I was not welcomed,.. I walked in politely smiled and said, "It smells good in here. The old lady told me, "What Do You Want?".. and i said, "Wait a minute... excuse me. ".. and then the young lady spoke up for the old woman, "What can I get for you today? ".. (lazily, btw... but it was better than the old lady) I then asked for what I wanted. I asked to get it a little remixed.. And then the old lady said, "She told you, we only have blah blah blah blah. "... I looked her in her eyes... and then about faced right on out of there. I went to the grocery store to grab a drink, and the guy at the counter asked how my day was, I said, "It's a little dented... and I'm hungry. " He said.......... "Don't go to jims... it's terrible service there, especially the old lady... and it's sad cause she's the owner. ".. and then he said, "Did you look at the reviews? They're horrible. ".. "The food is good, but the service sucks." True story, all facts. I just shook my head, grabbed my bags, gave the guy a fist bump for the heads up, and headed to my car to leave this review.

First time at Jim's. Did not feel welcomed by the order/cashier by the name of "Phyllis". We seemed to have interrupted her morning by asking her about the menu. Instead of telling us our options as we asked; she just pointed to the menu. The breakfast is overpriced, and the coffee was horrible. Also, don't ask for an extra plate...they'll charge you a usage fee. The ONLY positive about this establishment was the one AMAZING server, Penny. She is the only ray of sunshine. She provided first class customer service and relations to us. My family and I will NEVER go back to Jim's.

I've been here a few times and I've never been disappointed. Tonight I drug a new suspect with me and he was also not disappointed. He went for the special which was the Avocado Burger and I went with the Egg Burger since I couldn't decide between breakfast and dinner. The food arrived quickly as ordered and was so good, we're lucky we got pictures! Definitely worth stopping in if you haven't already!

I love eggs on my burger. Overall, the Egg Burger was pretty tasty. It's a pretty thin patty, 5 stars if they were a bit thicker. Fries were pretty good as well. Many places don't make a strong iced tea. I wouldn't say this place has strong iced tea, but you could taste the tea.

Woman with the glasses who takes your order is extremely rude with every interaction. Always make you feel like you are inconveniencing her. Then to add the fact that it is $3.50 for a single egg. The food is not worth the abuse. Gave her the benefit of the doubt one too many times, had to leave without even ordering today.

This is my fourth time at Jim’s and it grows on me a bit more every time. There are quite the negative reviews about one of the owners being rude, but I have yet to experience that or witness it being done to others. She’s fast, and been kind every time. They definitely have regulars because of conversations back and forth. If you’ve never been let me explain some things to you and you be the judge if it’s a place for you. They have indoor and outdoor seating. It is order and pay at the window as well as a seat yourself location. Come early on the weekends because the place gets crazy busy and you might not find anywhere to sit. If you order water to drink make sure you pick it up before you get to your table because they only bring coffees, soda etc to you. While most forms of payment are accepted like cash/card when you pay it doesn’t ask if you’d like to leave a tip for the employees. Some love that, but the waitress works her tail off. I wouldn’t call her that because today for example we watched her bus tables, bring food, and handing other jobs as we overhead their dishwasher didn’t show up. She’s fast and efficient. I recommend you bring some cash to leave a tip on the table at the end of your meal. I love the veggie omelette here which is always full of fresh veggies, topped with cheese and the hash browns are always perfect and crispy. I hate soggy hash browns. I also like they add a small side of salsa to top it if desired. All in all I enjoy coming when we can find a table. Food and service is always consistent. Again, if you’re looking for full table service and ordering from your table this place isn’t it. Atmosphere for me is just meh. It’s not really a fancy spot. You come to eat and it’s good.

Service is very nice and helpful, I was recommended the jalapeño burger and it was delicious! The price is reasonable especially for the amount of food you get. Definitely worth trying and support the small businesses!

This is a hidden gem of a place! The service was impeccable! The food was delicious. As a woman from the southeast I had yet to find anywhere on the west coast that had one of my favorite comfort foods , biscuits and gravy, made even halfway decent until now. It was delicious here!! Will be coming back again!
