I took a visit to Mochinut in Roseville last week. It’s located in one of the plaza’s near Top Golf & Living Spaces. I thought the inside was super cute & pink (especially the bear)! Heheh. The staff here were very welcoming & helpful in making some recommendations. I tried their 6 piece mochi box - the texture is perfect & tasted fresh! My faves were the maple butter and cookies & cream. Their flavors change so make sure you stay up to date with their Instagram to find out what they currently have. For drinks, I tried the ube, horchata, & Indian chai latte. I’m an ube type of girl so I definitely enjoyed that the most! As far as the Korean corn dogs, I tried the potato mozzarella, crispy ramen beef, hot cheetos half & half, and the crunch cereal half & half. My top two were the potato and hot cheetos!! Make sure to get their sauces on the side and eat them right when it’s made. :)

Donuts were really good. Nice change from regular donuts. Half a dozen was like $18. Pretty pricey. Corn dogs were good. Got the potato, hot Cheetos, and crunch cereal half and half. The only one I would get again though is the potato. Got a Indian chai drink which was a little funky but still good. Also got the pineapple drink with green apple jelly and mini mochi. It was a tad too sweet for me. My biggest complaint is they need a new system for their corn dogs. I went at 10:30 am and the worker told me they changed their times for the availability of their corn dogs to 12:30 pm- 7:30 pm. Had to go back a second time in the same day. They don't take phone orders. They also can't take your order until the corn dogs are actually ready. Weird. I wish they would just have it available at the same time of their store hours. Also, when they did bring out my corn dog order they don't call you. They just walk straight back until the cashier is free to call you. Other than that service was really good and I would go back.

I went on Thursday noon. The cafe is pink & really cute. I did the self-order via the screen but there was a friendly lady who greeted me at the cashier. I got 3 mochi donuts (funnel, churro & white chocolate sprinkle) & a Korean corndog: cereal half mozzarella & half sausage. The mochi donuts were delicious! I love the firm outer skin yet the inside was still chewy. My favorite is the churro - just enough amount of sugar & cinnamon. The white chocolate was also good - it wasn’t overly sweet. I’m not a fan of the funnel since they put so little powdered sugar on it (taste like plain mochi donut). The corndog took a while since they made it fresh - but I didn’t mind. The cereal was super crispy. The corn batter was not too thick. The mozzarella was stretchy. I will definitely come back for the mochi donut when I’m in the area.

I went early in the morning a couple of minutes after they opened. The donuts were just coming out and were fresh and hot but also amazingly delicious if I had the money to go every day I would.

This place was very good, lots of cheese, the potato half cheese half dog was great and the hot Cheetos dog was good but it was soft not crunchy … we expected crunch …and don’t forget to ask for sauce, because they didn’t ask if we wanted sauce.

Boba tea was good. I wish we could adjust the sweet but they have a premix. I also wish they had non dairy. The lid is a plastic dome. I prefer the classic seal. The donuts are really good and worth a long drive. Unfortunately the Korean dogs are only available 6-8pm at the time I post this, which makes it inaccessible most of the day. I’d give 5 stars for the mochi donuts and 3 for the boba. 4-5 for the dogs. Edit: we came back another day and tried the dogs, and they were pretty good.

So excited this place opened in Roseville. Decor is cute and the mochi donuts are crispy and chewy with different flavors. Tried the churro, original glaze and cookies and cream and all were fresh and good without being too sweet! Will be coming back to try other flavors!
