I've been going to Genesis on and off for the last 5 or 6 years. It's a great atmosphere and the classes are great. I can't wait for water aerobics to come back. You guys handled the pandemic and closures really well. It's clean, up to date equipment and I usually use the women's room which is a bit more quiet than the main floor. Genesis Melton is my happy place . I love the atmosphere, the staff are very friendly and professional. I’m going 6 days a week to workout , I do a lot of the classes , the instructors are great and make the classes really fun and enjoyable. I have also a personal trainer , his name is Dale and he is amazing , he is very professional and I love all my sessions with him every week . I have lost 25 kg since I joined the gym in January and I will have not done it without him , he has been a great support to me . I highly recommend Dale if you are looking for a personal trainer I also highly recommend Genesis Melton

Great gym, top of the line facilitie and the staff are not only friendly but extremely helpful. Everything is clean too. Moved over from another gym and haven't looked back. they are also really affordable keep up the good work.

The gym is overall good but I decided to cancel my membership. It has been weeks and weeks even after canceling by email and by phone and I keep on getting money taking out of my account. I have send multiple email and no respond. It’s getting up to 150$ of money taking out of my account for a gym that I cancel and don’t even go anymore. Not a good example for a company. Please sort reach to your email and contact me to refund my money!

Very good location and very good staff and equipment. eDuring work out i witnessed- a very masculine guy is intimidating, threatening, abusing another older guy on the pull up machine. He made so many profanity, racist comments- thatI was ready to intervene. The older guy played it cool and after his workout left the machine. The staff should put a sign up - that - no one is allowed to be violent toward any member - and if there is problem- to see the staff.

I have been to many gyms but I can say this gym is by far the best. Top quality equipment, feeling safe at all times and just the icing on the cake is the crew. One particular employee is Tracey, she always greets you with a smile, has the best customer service and I honestly think she deserves a payrise for all her hard work! Will definitely recommend this gym to everyone who is ready to start or continue their workout journey! 💪🏼

He’s always polite & respectful with a wealth of knowledge about diet & exercise. I have lived in Melton for 40 years and I would say Genesis is the best gym I’ve attended.

I have great experience with Genesis Melton. Usually I’m not a “gym person” but after joining Genesis Melton, I love to go to gym. Genesis Melton has everything that I need especially ladies gym, swimming pool and reformer pilates. The staffs are nice and helpful. The place are clean with modern gym equipment.

Really great gym, nice and open, great selection of equipment and facilities available for use. The staff are incredibly friendly and very helpful. Plus with all the different fitness class options available everyday it’s really great value for money.

I love the vibe in this gym. Everyone is so friendly and it never feels intimidating like other local Melton gyms I’ve been to. Having the massive screen to watch sport whilst training makes it such an amazing member experience too.

I enjoy the atmosphere of this gym. There aren’t any glaring looks and you’re never made to feel uncomfortable. The pool is such an added bonus as well as the opportunity to work out while there is someone watching your children.

Great gym, outstanding facilities and always super clean. Friendly staff and great atmosphere. I don't know of anywhere else you can get a work out go for a swim and then steam room and then into the massage chairs. Love this place!

This place is ridiculous. We are paying a price to use all facilities in the gym. This includes the pool and steam room. However, the first 4 months of my membership the steam room was out of order. Now, Christmas is here I have an opportunity to use the pool. The pool is out of action for 2 months. When I asked staff why patrons weren’t advised of this massive inconvenience, their response was. It was updated on social media. I don’t follow a gym on any platforms. And an email should have been sent out to all about any new updates or improvements. But the gym doesn’t have any issues sending out emails relating to increase of fortnightly payments, or deals to get people to join. In fact. The royal commission should be made aware of this as they are taking advantage, especially in today climate, Some discounts should be offered for this inconvenience.

Came in to ask a simple set up question for Work Cover and the woman behind the counter decided to to Yell over me. "TALK TO ALIX. TALK TO ALIX. I CAN'T DO ANYTHING. I CAN'T DO ANYTHING." Started having an anxiety attack so I composed myself and left. I'd recommend if you suffer from Anxiety and Heart Issues. DO NOT SIGN UP! Not worth it in my non professional opinion.

i only joined this gym for the unlimited reformer pilates sessions, membership is affordable and they have early sessions from 5:30am weekdays, which helps with gettg to work on time😂. Instructors are awesome, staff are friendly and helpful, everyone there is on thier own journey which is great to see, even made friends along the way. i also get access to everythg else in the gym (and i will get to that eventually🤦🏽‍♀️).

Been here for a little over a year now. Staff members are friendly and professional and they have a wide selection of gym equipment to choose from. It's a non-judgmental and inclusive environment. People of all shapes and sizes just come, do their thing and then they're off. It's not like some other gyms I've been to where you get stared at if you're a newbie for example.

Love the gym! It's massive and got everything you need a pool, a sauna, wide range of exercise equipments and a huge fitness room too if you're into boxing🥊. It's always clean and got huge changing rooms with shower and other facilities. Love it would totally recommend 10/10 ⭐

Such a great range of Les Mills group fitness classes repeated throughout the week so everyone has a chance to attend and no one misses out. The Instructors are fabulous! They have such great energy, are caring and are always there to help with technique.

Such a awesome gym , Always Friendly, always willing to help when ever needed . Very clean gym . It’s such a nice feeling when entering the gym and always greeted with a smiling face from the girls at the front reception. I would recommend this gym to anyone . I love this gym! So spacious and no matter what time you go there is always enough equipment. Staff are always so happy to assist with any queries or to help when help is needed. Like how many times I have forgotten my locker code!! Such a welcoming atmosphere that you won’t get at many other gyms. A place where you can meet new people, form new friendships and have the best time ever whilst working on your mind and body! Win win, I say!

This gym offers so much more than I expected. Staff are always helpful and encouraging. The gym is clean, with plenty of equipment and choices of classes - and the gym members are supportive and welcoming. Great environment to work out in.

Been a member at Genesis for over 13 years, staff are friendly and greet you by name, best weights equipment to suit everyone, absolutely love the Coaching Zone Classes with coaches that encourage you to push to do your best. Love the idea of able to pick up YF meals and a coffee before heading to work. I feel safe working out at Genesis during Covid as the premises is always clean. Genesis Melton has to be the best gym in Melton.

I love this place. Facilities are clean and the equipment variety is amazing, especially in the women's only exercise room. I came here for yoga, but I'm keen to try the pilates class as well as the sauna.

See edit below: The gym is good but their cancellation policy is bad. My son tried and tried to cancel but they wouldn't accept it over the phone and everytime we went in the reception was unmanned. They took an additional 120 off of a child. Edit: Paul from Genesis contacted me and offered a more than reasonable refund for the services we hadn't used. Very happy with his proactive response to my cancellation experience. The gym itself is best value for money in melton in my opinion.

Started doing reformer Pilates at Genesis and I can’t believe the transformation in my core strength and muscle tone. All the instructors are so knowledgeable and helpful in assisting with a personal program to suit me. Can’t imagine going anywhere else.

Loving it!!! Returned to gym after a really long time and felt this is on point. Lots of great classes running, great community. Lots of equipment to keep every part of the body busy. There is also a swimming pool

One of the few all-in-one gyms in the area. Clean, well equipped and has a variety of facilities for a person who likes to do different exercises in a gym. Great explanation during the tour before signing up.

The best gym in Melton! Their reformer pilates class is just the highlight of my day. Great instructors, calm ambience and clean space. Coaching zone classes are equally good with the right equipment and exercise regime.
