The
service
is
okay,
and
serves
the
basic
purpose
for
which
I
hired
them
-
having
to
do
it
myself
because
I'm
extremely
busy,
exhausted,
and
don't
have
the
time
or
the
energy.
However,
I
must
say
I
was
promised
the
same
team
would
be
out
to
clean
my
home
so
that
I
would
be
able
to
get
used
to
them
and
they
would
be
able
to
get
used
to
me,
and
that
has
never
happened.
Some
of
the
small
touches
that
one
team
would
do
the
next
team
would
not.
There
even
came
a
time
when
the
vacuum
cleaner
they
were
using
did
not
do
a
good
job,
and
they
ended
up
using
my
vacuum
cleaner
and
I
had
to
sign
a
document
saying
they
would
be
using
my
equipment
instead
of
their
equipment.
An
agreement
to
whole
harmless
if
you
will?
They
do
have
a
supervisor
that
does
follow
up
from
time
to
time
with
how
they
are
cleaning,
but
it's
not
on
a
regular
basis.
Also
on
my
paperwork
they
continue
to
write
in
they
were
cleaning
a
room
in
my
home
that
they
were
not,
and
it
was
never
a
room
they
were
cleaning
-
ever.
Yes,
all
of
these
episodes
and
incidences
were
communicated
with
the
organization.
I
am
clearly
a
laid
back
person
because
I
am
still
using
Merry
Maids.
I
believe
in
communication
and
discussing
everything
to
give
a
company
every
opportunity
for
corrective
measures.
I
do
feel
one
day,
for
me,
enough
will
be
enough,
and
I
will
seek
out
another
cleaning
company.
