Hands down Dr De Silva is the best doctor I have ever seen. We were given a full 30min appointment for the first appointment, which I’ve never had at any GP ever. She listened to my concerns, was incredibly kind and genuine. Cannot recommend her enough. Was absolutely worth the drive.

Pathetic. Unable to see our regular doctor we thought we would try Verve again, this was the second time as a family we have had to immediately find another doctor and pay again to actually recieve the care requested. Be warned, there is a reason you can always get an appointment at this clininc.

I have found Dr Janette Elderton a wonderfully compassionate, patient, thoughtful and innovative Doctor. When I’ve been ill she has had creative thoughts to help me reach good health again usually that are not too expensive and always practical.

Booking my phone consultation was so easy and prompt. The doctor called back right on the appointed time and sent an escript to my phone while we were talking. Nothing seemed too much trouble for either the receptionist or the doctor and it was totally painless for me - no waiting around ! Great service Verve!!

I got seen half an hour after my allocated appointment, but the team went above and beyond in taking care of the items I needed attending to. I'd give them a 4.5 star if I could. The clinic and waiting area were clean and tidy (& quiet - which was a bonus; but a constant flow of patients). The team was very approachable and helpful. As a new patient, we had paperwork further to the HotDoc form to submit upon arrival. I got seen by Dr Sharee; &, at short notice, she made time to see my daughter soon after once we had completed (& they immediately input) the new patient information for my little one. Their efforts were greatly appreciated in making this happen so I didn't have to return on a separate day for another appointment time. Although not a bulk billed clinic, the reception team were very informative in the Medicare processes to reclaim after billing was completed.

As always here with my GP Janette Elderton I felt totally seen and heard. She takes the time needed to thoroughly address the issues I’m dealing with, is kind, practical and compassionate and I honestly feel exceptionally lucky to be able to see her. She’s helped my family through some challenging times, supported by great admin staff. Fabulous centre.

I've been a client of Verve family doctors since they first opened. Although the staff and doctors have changed over the years, I have always found them to be compassionate and willing to help. Most of the doctors listen to you and your concerns to my satisfaction. They seem to have a diverse range of practitioners too, with a wide skill level and varied interests.

I’m so appreciative of the wonderful service I received today. Sorry for tmi but I had a blocked ear from Saturday…. had made an appointment for Wednesday but realised I just couldn’t wait. I popped in to see if anyone could help and Emily at Reception was so understanding and helpful. She fitted me in with Dr John and my problem was fixed in 5 minutes! I visited Verve Family Doctors for the first time today. It was the best experience. They all were amazing! The girls at the desk were lovely, so kind and helpful. It’s a really happy and positive environment. Dr Webster was a caring and empathetic doctor who listened to me with great compassion, patience and understanding. I felt totally comfortable being honest about my health care experiences and that was very freeing. He has such a heart for helping people! I’m going to enjoy my future consultations at this friendly clinic.

I find Dr Elderton a caring Doctor always making time for me even though she is very busy with many others to take care of The staff are always helpful nothing is a problem I travel some distance to visit but happy to do so Fay Dunn

I visited this practice recently as was greeted with friendly caring receptionts, which i find a must when you are anxious about visiting doctors! I saw Dr Hodgkiss who was just like an old fashion caring GP only a lot younger. He made me feel at ease and was extreamly knowledgeable and actually informed me of things no other doctor has ever mentioned about a "syndrome" i have. I so happy with this clinic and very happy to recommend it!

It is almost impossible to make an appointment with my chosen doctor under 3 - 4 weeks. Very happy when I eventually see him

The staff are friendly and courteous, didn't need to wear a mask (yay) and the wait for the doctor was only few minutes. Nice to see. Doctor took time, did not Ruch and was knowledgeable.

I have been attending Verve for 30 years and in every way they provide excellent service. All staff are friendly, very competent and efficient. The doctors provide a comprehensive care plan for me and always take the time needed to fully explore my problems, and thereby provide the correct advice or medication. They are always ready to refer me on to other practitioners when they feel the need to do so. Verve is a great Clinic!!

Matured aged male adult. Dr Elderton is by far the best doctor I’ve dealt with with in all my years. So through and pleasant to deal with. Reception staff very friendly and prompt.

This was our first visit to this medical centre as my wife and I required travel vaccinations. The decor was very nice and the waiting area well set out. The reception staff were friendly, welcoming and efficient. We saw Dr Don Zhang for the travel vaccines and advice as we are going to India in October. He took his time to fully explain the vaccines we might need and things to do to remain in good health while we were travelling. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Unfortunately we don't live close to the Verve Family Doctors but if we did, based on this visit, we would most likely make it our regular medical centre.

My family has been visiting Verve Family Doctors from the time they were in different premises as North Mitcham Clinic and the doctor who started the practice, Dr. Adrian, was still practising. Since then the practice has become much bigger with more health care offered. We have found the doctors, other practitioners and office staff excellent. We recommend the practice to anyone in the area looking for a family medical practice.

We went to Verve to get our pre-holiday vaccinations sorted. The doctor was well informed, kind and helpful and the nurse was friendly and gentle. A surprisingly pleasant experience!

I had been stressed out with the settlement of funds etc, coming out of my bank account today. The Doctor John Wong gave me much ease giving me a few days to see the transaction through. Thank you Dr John.

Excellent and efficient service and care from booking and Reception, through to Consultation and Treatment. Dr John Wong is friendly and knowledgeable, always providing a balanced discussion of all issues and proposed treatments. Cannot recommend Verve and Dr John Wong highly enough 😊

I visited Verve Family Doctors today the 20/12/22 to see the nurse regarding a dog bite. I was advised it was best for a tetanus shot due to the bite location and she called my doctor who thought it was best for a tetanus injection and prescribed antibiotics. I was advised the tetanus injection was free and after leaving and getting into my car I received a call saying I had a bill for consulting. My consultation with my Doctor cost $87.91 than a rebate for no more than 5 minutes, usually a consultation for 15 minutes would cost $87.91. I expressed my disappointment politely to the cost and left. I had been with my GP for 20 years before he left but continued to go to this practice, sadly my view has changed!

Being my first experience in setting up a health care plan I found the experience informative as to seeing how better my health may be improved through the assistance of a health care team and I am looking forward to an improvement in my general health care.

During all this time the care we have enjoyed from Verve Family Doctors has been outstanding. During the times of CV19 our vaccinations were scheduled and reminders sent. Our current caring doctor is Dr. Archie Vigneswaran.

What a great bunch of people! So helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating. I am no long a patient but have become a friend. I treasure that. I cannot speak more highly of all of the staff: doctors, nurses and admin are all exceptional.
