If I could give zero stars I would. The male in the picture is racist. I asked for a certain product and was turned away because they have nothing “I’m interested in”. Instead of trying to treat me like a client I was disrespected before I could even get service. The female working with the male said the store did in fact have what I was looking for so the male refused to show me anything. A reply to the owners comment: I walked in with my grandma who wears cultural clothing and the female worker said you did have Rolex’s in the back. In your reply to my comment you said you had no Rolex’s in stock which is not what you told me in person. You said you “have nothing I’m interested in” You have no idea what I can or can’t afford. Do not judge your clients before even servicing them. Rudest business I’ve ever encountered from a business owner at the age of 19. Kudos for the female employee for her etiquette if only the male could learn from her.

This place is the worst, and I would give them a 0 if I could. I bought my mom a watch for Mother’s Day, and it was brand new; it was sealed, and there was a clip on the crown to ensure the battery would not die before use. After she opened the gift, I took the clip off and set the time to 1:05 pm. It worked perfectly. The watch was too big around her wrist, and around 4:30 pm we left the watch at Fast-Fix to get adjusted. We were told it would take 20 minutes, but ultimately it took about an hour, and costed $20, to get two links taken off (our receipt shows that we picked up the watch at 5:26 pm). Around 7 pm we noticed that the watch was not working, and when we looked at it, the time was stuck at 5:15 pm (reminder that we were not in possession of the watch at that time). When I looked at the back of the watch, there was a scratch right where the battery opening is located, and we were almost certain they touched the battery. At this point the store was closed, so the next day we called to tell them about our issue. We were told that the owner, John, would call us back, and he never did. My mom ended up going back to the store that same day she called to state the issue again and was told that they would never do that, that they don’t have time to do that because they’re so busy. They said that the battery was probably dead from sitting too long, and they would give her a discount to replace the battery. She declined and took it to two other jewelers; the first said they did not have the tools at the moment to open the back and check, but they said they could tell it was tampered with. The second jeweler also stated that it was tampered with, and he opened it right in front of my mom. There was NO BATTERY in the watch, and he said he was “sickened” by this. According to the employees she spoke with at Fast-Fix Jewelry, they said that John, the owner, worked on our watch. I’m disgusted with this place, especially with the fact that the owner himself did this on Mother’s Day.

This Fast-Fix shop located in Roseville has excellent repair skills and a good service attitude. I replaced the watch battery and repaired the glasses frame at his house, and every time I was very satisfied. The boss also helped me correct the frames of another pair of sunglasses for free, solving the problem of my glasses having too wide frames. There is a skilled and attentive repair shop near here, which is really great!

I pulled out my sapphire tennis bracelet to prepare to wear to my daughter’s upcoming wedding, only to find it was broken. We went to the jeweler we purchased it from and got a bit of a run around about repairs and timeline. They referred us to Fast-Fix. I was thrilled they could fix it right away and am very happy with the results. I highly recommend Fast-Fix to anyone who needs a quick, well-done repair! The staff was professional and knowledgeable.

This place is horrible, they messed up my husbands wedding ring with engraving. It looks like a 5 year old did it, when we picked it up they didn't even say anything to us until we looked at it. They still had us pay for the engraving, the owner said he would give us another ring with the engraving (he didn’t understand that was the ring we blessed and put on his finger that day) but we agreed for another ring. Bad enough it has been since November and we just got the ring, took 2-1/2 months. If I hadn’t gone there and called them I don’t think we would have the ring. They gave us the run around saying it's on the way or the weather has delayed the shipment. I would not trust them with engraving or them period. Very bad service. Done

Meaning, they will do everything to help you find a solution to your problem. Their merchs are of super quality. Imagine from replacing a battery or to fix a high-end luxury watches / "Rolex Watch" you will be amazed with the quality of the job & extremely reasonable price. Their name "Fast-Fix" is truly proven & tested to be fast. I've been with them & my family for many years and will surely stay with them for a lifetime. I will never trust any company with my jewelries, unless their name is "Fast-Fix." If I can give them more than 5 (FIVE STARS), I will not hesitate in a heart beat. A company to die for. Went and had my glasses fixed today. About 3 hours later, not dropped or handled rough. Just slightly adjusted and they broke right off again.

I came in to get a couple of my rings repaired as they were missing some stones. Two of them were just missing a small diamond on the side but one of them was missing one of it’s large main stones. I was so happy they were able to fix all three rings! The main stone that was missing was a pear shaped natural garnet and I was worried it would be very expensive to replace and very hard to find. But they were able to find a new stone and cut it to fit my ring in only about a week. I see other reviews complaining about the prices here however I do not agree. I think the prices here are very reasonable, considering other jewelry stores like Shane Co. quoted me $1,500 for a replacement stone and an additional $150 mounting fee! This place was able to find a new stone and mount it for me for only $69! They saved my wallet! I will definitely be coming back when I need anything else repaired. The only reason I am giving them 4 stars is because the replacement stone is cut a little differently than the other stone already on my ring, but I am still very happy to have my ring finally fixed.

shocked to discover they could fix my beloved bifocals in under an hour ! the arm had broken completely off. the staff was so completely welcoming and accommodating to all three of us that came in. especially warm to my disabled son. in the pic the left side is where the weld was made just after the where the screw is. said to be stronger than the original. when we returned to pick it up i mentioned that i needed a very strong steel chain that i could remove over my head without removing my beanie or any hair clamps i may be wearing. they finally found one AND fulfilled my request of removing the weakest point and simply removed all the end parts (clasp and connecting rings) and welded (soldered 🤷🏻‍♀️) it into one continuous chain ! in 10 minutes ! i was beyond pleased. will continue to use this location for all my repairs !!!

My wedding ring was damaged a while ago by our family pet parrot, which had ripped out a stone. I took a chance walk in for a quote as I was holiday shopping. Satisfied with the estimate, they said I would receive a text when it repaired. Pleasantly surprised when I received a text a few hours later that it was ready. I've worn my wedding band for over 20 years and have never had it professionally cleaned. When they returned my ring, I instantly became teary-eyed, it shined so beautifully just as it did on my wedding day. I will definitely be bringing my future business here. I had a ring from Zales, it had become misshapen and so I went back to Zales in the Galleria. They said it was going to be between $65-$125 and it would take 3 weeks to get it back. I Google searched for another repair and this place showed up as the closest. Not only did they fix my ring in just a few hours but they cleaned it as well. And it was only $50! Great customer service! They have earned my business for all my jewelry repair needs!

Had a link removed from a new steel watch band. Had to leave it there and pick up later. Wish it could've been quicker. They did a great job, but didn't set the time, which I had to ask them to do. Tech told me that she did set the date though... Almost nailed it for $17.

Always a great and professional experience nothing short of exceptional service. Highly recommend. They do everything in house so you don't have to wait for stuff to be shipped out and shipped back and all of their products are quality. Everything is top notch that I've ever used them for with short wait times to get your rings watches or whatever it may be including phone repair back fast and like new.

They are very quick and reasonable. The only feedback I have is to make sure you clean my watch thoroughly after you replace my battery. I slid it on my wrist and I had some black smudge my wrist from any grease or material they used, otherwise 5 stars. Other than that, they are 100% legit. They also resized my wedding ban for me a few months ago and did it in speedy fashion and I can’t even tell where the cut was. Great job guys
