Reliably excellent customer service from the staff and Dr. Coons and overall a great experience. In particular, Dr. Coons took the time to really listen to my particular issues with a tooth and fully assess the tooth and surrounding area. He explained all my options and why he was recommending a course of action before giving me time to make the decision. I also overhear and experience him regularly giving really thoughtful, personalized, nonjudgmental guidance and education. Lastly, he’s highly respectful of my time as a patient and works hard to stay on time.

I came here based on the reviews and am happy that I did! Friendly staff walked me through the easy process of paperwork and has been super helpful in person and over the phone ever since. The office has been accommodating with my anxiousness, and the doc has been nothing but patient and gentle. I feel listened to. The facilities are nice, as well. Clean and calm inside, the waiting room feels peaceful. I don't feel like I have a lot of unreasonable fears but going to the dentist is it. That's the one I've got. "Grown man in tears" bad. I have avoided dentists for years and put up with some awful conditions in my mouth as a result. Now that it has to be dealt with, I feel lucky that this is the place I ended up. To tell you the truth, I can't believe I'm about to give a dentist, my natural enemy, five stars.

I absolutely love Dr. Coons and the incredible team at Coons Family Dental! As someone who's had my fair share of not-so-great experiences with dentists in the past, finding a reliable and trustworthy dental practice was essential for me. Yelp became my go-to platform to avoid both tooth pain and financial pain from unnecessary treatments. Visiting random dentists often came with a hefty price tag and a nagging feeling that I was being upsold, much like a pushy car salesman. This seems to be a common trend in the dental industry, but it's not discussed enough. Many times, we, as patients, don't fully grasp what's happening in our mouths and why. We tend to trust that our dentists have our best interests at heart, but do they, really? My concerns were met with genuine care and patience when I first met Dr. Coons. He took the time to listen and address my worries, making me feel heard and understood. Since then, I've only had positive experiences with him and his wonderful staff. In fact, my wife and kids are now also under his care. Recently, my son had a distressing encounter with another dentist through Delta Dental (Kaiser's preferred vendor). Just like our previous encounters, it felt like dealing with an unscrupulous mechanic who wanted to do more than necessary. When my son experienced dental pain, Dr. Coons went above and beyond to fit him in and provide the precise care he needed. Dr. Coons and his team, I genuinely appreciate everything you do! You've restored my faith in dental care, and I'm grateful to have found such a caring and ethical practice. Thank you!

Went to Coons Family Dental for a first time checkup and teeth cleaning last week and was amazed by the friendliness of the staff! I didn’t have to wait months to get an appointment and the visit went very well. Found out I needed to get a previous filling fixed and they were able to do it the next morning. Great experience and look forward to going back for my next cleaning.

A few days ago was my first visit to this place and I admit that the services are at a very high level! People were very very nice to me and very professional. The dentist thoroughly examined the condition of my teeth, explained everything in detail. I felt that he knew what he was doing and that helping people was his great passion. Awesome! I have a childhood trauma when it comes to going to the dentist, but I felt very comfortable in this dental clinic. Highly recommend.

I had the pleasure to visit the office for the first time today and I was impressed by the good service I was provided. The Staff were very friendly and welcoming. The receptionist greeted me warmly and efficiently handled my paperwork. I was the. Brought back to the exam room by a kind dental assistant who was very helpful the whole time. During my examination Dr Coons was very thorough and took the time to explain everything he was doing and answer any questions I had. He also provided recommendations for my good oral health. Overall I was impressed with the care and attention I received. I would recommend this practice to anyone looking for a professional and welcoming dental experience.

Dr. Coons and staff are wonderful. Polite, professional, top notch. They use the latest technology and techniques. Very thorough and explain the reason why any work needs to be done and back it up with pictures, video, and x rays which does wonders for the trust value.
