Absolutely amazing! To start off the service was amazing from the moment we walked in the door, offering us our table and then offering for us to move to a more private and bigger table as they knew it was our Anniversary! The food was to die for ! The scallops was spot on rich and perfect The octopus was perfectly spiced and tender ! The chicken and the wild grains was pretty good to but the seafood was just so good! I will be writing home about those ! Thank you to the chefs and wait staff for the perfect night!

We had a fantastic experience at Will St. The moment we walked in we were greeted by a friendly staff member and then shown to our table. Our waitstaff (Megan) was lovely and very attentive. Even though the restaurant was very busy, there wasn’t a single moment where we felt like we ‘waited’ for service. The menu is extensive and Megan was really helpful in choosing some good options. The dishes that were original and creative. The produce was very fresh and the mixture of flavour profiles gave the ingredients a whole other level. The food did have a generous level of heat, but we did expect that. This venue might be tricky for those that have a low tolerance for spice. Decent wine list. The cocktails were okay, but I think they could use a bit of work. Atmosphere was really nice, but a little noisy. Overall, we had a great time and I’d love to come back!

We finally managed to get a booking at Will Street last night and it didn’t disappoint. The food was amazing and every taste bud was activated with all the spices that were used! The wine and cocktails were also fabulous. There is a dramatic wooden front door before you enter and then this amazing dried flower arrangements hanging from the ceiling. Our last main dish took a while to come out which was a shame because we were given the dessert menu and told we only had 15 before the next sitting was coming in, despite there being a spare table next to us. As we were leaving we were told we could have had our dessert in front of the fire but that option wasn’t given to us when we got the dessert menu.

It was our first time to go to this restaurant, I can only say that all the dishes we have ordered are delicious and amazing, and we will definitely comeback again, thanks for providing such tasty food for us. (Tips: most dishes are little bit spicy, good to go if you can have spicy food☺️)

This is the best restaurant in Perth! My partner and I have been here four times since it opened and have had the most amazing experience every single time. The restaurant itself is stunning, with a beautiful flower arrangement running across the ceiling. The food here is so unique, I’ve tried many dishes that I haven’t seen anywhere else and have all been super tasty. The price of dishes is on par with other Asian fusion type restaurants but the serving sizes are very generous, I definitely over ordered the first two times coming here thinking it would be like other restaurants! The food here incredible, such unique flavours and a good bit of spice. Some of the standouts are the truffle karaage, the behl puri, the dendeng balado and my all time favourite, the wild grains! Overall, highly recommend this restaurant to everyone, I will be coming back very soon :)

We were lucky enough to walk in and get a table thanks to a no show booking and it did not disappoint! From the moment you walked through the door you were part of the Will St. experience where the team were so warm and welcoming, ready to accommodate to your every need. The Asian fusion food was out of this world, full of flavour with every bite. Can’t thank the staff enough so such a memorable night!

Fantastic dining experience! The ambiance is delightful, Joy’s customer’s service was top-notch, and the food absolutely delicious. We especially enjoyed the attention to detail in each dish. We are looking forward to returning soon!

So lovely coming back to Will’s restaurant! Atmosphere and service was lovely, food was amazing and all-round had a great time. Was looked after by the very attentive Sarah and Joy, who made sure our food came out on time and glasses full. Started with the scallops and betel leaf, followed by the flavour-packed chicken karaage. We intentionally over ordered so there were leftovers for lunch and quite happy with our selection of red duck curry, beef short rib and soft-shell crab pad thai. Finished off with the coconut tres leches and couldn’t be happier. Thank you for such a lovely night!

Best Tuesday night dinner out in a while! All dishes were scrumptious, well balanced with flavours and textures. Standout dishes were kingfish, scallops, karaage, Indonesian ronde. Service by our waitress was impeccable; attentive, friendly and funny. Well set out restaurant too; open, airy, modern. What's there not to love? Will certainly be back for more Will St!

We booked Will st for lunch last minute today while the grandies spontaneously took the kids to the zoo. BONUS. My beloved sister in law gifted us a $100 gift card. And let. Me. Tell. You. We had the time of our lives. I had the song from dirty dancing playing in my head the entire time and it was scrumptious. The absolute must haves are: 1. Sambal Octopus 2. Dendeng Balado The cocktails were deviyani We were served by a tall woman who was wearing a big blue sapphire ring, I didn’t get her name but she was so friendly and helpful, even stopping to tell me I was mixing our pad thai correctly. We loved the intensity of the flavours, we were transported to the very shores of Koh Samui themselves. Would love to be back for more. 🍽️🙏❤️
