BEWARE: This clinic has a lot of positive feedback about vaccine and flushot, the doctor is really nice BUT if you are pregnant and looking for a proper doctor don't go there, he has no idea how to deal with pregnant patient, my wife is pregnant and on her 5 week he sent her for an ultrasound that was internal ultrasound which is proven to be very harmful, so stay away if you are pregnant and looking for a good doctor. He might be good in other field but not safe as a go treating pregnancy. Stay away.

This clinic has to be one of the best clinic in the North. The staffs are very friendly and accomodating. Dr Muhammad Shakir is nothing but amazing!

I had a medical situation around September, didn't realise how bad it was. Rang several clinics nearby but all of these clinics couldn't accommodate me and have to wait 3 weeks for an appointment. I went to this clinic .The doctor saw me in few minutes, and told me that I have to go to the emergency. Doctor Mohammad Shakir and Receptionist Kay technically saved my life.

Such a great clinic! My first visit here and i will coming back here if I need medical attention. For the first time in a long time the doctor didn’t just throw a script at me! He checked my chest, temperature and asked me questions.

Great staff. Efficient. No ridiculous wait times with appointment. Dr does not "rush" you through and they have great nurses. I wish i knew it was in my area a long time ago.

Quite impressed with Dr Shakir that my father was seen by. He addressed dads health issues very well and was more than happy to speak to me over the phone. Considering it was dads very first visit I would gladly recommend this clinic Thank you so much.

Yesterday, I had my second Pfizer booster at Vital Medical Centre, Epping. I found the clinic staff very efficient and professional. Rubina was the nurse who administered it. It did not hurt. She is very skilled, well trained and patient. Well done, Vital Medical Centre.

I am very pleased with Dr Shakir, the receptionists are very friendly and assist with everything. I give a 5 star rating because it’s very difficult to find a Doctor that truly listens and takes care of his patients as does Dr Shakir. Vital Clinic is a place where I feel comfortable to go.

I've seen many doctors and medical clinics in my days, nothing compares to vital medical centre. From receptionist to nurse +, doctor, they are all caring and honest. Definitely go see them.

The doc I saw today was really great and very knowledgeable. Didn't feel rushed at all and I feel I made the right choice moving to this medical centre from my old one. Staff here are friendly and respectful. Definitely recommend this medical center

Staff always friendly. Just would be great if they were open weekends maybe one Saturday or one Sunday a month. Working near the airport and then leaving work 😔 is a rush. But always a pleasant experience ☺️

Just had my Covid winter booster at Vital Medical Centre at Dalton Road. Robina was very professional, provided good advice and friendly. She is an asset to the industry. Btw if anyone is afraid of needles please ask for her as I didn’t even feel it at all lol!

Couldn’t write this review sooner! After struggling to find a medical clinic I can say that I have secured one! Really impressed with the quality of service as a first time patient. The next available appointment was on Friday which wasn’t suitable for me. The receptionist contacted me right away to notify me of a cancellation without me having to inform her or her having my details. The staff is really kind and Dr Shakir is respectful, knowledgeable and really listens to his patients!

Good customer service and quick to be seen. The staff were welcoming and had a nice chat with the nurse that had me reassured. Happy with my overall experience here!

Dr Muhammad Shakir is such a great doctor!! Made me feel comfortable and he was very good at what he does. Unlike many other clinics, I have been the waiting time to see the doctor was so long but at a vital medical centre Epping the wait time is super quick. The reception was lovely as well as the nurses. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend to go here and see Dr Muhammad Shakir for your health concerns :).

Amazing Experience and friendly Staff. Able to book mine as well as my Parent's covid booster easily, filled in forms online. The nurse administrating the booster was very friendly. Very pleased with the experience.
