Panarottis Century City has a menu that caters for a variety off pizzas. You can order half of one and half of another pizza. I liked the idea👍. Friendly staff / waiters.

Panarottis is located in the food court of Canal Walk on the first floor next to the nu-metro movie theatre. Its convient location is a definite plus, but the winner is undoubtedly the food. It is delicious! The Carnivore pizza is a must have as well as their delicious subs. We experienced very attentive service which is definitely a plus.

Fantastic pizza..... First visit here since we left SA 15y ago.... The taste has not changed.... We have had 4 different pizzas amongst our party.... All were very tasty.... Thanks for a wonderful evening out.....

Ordered the Duo pizza about 3 times and was disappointed on all Occasions. The quality is gas station-like (see picture) just smeared with barbecue sauce and nothing much. I had this same pizza at Cape Gate mall and thoroughly enjoyed it. I thought it will be same here at canal walk but apparently the kitchens are completely different. I now travel the long distance each time I feel like eating this pizza because I am always disappointed by the quality here at Panarottis canal walk. I believe the quality has a lot of room for improvement. I have however, enjoyed the Alfredo and salads and the waiting staff are doing a great job.

I see this place has mixed reviews, unfortunately, I did not have a great time here. Once we ordered, there was a 45 minute wait for our food, which were only 2 pizzas. I don't know if every Panarottis makes their customers wait that long, but if you're really hungry I advise eating somewhere else. When our food did arrive, I asked Blessing (our waiter) what was the cause for the delay, she just replied in saying when it's busy this is how long the food takes to gets here. That doesn't sound like a well running restaurant to me. On top of that, during my wait, I observed other customers around me. One couple had to wait 20 minutes before even getting assigned a waiter. Ridiculous! Overall, the food was good. But I'd rather drive home and eat, and that would of still been faster then waiting for my pizzas. Would not go back!

Worst! Waited over 20 mins for our drinks, which we had to remind them about. Then waited over an hour for our pizza, which we had to remind them about. Absolutely terrible customer service and all the manager could say is that they were "under pressure" while other customers were being served their food. 10/10 would not recommend.

Friendly staff and very convenient. Food is okay. Had a garlic bread style pizza today and I must say it was pretty good. We finished that pretty fast. The rest of the pizza was average not worth recommending.

My son and I went there yesterday 09.07.2022 at 10:15 am waitress that served us was awesome, great service from waiting staff....the manager was standing at the entrance on his cell phone the whole time, with just telling customers that they can sit anywhere.. we ordered the bfast pizzas, I asked for scrambled eggs on the side...it came to the table cold as if it was just taken out of fridge...that put me off it completely. Why do you make scrambled eggs in advance, when there is only 4 tables in the whole restaurant at that time...eggs that is rewarmed is a risk..when asked to get hot food, the kitchen staff placed it in microwave and sent it to table as hard as rubber...sorry that is unacceptable. I have never been disappointed in food that was ordered at the cape gate or tygervalley branches....as said before the waitress was fantastic, but food let you down.

I always enjoy the pizzas here. I really need to try your pastas. Good service and friendly staff.

Best service I had ever, less then 10 min wait for my food and the waiter was top class.

Only giving 5 stars cause its one of my favorite family time restaurants. However on our last visit 27 April 2022 we were about 7 family members doing lunch. The food was great 👍 and no mistakes was made. But i somehow looked underneath the tables and i was shocked 😲 it was worst than a pig's home!!!!!. It was dirty with beverage spills food on the floor and used napkins lying on the floor. This experience has felt like my family and I were dinning in the local dirty disposal site 😔.

Panarottis always a winner. Well established and they know the craft of their pastas and pizza's well. Don't shy away from their ribs either though, a hearty meal for the whole family. Speaking of this is a family restaurant, so expect some little ones about and please dear parents remember it is your duty to keep your darlings in line. A busy plage to be be at month end shopping, especially the canal walk branch, but it was a lovely evening with good food and the friendliness of the staff is what really sells the "Big on Family, Big on Pizza". Grab a slice and enjoy. 👍🏻

Worst experience! If there was a zero stars option I would have used it here. Not very accommodating, talking over food, food being cut and prepared to go put next to the bin, waiters and staff not washing hands after touching the bin and then proceeding to serve food to customers. Cleanliness at its lowest!

I placed an order via Mr D asking for a half and half pizza with extra avo. Got charge R30 for avo but received nothing on my pizza will never ever order from you again

The best part about this place was the decor/ambiance. The pizza was fine but not amazing. Wishing I would have ordered something different. I got the BBQ Rib pizza because it sounded unique and my wife ordered a vegetarian pizza. Hers was the better option. Luckily they served it with some garlic, cheese and peppers that could be added to it. Once I did that they flavor improved. We honestly liked our pizza better from Debonairs better.

You know what you are getting when you go to Panarottis, a family chain restaurant, so it is somewhat of a comfort pick. The food is consistent and good, but prices are a little higher than what I'd consider average for a pizza. Be prepared for loud children. For something a little more fun, sharing a big Monsterito pizza is always a winner.

Great pizza, lovely service. However we had to wait a little longer for the waffle but the waitress was kind enough to bring us an ice cream while waiting.

Great food and very friendly staff. We enjoyed our experience. We had the mac and cheese balls and also the chicken strips with cheese sauce as a starter. It was really delicious, the cheese sauce was nice and creamy and very cheesy. The pizzas are always good. I was very impressed with the vegan options as well. There's a nice big selection of vegan options.

Really enjoyed our lunch at Panarottis century city, the pizza was really nice and the staff members to, and singing the birthday song made it more special, thanks alot really appreciate good service ❤

Always an experience. It was for a birthday and as always they never let us down. We are members and regulars, so enjoy the benefits as well. You guys rock. Thank you. Just surprised that 2 of the drinks we ordered was not on the menu. Other than that, we adore all of you.

This is nice. But it’s not a PIZZA. Flatbread, focaccia with nice toppings, but it’s not a PIZZA. Pizza has a tomato sauce and cheese, and you as a restaurant professionals know that, of course. Manager Richie came and heard my point, but it’s not him who put that bread with feta, dry tomatoes, herbs and olives in the PIZZA section of menu. Your menu is misleading. You better change a menu, or make a proper pizza.

We walked in when the kitchen was due to close. The waiter was very kind to get our order in quickly, however it felt very rushed and we did feel quite neglected. Pasta was floating in sauce, expected it as it was prepared in a hurry. Don't attempt eating here if they are anywhere near closing lol. I'm sure their meals and service are much better during decent operating times.
