Have been fortunate to be in the care of DR Chan who keeps me in great health.

I find the reception staff always friendly and so willing to help. They are very personable and treat me like I’m known there. Parking is always easy so that is never a stress. My doctor, Andrew Nicholls, is one of the nicest, level headed, amusing, approachable people you can meet. He gives great advice, lends me books, and generally cares about his patients. I consider myself fortunate to have such an amazing G.P.

Dr Raymond Chan is excellent with children (and parents). He takes the time to explain, answer questions and ensure you’re informed about next steps - especially for “observe and let it run its course” advice. Receptionists in general aren’t very warm or genuine which is a shame. We like that the waiting areas are distributed near to GP rooms also.

I saw Dr Win Bo to obtain some repeat scripts and for him to complete a permit application for a disabled parking permit. I find Dr Bo very obliging with an excellent bed side manor. Mr normal GP is Dr Maurice D’Souza and he is also a pleasure to deal with. Kind regards, Brian Smith

Dr Farah is the best Dr. He has been our family Dr for upwards of 25 years and he has become like family. He has since moved to this clinic which is in a good professional clinic like his previous one. Highly recommend

Too expensive . Was charged for a consult with out of pocket . After 2 months they waited for me to cal them 3 times asking for my blood tests results to be explained by the Dr, i finally succeeded to get them to call me back with an outcome. The phone consultation was less than a minute they charged more than 60 $ Paid 25$ out of pocket just for the dr to tell me that my blood tests were okay. I already paid same money for my first consultation with him. Have some mercy on people guys. We pay levy & private insurance as well as half our wage for ato. 65$ for 55 seconds phone call ?

Super disappointed with this clinic. Was charged for a consult with out of pocket expenes to have a script resent because the original one didnt work. The phone consult was 1min 2 secs.

Fantastic care and support from the doctors at the clinic. While my 50 year old wife was in her final months of terminal cancer, the clinic made obtaining her medication and pain relief as stress free as possible aswell as taking the time to ask how I was. The gp also put in place a sensible asthma management plan for my 2 children.

Called this morning to make an appointment as my script is running out and check up. Greeted with a recorded message about abusing staff which I thought a bit OOT. Earliest appt for my Dr is mid next which I booked and was then spoken to very rudely and the receptionist was very unhelpful and condescending when I asked if someone (meaning a Dr) could write me an interim script. I hardly ever write bad reviews but this behaviour was terrible. Our family have been going here for over 20 years. Hopefully just a bad morning for someone,

First time visiting the clinic with My LO and I was very happy with the beautiful ladies at reception :) Very kind and friendly :) We saw Dr Chan, and I cannot believe how attentive, compassionate and very thorough. He even played some wiggles on his screen for her to look at while he examined her which was a magical touch! He really went out of his way to make my little 2 year old feel comfortable, which he succeeded! Thank you and I am so glad I feel happy to have found a decent doctor 🙏

I attended McDonald Street Medical Centre today where I had an Appointment with Dr A Farrah who has been my GP for more than 20 years. Good Customer Service was given to me. No problem for Parking and I did not have to wait for long.
