I looked at 8 different apartment complexes in both Folsom & EDH and I'm glad I chose Lesarra. Really in love with this place. Great quiet area, right near the Town Center. Beautiful views. Lovely single bedroom floor plan. But best of all friendly, helpful and responsive staff. Couldn't ask for a better place to live.

Despite the best efforts of the leasing office staff (who are all wonderful people who genuinely care about the tenants of Lesarra), at the end of the day this complex is ultimately managed by a faceless impersonal company. Our rent was raised hundreds of dollars until we were priced out of the space. Nice enough apartments, but not for the rent they charge. Rent control does very little to save you here. The "luxury living" experience they brand themselves as is no different than your average apartment complex anywhere else.

I lived at LeSarra for 1.5 years. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. The apartment offered great views and had good quality. The staff, Justine and Victoria, as well as maintenance, were very professional, quick to help, and friendly. The downsides are that guest parking is very limited. Also, as it is managed by a corporation, they ramped up the prices strongly for me after twelve months against the general market development . Overall, living at LeSarra was a great experience, I would recommend it.

I just moved from Pleasanton to El Dorado Hills and was looking for an​ Apartment to rent and I'm so happy I found this place! Lesarra is a great place too​ live! It has everything I look for in a luxury apartment, it's quite, nice floor plans, great views and it's close to the freeway and downtown! But what sold me was the staff especially Inger the manager. I've lived in ​many different apartments throughout​ the years and I've never come across a manager that goes so out of her way to make you feel at home! She is outstanding at what she does and is always patient, friendly and helpful!

The place is very nice, but the streets are narrow, kind of steep, and the garages are too narrow to park an SUV, in fact you can barely park a car in them. The club house is decent as well as the pool which is mostly not busy at all. The gym has the basics - nothing fancy. Tha complex is nice and peaceful and quiet. The street to get to it is very steep as well so caution is advised - luckily it's not too busy.

Zero tolerance on late payments, but attentive staff. Forgot my keys and they connect my friend with a spare. Neighborhood is quiet and clean

I lived in these apartments for a year and the location and staff are great! Justine and Victoria always responded quickly to questions or concerns and were always friendly and helpful! Maintenance staff is also great. The apartments give a homey feel and I love the set up. They also are not one of those apartments that charge you for every little thing when you move out which has been the case at every other apartment I’ve lived in. I really appreciate that! I definitely recommend these apartments if you’re looking for a good location, nice apartments and friendly helpful staff!

Don't recall the technicians name, but I'm sure you have that in your records. I'd been literally throwing a shoulder into opening the garage man-door every day, and had begun carrying the garage door opener to get in that way in the event I was ultimately locked out of the garage through the man-door. He looked at the latch, knew what to fix and had it done within a few minutes. Door works like a dream now. Friendly and obviously knows his work.

Horrible. This is the worst apartment I have ever lived in. Everything breaks and it's not insulated properly. - Super invasive ongoing construction projects. I was locked in and out of my own unit for over 8 hours over five days. Who does that? Literally not allowed to enter or leave my door. Concrete repairs, then asphalt. They say it will be done by 5pm on specified days. Then they change the days last minute and it takes two days to do not done by 5pm. Even when they don't warn you of a super invasive project, you can constantly hear other projects going on in other units and areas. - Shower heater has not worked properly the whole time I've been here despite them attempting to fix it multiple times. - Now my AC is not working properly. One repair now, again not working. - Cars constantly blocking me in my own garage. I can't get out of my own garage that I pay an additional fee for. - Apartments are built awfully. I am an upstairs unit. Whenever someone opens their garage not only is it super loud but it literally vibrates my whole room. I could have earplugs and still feel when a garage door is being opened. - I can literally hear my neighbors talking and walking and just doing normal day-to-day things. It's embarrassing how much you can hear. You can literally make out full conversations. Literally, paper-thin walls. In all my years of apartment living, I've never been able to hear this much. - The floor plan was even dishonest with me. I thought I was getting a larger closet based on the floor plan model, but my closet is a small regular sliding closet. Disappointing. They are constantly begging by email their residents to leave them a good review. Most of those good reviews are old when the apartments were newer or from residents who haven't lived here long enough to experience these issues.

Justine and Victoria are always super helpful and responsive. I love the new buildings painting, and new landscaping plants and flowers.

Thanks for sugested battle of water,,I was thirsty.☺ Thanks Jastine for patiently showing the beautifully place and well maintained complex of apartment. I would be grateful if you could rent the place to me. This place is suited to my needs. Thank you.

Regarding our Maintenance man - Henry. He's totally irreplaceable and when thoughts of moving I think of what a loss it would be not having him to help us in so many ways. His parents must be very proud of him as he's very respectable, honest, knowledgeable about home appliance and repairs. Lesarra is blessed to have him as a employee...............as we are to have him as a strong part of our family.......................Lesarra or otherwise. Bravo and thank you Henry.

Emergency number after hours means immediate service. My kitchen sink was backed up over the weekend late at night and within 30 minutes Noe came to repair it. He had problems so Henry came the next morning on his day off to solve the problem to help Noe. All is fine. Whenever I have had maintenance issues, your maintenance staff is on top of it. Shout out to Daniel for his successfully sleuthing and figuring out the source of the loud annoying noise coming from my refrigerator. Meanwhile Henry rescued my clogged up bathroom sink. We are so lucky here at Lesarra to have these 2 exceptional maintenance gurus. They are are always cheerful, capable, clever and competent at their job. Thanks, guys!

Had a light switch sensor that needed adjusting. Maintenance is always quick to resolve any issues! Much appreciated. : )

It’s just not finished. It is the repair of the hole in my dining room that was made by the men working in the outside entryway. The first stucco has been done about a month ago but the worker said it required 2 more patches.

The move in was super easy!! We were moving from Southern California and Victoria and Justine did an amazing job helping us with everything making the transition smooth. Community is great and very clean. Definitely recommend

Best Apartments in El Dorado County. Super clean, and awesome staff. Quick to help if needed, and if something needs fixing, it’s done super fast and efficiently. The neighbors are very friendly and it truly feels like it’s own little community. I am renewing my lease for sure!!!! 100% recommended.

Good place to live. Tight parking at times. Management is very slow to respond to anything. We switched parking garages and management threw away all of our garage items that we had between the transition without any verbal or written notice! I have never experienced this in my entire life! It has been few weeks already. Still awaiting till this day to receive credit for our personal items they threw away without any notice! Every time we call the office they state "we are waiting for a update".

"Inger is amazing." I moved to EDH for work and I can't say enough good things about Lesarra Apartments. Nice well taken care of buildings with modern amenities. Great location right off highway 50. In walking distance of the Town Center which has cafes, bars, restaurants and lots of shopping. The staff is a delight, especially Inger. Shes the community manger and goes over the top to make sure everything is working great for you. She's extremely helpful, responsive and easy to work with. 5 stars just for her!

I have lived at Lesarra for almost 3 years now and finally got around to doing a review. It is a fantastic place to live! One high point is its location close to freeway access. It is walking distance to the Towncenter Shopping area where there is a theater, Target, Nugget grocery store, several restaurants, pubs and shops. The apartments are well built and quiet. I hardly notice that I have neighbors. I get a fantastic sunset every evening from my deck. If there is ever a maintenance issue, and they are very rare, it is dealt with the highest priority by a top notch staff. Daniel and his crew are the best! Speaking of which, I can't say enough about the property manager! Inger is simply amazing! She gives 110% to every person that walks through the door and her smile is contagious when you meet her. She is wonderfully attentive to your time and conversation and will work with you to solve any issues you may have. I absolutely love living here!

I liked it here so much, I moved back after moving away for a few months. This was one of the easiest moves I've done in a long time. Lesarra is one of the nicest and most coveted rental properties in the El Dorado Hills community. They are more like condominiums than apartments. Justine and Darly are great property managers and have done a lot with the property in a very short amount of time. I love living here. It is central to dining / entertainment, and there are two different (and easy) access points to the freeway.

It’s a perfect place to Live and in a great location. The staff at the office are super friendly. The property is well maintained.

Maintenance is usually always prompt with help or when things need to get fixed. Rent is pretty steep for people who don’t make over 75,000 a year. I really liked living here at first, but the type of people who are currently being allowed to move in has gone down. The office staff is always helpful with any questions I may have. If they choose to increase my rent again, I will have to move.

Wonderful experience ! I walked in with no appointment their community director was incredibly welcoming and kind answered all of my questions and right away took me on a tour of their apartment ready to move in. This is my first apartment and I am loving it wonderful experience! Kind leasing professional and community director I wish them all the success to their lovely complex.
