I regret taking my 10 month old for piercing at this place. I don't know whether the staffs who attended my little one is trained to do so. They were very rude and very unprofessional. They have to be mindful that she is just 10 months old and instead of making her comfortable and at ease they did the opposite. They just wanted to finish the job somehow and move on to the next one. They wanted us to hold the frightened baby so hard or else they said will move on to the next appointment. My poor little one had a worse time at this place. She has not stopped crying even after half an hour. Terrible service. Please do not take your little one to this place. It was a traumatic experience.

Terrific service. Walked in and was immediately assisted by friendly workers. I went in to get my snake bites pierced and was asked if I would be willing to be a model for a lovely woman called Bibi, as this would be her first time performing this piercing on a real human. Bibi was very professional and well trained while she completed the piercings, during this she was over watched by higher up staff by the name of Bec and Dani. I was asked if I would like my nipples done as well, once the snake bites were done. I am very very happy with all 4 of my piercings, they are placed perfectly and healing rather well. I will 100% be coming back here as the staff are very sweet, comforting and friendly, making the experience much more easy. Thank you so much to Bibi for these lovely piercings, you did an amazing job 🖤

I came here last Friday to do a nose piercing. And the person that did it didn't seem very confident. And after she did the piercing she kept fiddling around with it so much I almost had tears. And after few days due to poor fitment the ring would keep coming out. So I go there to ask for help they don't seems to want to help much at all. They also told me " just do it yourself " I find that very appalling and unprofessional.

Regret taking my 5 months old here. Booked in for her ear piercing today and had the worst experience ever. The staffs are so rude and unprofessional. Not sure if they are even qualified to be honest. I had to get my baby’s ear redone due to them making it uneven, one was up and the other was done. It didn’t even match. They rushed the whole thing and they ever apologised to me. My poor baby was in so much pain and traumatised. Don’t recommend any kids going there at all. Never again!! Very frustrated.

Went to get lash lift done and I must say I'm very impressed with the results Bibi the staff took care of me and did a great job. The lash wasn't over curled but enough to make them look longer and stunning then before. Definitely recommend anyone who is deciding to lift their lashes.

My little 9 months old beautiful daughter got her ears pierced by Beth today at this place. Beth did really great job. She was spot on with all the information & very good with both proffessional & customer service with big smile. Very very happy..Please keep up the good work. Highly recommend this place.

I walked into the clinic today with a couple questions on jewelry and was very happy with the advice I was given and ended up getting the other side of my nose pierced. Caitlyn was amazing and made sure the placement was even to the other side before we pierced it! She made me feel so comfortable and answered any questions I had in regards to healing and swelling. I highly recommend this clinic and Caitlyn for piercings <3

I had the most beautiful experience with Rebecca. She is extremely skilled, very personable, and makes you feel comfortable. Her work is precise. You will leave feeling welcomed, listened to, and wanting to come back (unlike other brow people in the centre). The results are 5⭐️, which has me contemplating other services.

The customer service was amazing by both Beth & Caitlin (hope I spelt their names right 😅) Both ladies were super helpful and efficient and I felt very comfortable with Beth, that she would be able to confidently pierce my belly without any dramas! Super happy with my service today! 💘

Went in for a triple x. Bibi was my consultant, she double dipped the wax. I advised she cannot do it. She didnt understand why. I told her to stop the wax immediately as I was so grossed out by the fact that a customer is telling her about contamination. I reported it to head office who advised they would offer me a voucher, which I have not received and it has been about 6 weeks. Beth was lovely as was the manager of the store who settled me down. Bibi.

For many years, I have looked around to find someone to do my eyebrows! It has been a challenge until I met with Bibi at Essential beauty. She is the best. Friendly, professional and provide quality service! I am happy to wait and work as per her schedule and will not see anyone else. Sorry Bibi, putting little bit of pressure on you but you deserve a pay rise for sure 😄☺️
