Vital direct DPC has been such a blessing. No more waiting for weeks to get an appt, I have access to my Dr via text, email and phone. They always get back to me same day even if its after hrs to answer the silliest questions. Before I became a patient under Dr. Argote I was in real bad shape. Couldn't work a full shift, barely walk upstairs without being winded, and I didn't have any insurance. Let me tell you as of today I feel a million times better. I walked into his office more than likely on deaths door. I couldn't work a shift at work without being soaked in sweat, and I have a sitting job. I am extremely pleased to say today that I'm bone dry, I can work an entire shift, and I can run and skip upstairs. I also quit cigarettes. This is all due to Dr. Argote. His practice offers a reliable and inexpensive path to better healthcare. I can now say for certain I prefer direct primary care over traditional health care. AMAZING care providers! I had fully intended to become a self pay patient. The Dr contacted me a day prior to my first visit and explained that due to my lab results I should be covered by my insurance plan for the same treatments I was seeking. This shocked me, in a very positive way. The Dr placed my well being and health above everything else. Dr took time to explain some details about my lab work and things I should be aware of. All of this was done without me being a patient, just to help me get healthy as a person. Rest assured if I have any issues getting the treatments via my insurance I will be right at the door of Vital Direct Primary Care since they have already proven to me that my healthy life is the goal here. The clinic is excellent, Dr Carolina was very detailed in the information she gave regarding my health. The clinic staff is friendly and bilingual. I like that a clinic is accessible to the Hispanic community and the best thing is that I am satisfied and calm because I know that my health is in the hands of someone who cares and knows my needs.
