The service is okay, and serves the basic purpose for which I hired them - having to do it myself because I'm extremely busy, exhausted, and don't have the time or the energy. However, I must say I was promised the same team would be out to clean my home so that I would be able to get used to them and they would be able to get used to me, and that has never happened. Some of the small touches that one team would do the next team would not. There even came a time when the vacuum cleaner they were using did not do a good job, and they ended up using my vacuum cleaner and I had to sign a document saying they would be using my equipment instead of their equipment. An agreement to whole harmless if you will? They do have a supervisor that does follow up from time to time with how they are cleaning, but it's not on a regular basis. Also on my paperwork they continue to write in they were cleaning a room in my home that they were not, and it was never a room they were cleaning - ever. Yes, all of these episodes and incidences were communicated with the organization. I am clearly a laid back person because I am still using Merry Maids. I believe in communication and discussing everything to give a company every opportunity for corrective measures. I do feel one day, for me, enough will be enough, and I will seek out another cleaning company.

About 7 months ago, I acquired a monthly service to clean my home. Each and every time the staff members were professional, friendly, and did an outstanding job. I highly recommend if you are just trying to get caught up or have a lot on your plate. Thank you for your service!

Overall the work that was done was verry good, especially give what they had to start with. Will you be sending me a schedule date for my monthly follow on cleaning?

We had Merry Maids come in to do a yearly deep clean of the entire house. I cannot say enough good things about the outcome & process. The ladies (Bridgette, Kristie & Yaya) were not only hard working but pleasant and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Merry Maids for a yearly deep clean. They cleaned stuff I didn't even think of! It was great.

We would like to have more consistency with the people that come and clean our home. We have a 93-year-old that lives here and is frustrated that she hast to re-educate her stuff out how she wants her room cleaned. Could you please be more consistent with your employees that are coming to our home.

I love the team who cleans my home. They work from the minute they Greg there until the minute they leave, asking questions if they are unsure about something. This company is very professional and they follow up for any feedback good or bad. They do background checks on all employees to lessen the risk of any issues in your home. I am very pleased with their service.

The 2 ladies came in were polite very pleasant got about cleaning I was surprised & impressed with their handling all chores.

The ladies did a really good job. They were kind and professional. The only reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 was because there were a couple of spots left on the kitchen cabinets that I found after they left. When they text me the day after, I shared that with them and they offered to come and re-clean those areas that day. I really appreciated there willingness to make it right. I look forward to my next housecleaning with Merry Maids.

3 stars for customer service however the cleaning of the house was not to satisfaction. There is still dust & other spots that were not touched. This was supposed to be a one time deep clean.

The two ladies did a really good job cleaning my 2-story, 3 bdrm, 2.5 bthrm townhome. I have ceramic tile downstairs and in the bathrooms, carpet upstairs in the bedrooms. The ladies did a really great job properly cleaning the bathroom floors as well as everything else. Thank you. Attention to detail is important.

Very thorough and I will be using again! Very impressed with the friendliness and listened to my instructions very well. Went over what she would do 1st and asked if I wanted to inspect after each room. Looking forward to my next service!

B/B- service. Maid was present for 5 hrs in our 1300 sqft 2/2 house. Bathroom trash cans were emptied but left out in the hallway, no liner replaced. Bedroom mirror was not cleaned. Bath mat left out in the hallway. Poor attention to detail. I feel like I could have done the job myself in 2 hours. However they were very professional and punctual!
