The system is not clear, there is no structure. When the need is urgent there is no positive response to immediately help, but stalls for time, does not provide consultation solutions in urgent situations, there is no information/consult/advice before carrying out the test.. Admin speaks very loudly and does not provide an opportunity to explain needs. Just focus on what is considered to be the issue. I think the admin needs help from a therapist. I can feel her anxiety. Hopefully this honest review helps.
