    This has got to be the worst McDonald’s ever! I order the most simple things and always have to go back & have it corrected! My last experience I got a buy one get one lol u would think ok I’m saving money! Nope I get charged extra!! & asked for extra fries nope I get apple slices lol when being charged extra we customers need to be made aware!

    This location is no good. I ordered a bacon burger about a week ago and when I got home and opened the box this is what I found. No bottom bun so the cheese was melted into the box. The meat was broken into pieces. Maybe instead of talking and doing whatever your doing, pay attention when cooking food… I also had an issue when ordering breakfast one time and they messed up my order entirely so I had to get it corrected. Definitely will not be going back to this location.

    6/30/23 15:45hrs $13.86 Order #1255. I ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese with Big Mac sauce, small fries, with no salt, and a small strawberry banana shake. What I received was a regular double quarter pounder with cheese, six piece nuggets, medium, salted fries. I’m not complaining I got extra food however, my phat azz doesn’t need it. But you know I ate the whole thing!lol.

    My double quarter pounder came with a soft and rotten tasting tomato on it and was very sloppily made. Fries were almost cold right out of the bag. I was also made to pull into the front of the store for my single meal order, with no car behind me, assuming that they were simply trying to make their drive through times look better. Total trash. Will not return.

    Zero Stars. The can't makes orders correctly. You get it remade and it's still wrong. $15 + an hour for what? Incompetent children shouldn't get paid more than $6/hr. They don't answer the phone. Shut this location down until you hire better people. I know it's worthless, McDonald doesn't care about customers. Clearly...

    There’s a big crowd of people, and they are crowding the self order. I was told they can not take my order until all those people order at the machine. If your unable to run a McDonald’s efficiently then why not replace the manager for making that decision?

    POOR. Ppl walk by stare. Don’t say anything. Then 3 ppl in back standing around on their phones. Then another starts order & then proceed back to the back after applying her lip gloss. I waited 15min w/no word. (Mind you no one was in diner & 1 car in drive through. NOT busy.) when I asked for the manager she made an excuse that 2ppl are on drive through and the person doing orders was on break. Great. Staff better or assist your staff if they’re “so busy “ doing nothing! OR get a better manager atp.

    They let you sit at the drive thrugh and ignor you when their to be open at 5 am, they are barly pulling up at 4:59 am and then turn the lights on, and ignor you while you wait at the drive thrugh for 15 min befor I left. Dont go here, they dont care about you. They hate their jobs.

    One of the worst mcdonalds ever! Our fries were soggy and definitely refried, my husband's burger was raw inside. We asked had to ask for napkins, ketchup, straws, etc. They looked us in the face and said we don't do that. When we finally got some, it was 4 napkins and 2 ketchups to share between 7 people. I know companies have been trying to save money lately, but go somewhere that you can have a basic dinning experience.

    I ordered delivery from this location via the McDonald's App. I had items left out of the order, and what I did receive was made completely the opposite of the customized version I requested. I mean, how does "no pickles" translate to extra pickles? I called the restaurant, and after 4 call attempts, a male who sounded like he was 15 answered the phone. After explaining what the issue was, he asked me what he was supposed to do about it. I will never order from this location again. Especially after reading the other reviews. At least I got my money back via the delivery service the store location used.

    Super under staffed. I think there was only one person working today. I can't fault him for the slow service. But McDonald's needs to step up their game and provide more employees for better service.

    The food is good, and the manager makes sure the customer is happy. Never had an issue at this store. They even fixed my issue when the app sent my order to another store even though I made it at this location. The manager told me not to worry and made the food anyway.

    I came thru drive thru this past Tuesday in the afternoon. I ordered buy one cheeseburger get one free. Over the speaker i gave DT employee the number . Got up to window employee said she got number already. Paid for it. Got to window to pick it up there was only one cheeseburger. Asked where other one was at said I had to pay for it. I told her no here's number we gave employee it should be free. After a few minutes the manager came asked what was wrong.U told her my number and employee put it in and we didn't get free one. She too wanted to charge me she said i will give it to you this time. We paid for it whats 5.00 more dollars! Showed her on my phone the number to buy one get one free. After arguing with manager she said just this time she will give it to me. Give? Buy one get one free. Employee in DT needs to be retrained! My onions on it were so burned never saw black onions ever on a mcdonalds sandwich. Why were they fried??? Retrain the cook too! Also before this happened I was at the dining area. They now have a notice on the counter and wall to place your order with those machines. Are we playing walmart now as I counted 6 workers by French fry machine and a line by Machines people going to place order. 4 people were working drive thru????? No I still want front counter help.You got that many workers send some home after all the machines doing work. Do they machines get paid 16 hrs? Or is 6 people by fry machine? I
