Rukie, I believe is a gem for the team at Mercedes Benz Waverly. Since my first conversation with him, I found him to be nothing less than amazing. I could see that he loves what he is doing, which makes it even more amazing to be a customer being looked after by him. He made sure all our concerns were addressed. Was very prompt with all the communication. Very knowledgeable and thorough. Friendly and understanding. He made sure the number plates we provided were registered within time. We requested for car pick to be preponed. which was all sorted smoothly. Our travel from another side of Melbourne to there was looked after, otherwise we would have needed to travel almost 1.5 hrs on public transport. Last but not the least, the handover part of the car and keys was made so special for us. He gave us a lot of time and all of his attention, went through the car details and functions, answered all out questions with all his patience. Even helped us fix something after almost everyone had left and he was just about to leave after closing down. All the other staff were friendly as well and we felt well looked after. Sanjiv also sorted out all our finance and documentation smoothly and was very friendly and helpful to be served by.
