese cuisine. Good, healthy, fresh, always prepared well. Cream cheese wontons are the best. Great variety of food and sauces. Quick service. Clean restaurant. Good parking and access. Can't go wrong here.

Employees are nice enough but they charge tax on my free cream cheese puffs and they price of an entree keeps increasing at an alarming rate. I boycotted their other company Pei Wei years ago and this is my last time coming to this franchise. $11 for brown rice and a couple scraps of chicken. Well done Leeann, I hope you're proud!

Stopped in for first time ever at around 1:00 PM. Server Larry was arrogant and condescended on customers ahead of me to where one girl was visually uncomfortable when he started harassing her. Then did the most impressive about-face I’ve ever seen in customer service. Instead of talking me up like he did with gal in the couple ahead of me Larry then becomes stone cold and gets irritated the longer it takes for my one person order. Food was mid. First and definitely last time eating at Leann Chin!

Excellent service, guy in front of me was extremely rude to the workers because the door dash system crashed(no fault of theirs) He lost his mind and stormed out but they remained friendly and professional throughout his tirade of anger and childlike stomping. Will definetely be returning.

All I can say is that this is the perfect location. Good employees, great cooks, good price, went with mom, sis, bro, baby cousin, aunt. And we dined here and had a blast. TVS and good music just makes it even better. It's a peaceful restaurant and I think people who gave a negative review probably should edit it, because your comment could be old! Because I think these employees changed. Also, the current time we went here the owner was nice! My mom is not excellent at English. He made a mistake and my mom corrected him. He didn't get mad and was chill. Overall: Excellent location.

The food was spot on delicious for your standard American-Chinese flared fast food buisness chain. Highly recommend the orange chicken with some cream cheese wontons 🤤👌

Rosario was amazing. An absolute sweet heart. She came out of the kitchen after taking our order with fresh ingredients that were out initially and got it to us quick. Great customer service. Thanks Rosario!

Manger made up my food. You could tell he hates his job. If looks could kill!!! He had it down!! Very rude to every customer. He should not be there. I enjoy going at night time when younger worker are there because they are super friendly and pleasant. I will not ever go back during lunch hour.

NOT allergy friendly, for Shellfish Allergy. Used to be safe to eat from before only 2 shrimp dishes (out of 15 I believe) has ruined it for a lot of people. Its very unfortunate that they dont set it up so you could still support their establishment if you have a shellfish allergy, which is a VERY common allergy. It would be so easy to have a guideline in place for ALL leann chins to dedicate 1 wok and set of utensils to the 2 shrimp dishes.

Came right at opening so thought all would be good today. Got food costs way more than used to but that is all places. Food looked good and staff was extra nice. Paid and sat down to eat and fried rice was on point but the proteins were nasty and hard and veggies hard as a rock. For $17 expect way more than this. Clean nice facility as well but if the food sucks what does it matter.

This is a well-run quick-service restaurant that's reliably fast - with uniformly good food at a decent price. I've been a LeeAnn Chin fan ever since I visited one of their first locations on Hennepin Ave. just south of the Walker Art Center about 20 years ago. The business model is simple: super fresh Asian entrees served in a clean, tastefully decorated environment. It worked then, and it still works today at this location in Savage, Minnesota. This particular restaurant is well-managed and efficient. The staff is focused and works hard to get food to its customers quickly and with minimal fuss. You don't see employees standing around and staring at their phones or acting like bored pre-teens behind the counter. The entrees turn over frequently, so you always get very fresh main dishes - the appetizers, not so much. In particular, the oyster wings always seem like they've been sitting around for a while - avoid them. Some of the entrees are better than others. Beef dishes tend to feature lesser quality cuts of meat, and it's not uncommon to find yourself chewing something gristle-y and unpleasant. The chicken entrees are noticeably better in quality - maybe because they're using a higher grade of meat as the starting point. Most entrees are available in meatless versions, but you have to make a special request. However, since vegetarian entrees are made to order, they're straight out of the kitchen fresh. The thing that really makes LeeAnn Chin's food exceptional are the sauces. The flavors are distinct, robust, and authentic. This is not Panda Express, where every sauce tastes like every other sauce and basically appears to be a thin brownish gravy with only slight variations between styles. At LeeAnn Chin, the sauces are thick and the flavors are intense. If you're bothered by Asian cuisine that tastes like it came from Asia, perhaps you should be eating somewhere else. The bottom line is that, unlike most other quick service restaurants in this area, LeeAnn Chin rarely disappoints. The staff is attentive, service is quick, and the entire restaurant has the vibe of a very slick, well-run operation.

For the third time tonight we ordered food from this location and for the 3rd time the sauce was not included for two of our chicken dishes. Called to let them know and all they could say was “ok” very disappointed with the customer service and accuracy of the order

The cashier made an error in checking out two customers in a row, when making transactions. It took 30 minutes for good, when other locations only take 10. We had to wait for all of the food to be freshly made, because everything was empty. What makes it worse is it was New Years Eve. But, the food was still tasty, eventually

The serving size shrinks every time I eat at Prior Lake lately. Food is good, very small portions.

This location still thinks it's 2018 pre covid. They make Dashers wait in line even during lunch and dinner rush. And they will mean mug you if you try to cut the line.... Never coming to this location again...oh and there food is terrible

Changed my mind. Great food. Worst manager ever. When he sees a black/brown person walk in he looks so mad. Of course, Donald trump look alike 💀 I just sometimes think he’s racist you know? Like tf is wrong wit u bro.. it’s like he hates our family even if I’m not here or if I’m here or if one of my sisters/brothers isn’t there, he still hates us. 😫😕🤬 Please please replace this manager, alr thanks
