Great sandy beach, plenty of space. Pay $7 to park (on the wkend anyway). Limited parking. There are no bathrooms or places to wash the sand off your feet so plan ahead if you are bothered by sand. Our feet were dry enough to wipe off by the time we got back to our car. Bring your own chair or blanket to spread out on the sand, and perhaps an umbrella if you are sun-sensitive. The aren't benches to sit on that we saw. There are garbages and recycling canisters. There are (maybe 10?) stairs with railing to get down to the beach. Parking is a block away (rough estimate), not far... Overall this is one of our favorite beaches in the area!

I have two service dogs, small breed due to my disability and I am fully responsible for both of my trained dogs, they are always clean and cleaned up after.. more so than any child and/or human.. I was harassed by an individual at this beach about my well behaved calm dogs that do not bother anyone…. It is highly illegal to disrupt someone with their service dogs and make them uncomfortable. We come to this beach often and have had no issues until today with a man asking us to move from our spot and have me leash my dogs that were laying next to me not bothering anyone in the slightest. I’ll be back and I’ll make sure to file a lawsuit on the next person that wants to harass me.

I do not know any other beaches in the area. I found this hidden gem a few years ago and haven't tried any other! Parking is easy, earlier you go the better.

This was my first time coming here and I had a great time. The kids loved it. The water was really clean and so was the beach. Everyone seemed to be on their best behavior and we had no altercations with anyone. I can't wait to return.

Always a good time but tends to be a little noisy and crowded. Not dog friendly on the beach. Not really small kid friendly with the amount of teenagers partying in thongs 😂

Nice clean, family-friendly beach. Cons: no dogs, grills, allowed on beach area. Oh and no boat launch ... that i could see. Beach parking is about 1 block away. Pros: small playground with portable potty across the street where grills and dogs are allowed.

I love this place. Been going here my whole life. It's amazing and beautiful and the water is clean and you can catch some huge fish there. Great for the whole family, your friends or by your self. Love it.

This has been my go to beach since I was in high school. I recently took my kids here to show them the “spot” and the sand is just as fine as I remembered. Great place for families or anyone.

Hot sand cold water. There is a foot cleaning fountain across street from beach. I liked it a lot. My 12 year old had fun there too. Parking nearby for 7$.

My band performed at the St. Croix Heritage Day festival. One of my band members lives in the area, so we stayed after our gig and watched the rising of the Full Supermoon. My camera did not do it justice. It was so beautiful!
