HUGE RANGE OF EVERYTHING CRICKET This shop has an unassuming facade looking out onto busy Dudley Street in West Melbourne. Inside there is a huge selection of bats balls wickets gloves.. Its surprisingly easy to get a car park on the street here. ( 3 hour spots right in front of the shop.

After many great years of experience with GCCC it’s sad to say I’m very unhappy with the service recently received. I purchased $600 (GM SIREN SIGNATURE) cricket bat along with multiple other items in the past week. Unfortunately due to a fabrication issue with the bat it only lasted 4 cricket balls before the corner tow completely split off along with its toe guard. No replacement offered and a wait time of up to 14 days assessment!!! That may become a repair. No thanks GCCC!! I didn’t pay $600 for a repaired cricket bat! What a joke!!

I've got a few things from this store earlier it is definitely good quality and worth the price. I wanted to share a recent experience I had with this store. I initially purchased a very expensive bat from overseas and gave it to Greg Chapel Cricket Centre for knocking/ match ready service. The bat was sent interstate for this service and it was initially estimated to be made available in 3 weeks. However, due to COVID and Auspost delays the delivery of the bat post service got delayed by an extra week. When I finally received it there was a dent on the side of the bat which GCCC staff said was due to mishandling by Auspost guys. I was disheartened and totally unhappy about my brand new bat not used even once having a dent. However, Beau, a staff member was very considerate and empathetic and also offered to compensate with a free service to fix the dent and to further make it up, he also offered a huge discount on another item that I was buying. After the bat was fixed I couldn’t even see the dent, the job was done perfect. There are several shops out there selling the same cricketing gears across Melboure, however, it is these experiences that makes GCCC stand apart. Really appreciate the work you do Bau and great job GCCC team!!!

I went to the Greg Chappell Cricket Centre today for the first time to pick up a Christmas present for my son. Excellent variety and I was pleasantly surprised by the fantastic customer service! This store surely covers all your cricket needs, will be coming back for sure.

Great variety of bats bads and training. Even if if you go to get a simple things like stumps or pants the workers tell you everything you need to know. Also great member prices definitely worth signing up. Love this store and it will always be my first.

Took my young boys here to buy a new pair of cricket shoes, plenty of stock available with excellent prices. The staff were absolutely fantastic, offering advice and pointing us in the right direction. After paying the lady on counter she offered our boys a small replica toy cricket bat each for free. The boys haven’t put them down yet!! This is the ONLY place I'm going to for cricket gear! Well done and thank you.

Experienced and helpful team on hand for advice

Guys such a double standard shop. I had booked a NB spikes on sale day and unfortunately they dint hav stock for my size. They said they will get me in a week and obviously the person said it would be the same price because I am placing an order. And the day I went to collect it. They said it’s not on sale price. Such dumb thing that they dint even understand that I placed an order on sale day. Worst store. Never goin again here

Incredible customer service. Beau took the time to walk me through some fantastic options. I was taken seriously, despite being a novice to the game. Not once did I feel out of place! Beau took the time to also put a new grip and face sheet on my daughter's bat, which was the icing on the cake! Definitely recommend a visit, especially if you are also a novice female player. Excellent sports gear store right in the middle of the city. They've an amazing collection of cricketing gears ranging from bats, guards, protective suits, bags to shoes and what not! The staff's are super friendly and helpful in choosing your gears. Kudos to them!!!

I went here 2 years ago, and bought a Ton Reserve Edition Bat for $550. Very Happy that I got a bargain, I went to get it knocked and oiled, only to find that TON doesn't have any 9 Star Reserve editions. Its just GCCC rebranding a Player Edition TON Bat and selling as Reserve Edition and a Reserve Edition as a Makers Choice. I brought this to their attention and I was told off that I cannot be helped as I had got the bat knocked. I have left the bat on the side as a reminder not to buy anything from GCCC anymore. My Kids and some friends use it for weekend play with tennis ball. I went ahead and bought a genuine SS Gladiator from India, and such a world of difference in quality.
