The food I received was good, but they neglected to serve me an item I ordered. This has happened at other locations. Truxel Rd, Sacramento, my eyes are on you. But what really piss me off was that I wanted to try Coconut Shrimp that was on their app. The other nearby Rubios did not have it listed on their app. The manager at that location must be somewhat conscientious. The lady cooking my meal was super sweet. She was the only thing positive out of my experience .She was genuinely very apologetic and you could tell she felt bad. She has quite good customer skill. She should be in the front helping customers in my opinion. The girl that was taking orders acted the total opposite. She acted like she didn’t want to be there. The employee that was helpful mentioned that the manager has neglected to take the Coconut shrimp off the app. She said she told him about it and he didn’t care. Seems he didn’t think it was a big deal. It is a big deal when you already pay for an item, and you drive out of your way to receive that item. The lady at the front desk that forgot my item was also impatient to leave. She gave me a goodbye, but it wasn’t a very respectful “goodbye”. It was quite dismissive and was really rushed and seemed rude. I know the ladies working may have been be stressed out as they mentioned to another customer that they had a backlog of mobile orders, but there was only 1 other customer besides me in the store that was waiting .I’ve been to Rubios countless times and have always had at least an “average” experience. This is my first bad experience. I used to go to Rubios once a week for years, so that is saying something. This experience is why I will never tip at a Rubios again. The idea that’s places want you to tip before you’re served is ridiculous, but specially when you have bad service like I did.

It was a little expensive considering the serving size… but service and presentation was very good. The menu had quite a few health options which I always appreciate. Ingredients were fresh.

Update: I spoke with the manager today and she was adamant that the salad was not properly made. She confirmed that it should have filled the bowl and asked us to come back. With extra staff training, we are hopeful our future salads will meet expectation. My husband and I have enjoyed eating at Rubio's for years. I especially like the chopped salad. Tonight, however, my salad was half the size it normally is. (Picture is what the salad looked like when it was delivered to our table.) When I inquired as to why, I was told the portion size has always been too large and now it's correct. I left hungry and will not return.

Best tacos i've ever had! The fish taco, chicken, steak, it's all amazing! The california roce bowl with cauliflour rice is also an amazing keto option! I always look forward to coming here with my wife and son

Rubies taco Tuesday has always been a staple fish tacos are my go-to just regular with Chipotle salsa always a winner Also had the chiliqulie bowl and it was really good, great grilled chicken

First time I went to this location. I placed my order with a guy with red hair and he did a good job. However a lady came out to change cash register drawers. She was very polite and before she got my food together for takeout she politely excuse herself to wash her hands after touching the money. She thanked me kindly for coming in. A very genuine lady on the short side with dark hair. It was around 4:30 pm.

We love Rubio's fish tacos, and seldom miss their Taco Tuesday specials. They also make the most delicious roasted Chipotle salsa.

Just waited an hour for 10 tacos. Sat there while they let my food sit in the back. Husband went in to get my order and told me they called his name while I was waiting inside. They did not call his name once. Even if they had called his name and I did ignore it they could have very easily just got my attention. Im not sure why they lied about something so stupid? Thanks for the cold tacos. Sorry they don't pay you enough to do your job properly.

Cashier was absolutely sweet. Great at reading people. The burrito was to die for. The shrimp taco I've had many times, but this one wasn't as flavorful as in past visits for some reason. Bathroom had a puddle of water for some reason. Soda machines carbonation was off.

ordinary restaurant. The quality of food varies from portion to portion. Having ordered several types of dishes for 2 servings, all were different in the amount of sauces, rice, avacado and other things... if you want to play roulette, this is your chance

My first Rubio's experience. WOW! It was delivery and a lot of restaurants either shortchange delivery customers or just throw the meal together. Our bowls were as nice as if we dined in. We ordered extra shrimp because we didn't know the shrimp bowls already had lots of shrimp. Everything was absolutely fresh and the bowls were huge. The salsa was fresh and limes were included with the bowls. A great experience and we'll be back! Thank you, Rubio's.

Jade was really helpful and we had an amazing time dine in this restaurant. Excellent customer service and clean environment. The fish tacos were great, I like the one with avo more than the original one. Highly recommended this location and will definitely come back again soon!

Their Taco Tuesday is so good. We had fish tacos and they were so good. The craving came on. We went here and it hit the spot perfectly. The service was excellent and the salsa bar was clean and well stocked. I am hungry again! 🌮🌯⭐️🔥💯🚀🙏

Normally this rubios is great! I order from this one occasionally. Well this last time I went in and ordered to go. I wanted 40 minutes for my order, I am not joking. The whole time one of the employees kept trying to help only his friends. The crew in the back were literally yelling at each other. One crew member was yelling about stuff being out of stock and banging things around. It was very stressful. I will definitely order ahead next time and I will not stay and eat there. We actually took our kids back outside and I stayed inside alone so they weren't exposed to that chaos.

I went to rubios to get some tacos as the other locations had closed early and they were extremely stressed and did not give me a complete order. The rice was not even cooked all the way and it was extremely hard. There was no more rice beans cilantro or onion. Not only was there chaos but the cooks were screaming at eachother back and forth. There was absolutely no peace and the order was 30 dollars.

The last three times we have ordered from this store via DoorDash, several items from our order have been missing. They DO NOT check the order at all. Then they have the audacity to try to blame the Dasher, despite it being a problem on their end REPEATEDLY. I will not be ordering from this store again, their negligence is astounding. A little bit of quality control issues is one thing, but half our order just wasn’t even sent. AGAIN. Yikes.

Two chicken tacos $10.49. What will happen in 2023 with $22/hr wages? Not a favorable future for small business owners.

Ordered a veggie burrito with no dairy and asked the guy in the front to make sure the cook knew to not have any cross contamination by wiping down the surfaces and stuff, which he did but then as I got to the end of my burrito I noticed there was chicken in it. Common now smh careless mistake. Good thing I pay attention to every bite

I use to love this place, and especially their chicken tacos! However, I decided to order a two taco plate for delivery last night, and was extremely disappointed because the chicken in my tacos were completely burnt! So much to the point that the tacos tasted horrible! Delivery or not, it’s not an excuse for poor food quality!

One of my favorite places to eat in Roseville. The chipotle salsa has a great flavor, but it's not hot enough. I like to get a tub of it, and then squirt in some of the really hot sauce from the squirt bottle. Also, they have a great green salsa and a great hot red salsa. My favorites are the shrimp burrito (the burrito especial) and the fish taco especial. Rarely do I find a fish taco better than the one at Rubio's, and never from a chain. I used to talk about La Salsa, but I haven't seen one in a long time.
