The food is good and flavorful, the one star is for cleanliness, or the lack of. Probably the dirtiest restaurant I’ve been to and I’ve been to a lot of places. I bet if the health department went there on a weekend they would shut it down immediately. If the front is dirty can’t imagine how bad back of the house is.

The beef pho is absolutely phenomenal and the price is really good. Also the portions are nice and the veggies are fresh. The beef was nice and tender, and they give you the perfect amount of beef and noodles. The noodles were cooked well and the broth was extremely tasty and well balanced. Will definitely be back soon. I wish they were open later than 4:15 because the food is very good, and I wish I could get it all the time. I'll definitely be back to enjoy more pho. The quality is very good, I highly recommend.

Ordered the combination banh mi sandwich and the grilled pork one, so good! Bread was so crispy and flakey on the outside and soft on the inside. This place was packed! Luckily I called ahead for pick up. I'll definitely be coming back for more!

This is one of my favorite places for phó and báhn mì. The food has good flavor, good ingredients, good quantity and is a good value. Service here is good, though it gets busy a times as most restaurants. There are even a variety of Vietnamese specialties already packaged and available to go.

Charging fraud! Be aware! After finished the meal, the waitress guided me to the front for check-out. I told the cashier I would like to pay for table number 8, then he said $29. After charging my card, he only gave me credit card receipt not the itemized one, and it says *Manual Transaction* for $27 on the receipt. Something doesn’t seem right to me because we only ordered 1 bowl of beef noodle soup, 1 plate of grilled pork rice (no bone), so I came back to the cashier and asked for an itemized receipt. The prices weren’t matched with what they charged me. I was in hurry so I must leave for work. I just checked their menu online, the price for the rice is only $9 (I ordered the grilled pork with no bone) but he charged me for the item that I didn’t order. The beef noodle soup is $10 and the coffee $3.5. Sum it up, it’s only $22.5. Such a disappointing experience, the food was normal, nothing to brag about. I would never step back to the place which cheats on their customers. The only reason why I gave this place 2-stars (not ZERO) was the waitress. The young lady was nice and friendly.

This is a great find for authentic Vietnamese food. They have a wide variety of menu items and definitely have something for everyone to enjoy, even picky eaters! Their portions are great for the price and even though we went when it was pretty crowded, service was super quick. We placed our order and it came out PIPING HOT all under 10 minutes. I'd definitely go back, as the flavors and dishes were all spot on to what I was looking for. Tasty and filling!! 10/10

They were busy which is a great sign. The food was QUICK though. I got the Banh Mi (grilled pork) and it honestly exceeded my expectations. Just so delicious. It was nice and warm. I will be back to try their other foods.

I read the Creative Loading story on this place. Got the Ban-mi and it was pretty good. The baggette was perfect. Enjoyed the fresh roll, with the excellent peanut sauce. Egg rolls might have been a little overdone.

Vietnamese food in Tampa, or just about anywhere else, doesn't get better than at family owned and operated Saigon Deli. Know that it's super casual, that this is where Vietnamese people eat, and that the food is prepared with motherly love. No one makes a better stock! Delivering reasonably priced and generous portions, it might be a little hard to find at first, but you're certain to return often. Be sure to check their hours before you go. They're currently closed Thursdays.

Rating this place on what it is, not what it isn’t. It’s a place to EAT or get takeout. Not here for the ambiance. Prices are good, place is very busy with a clientele that looks like they know this cuisine very well. Very fast service , pho in just a few minutes and banh mi just a few minutes more. Will definitely return. Also the meatiest pho and banh mi I’ve ever gotten. Can’t wait to come back and see if they have nuoc beo for the pho.

Restaurant open very early. Came from the running. The soup was really good. Chili oil make it every more savory. Big dish with good price.

I will say hands the pho tasted AMAZING. I will rate this place again but the place is not clean and the service is eh half par at best. Sring rolls weren't the best but the ingredients were fresh.

Good food. Basic Vietnamese fair. The Bahn Mi and Pho are the most popular and best items. They also have a Vietnamese beef stew available only on weekends that rates as one of their best menu options. Not as good as it once was, Saigon Deli is still one of the best available in our area. The help is quick and efficient. I mostly do take out. On display at the register, there are always many treats to buy and try as well as many popular asian drinks to discover. I do recommend this place. Eat in while they are busy for the full experience and to watch the diverse crowd.

Real and authentic Vietnamese food. Respect for the flavors and ingredients. Family operated restaurant. Generous portions, very well priced. Varied menu. Big parking lot. ATTENTION, only open 8 am until 4:30 pm, closed on Thursdays. Very good for Vietnamese food lovers.

Came here for lunch after church! Ordered the seafood pho and chicken fried rice, the pho came out within 5 minutes of ordering, and the friend rice came right after! Service was super fast and great! This is an authentic Vietnamese restaurant, the atmosphere and vibes of the restaurant makes you feel this is how the locals eat in Vietnam.

Spring rolls are fantastic and the pho came out super fast. It’s a order then sit down restaurant with definitely a deli feel.

OMG! Delicious and very authentic vietnamese tastings that i got to try.. I had the 3-color bean/jelly/coconut cream dessert which was perfectly prepared (pls ask for ice to blend it all and makes it extra refreshing.). And the shrimp spring rolls w the nouc nam sauce (instead if peanut sauce which can overpower its delicate flavors). These were freshly made, rice paper still soft and moist, and had different herbs mixed w the rice noodles to make them extra delicious.

We love this place. We’ve been coming here for several years. Not the prettiest place but, food is always delicious. Very reasonable!

We LOVED this place. Very simple menu and casual dining. But the food was excellent and the restaurant was clean. It reminded us of being in Vietnam. Service was excellent as well. Would highly recommend this restaurant.

Small place, can be crowded if it gets busy. The noodle was ok. Very simple and light. If you eat a lot of noodles, you might want to ask for extra noodles. The portions are small size portion. The reviews showed that they also sell snacks and stuff there but I did not see anything. They must have changed it.

This Pho spot exudes a relaxed vibe, if you are looking for dim lighting, wooden tables, and subtle Vietnamese decor this is not the place. The aroma of simmering broth fills the air. While the service is average, the flavorful Pho, brimming with herbs and tender meat, makes it a go-to spot for a satisfying, laid-back meal.
