The most unprofessional organization. Call them and leave a number, They don’t call back. Make you hold call for 15 mins and even the operators hangs up the call instead of transferring. Very bad experience trying to contact them. Rather try other agencies.

Dear Colliers, Can you and all your staff not create rules and systems that are rigid and make it difficult for apartment residents? Just for you know, the apartment you manage will be nothing without renting it. Isn't that the main goal of most people buying an apartment? To rent it out, as people say, buying an apartment is an investment, of course because it can be rented out again. The area around the apartment, such as the mall, is also busy because of this. Then you and your broken system always make things difficult for other people's businesses. You put an access card tap in the mailbox, so the owner doesn't know where to leave the key, you don't allow laundry and keys to be stored in the lobby. All of this is very confusing and bother us. Instead of being busy destroying other people's businesses, improve everything you say are the SYSTEMS!. The deposit money for the fit out permit was held for a very long time, the renovation permit took a long time to come out, the access card had to be updated once a year, the environment around the apartment was noisy and not soundproof. You said these were elite apartments, not flats. No wonder that you and the management are being sued by all the residents in one of the elite apartments in Surabaya, you all deserved it. Just fix your complicated, dilapidated system! We as owners/renter, already pay a service charge which is not cheap every month, so give us the right service! Don't do this, you can't do this and we all have to follow the system without listening to the residents feedback! And don't be a HYPOCRITE, without apartment rental your management are nothing!
