Food is delicious and customer service is awesome. It's clean, neat and inviting. They offer free samples, lunch combos and delicious sugar cookies. The price is very reasonable. I highly recommend any of their locations. Alaways great food

Someone tell me how to handle $11.00 rotten sweet tea? Was I seriously price gauged? I told the miserable young lady that I was a first time drive through guest with a coupon and she went out of her way to make my visit awful. I’ll follow up with corporate.

For $10 they serve you what they call a 4oz scoop of chicken salad. I could eat this entire serving in 2 bites. This is a comically small portion of food even in Europe. If you’re hungry don’t eat here you’ll be left spending another $10 somewhere else after your snack at Chicken Salad Chick. After seeing it I asked for a refund, they wouldn’t give me my money back just said they’d offer me another scoop.

Great sandwich combos with soup or side. Many creative flavors of chicken salad such as Buffalo or bacon ranch. Free mini sugar cookie with each combo.

We’ve been coming here at least once a month or more since they opened in Palm Harbor. Last night (11/17/22), their Chicken Salad Chick with soup was the medicine we needed for nasty colds. Husband loves the barbecue scoop and Fruity Fran is my favorite. The chicken tortilla soup was good and comforting. This time we asked for celery instead of crackers. We thought it might be more healthy! The staff is always friendly and efficient. The young woman who took our order also offered us the GIVING CARD - $5 to help fight childhood cancer and feed the hungry while giving us the opportunity to get a special deal every month in 2023. We bought it. We are so thankful for this wonderful restaurant with good food and good people!!

Worth the visit. Great chicken salad and soup.

This is one of my favorite places to eat. It’s pretty much on the healthy side and they have so many different chicken salads to choose from. Oh and their broccoli salad. Yum!!

In the area and always stop by CSC when in the area, multiple times a month. Still the best Chicken Salad in the world! ******************************************** A favorite spot for our family. In the area recently and wanted to try their new Thai Chicken Salad Sandwich. It was great, as always, but a bit disappointing. We love Thai food and spicy food. This sandwich had no heat at all. Maybe if you ask for heat? Our favorite will continue to be the Chicken Salad, with a nice heat. That one is the Bomb’ Great food consistently, good prices and they support veterans! First time I tried them was about four years ago when I, retired military, had a free lunch for veterans. One taste and we were hooked for life!

No waitress for ordering. Instead you order at a walk up counter and then they bring it to your table. It was really fast! The classic chicken salad was good, as was the tomato bisque soup. I might try one of the more interesting chicken salad variations next time. It is like a fast food restaurant but without the burgers. But it seems clean and the prices are reasonable.

Terrible the last 2 visits. This used to be a nice Christian restaurant with reasonable prices. Not only are the prices too high now, there was chicken grissil, skin in my order. The man that worked the front counter had long acrylic french nails and rushes you to order in a flamboyant way. I do not plan on going back. I will definitely stay with Chick-fil-A.

I stopped in for lunch today with my 9 month old and had a delicious meal. The GM was so friendly at the counter and offered to get my drink for me since I had my hands full holding the baby. Every employee we encountered was friendly and made sure we had everything we needed.

Before leaving this review I did speak to the Staff at the register about my less than normal helping of chicken salad on my sandwich. This location typically has fair portions vs other locations. I had the fancy Nancy as usual. The Staff informed me that the scoops are measured and I appreciate the sentiment but I can see with my own eyes that my sandwich was skimpy. Please do better.

Great food, professional staff and awesome customer service. I just called them because our caterer fell through for an employee lunch. They were able to get a catering order together for us in about 1.5 hours (when they already had 10 catering orders that day). Super flexible and very customer service oriented -- not to mention fantastic chicken salad, sides, salad and soup. I highly recommend this location!

Stopped by yesterday and interacted with Shannon and Cody and those two women are GEMS in the service Industry. It’s been a long time since I’ve been somewhere that the staff made me smile that much ! Kudos ladies for making it such a fun experience for me !!

I like chicken salad, but I didn't like the fake toasted bread that it was served on. The servers were great. Shannon in particular needs a raise. Super friendly, funny, and made sure that everything was to our satisfaction.

Many options/combinations to choose from. Quality and flavor was above the price point, so that was great. I mainly came to give a review for an employee, Esther. Esther is an extremely kind, genuinely lovely lady that works at this location. She was providing information about their combo options and giving samples of whatever you wanted to try. She was a great conversationalist and made the experience seem absolutely genuine. We would go back just to see her again. :)

What a breath of fresh air and taste! Stopped by on a very rainy day and was pleasantly surprised by how delicious and original their chicken salad was! The portion size was massive, I had enough for two days for lunch. Bowl of loaded baked potato soup hit the spot on a cold rainy day. Will definitely make this a regular place to visit for lunch!

The staff were super helpful and caring, I felt at home! I know it sounds silly, but it was real southern hospitality. The food was pretty good. The croissant could’ve been toasted and tasted better, put the chicken salad was great!

Was delicious. Good healthy lunch option. I didn't know which one to order... the lady gave me samples! Jalapeño & Fancy Nancy.. couldn't decide so I put one scoop in the sandwich and the other on the side with chips. $13 bucks not bad because I was really hungry today. Will be back

Here from out of town and found this little gem for lunch. Delicious variety of chicken salads. We found a flavor to suit everyone in our group, including the kids. Our faves were the fruity Fran and the buffalo. Awesome sides too. The Mac n cheese was a hit with the kids and the loaded potato soup is not to be missed!
