One of my top experiences at a top notch spa. Beautifully designed on the inside. Staff are warm presentable and friendly. Deborah was my therapist, amazing and brilliant. 👌🏽 Treatments are relaxing and would of been even better if there were restrictions of the use of mobile phones. A very. Inconsiderate female sitting next to me for pedicures chatting with her lady next to her and made calls which disturbed the serenity. The food served for our particular group was good however there was zero items for pescatarians.

I loved the ambiance of the spa. However, less is to be said about the service. My girlfriends and I booked the executive suite, which was meant to have come with a "bottle " of champagne. We received only three glasses of "champagne" and dried up crackers with fruits that were not fresh. Secondly, due to life circumstances, we arrived outside of the scheduled 15 minutes before. We were treated unpleasantly. The hostess would roll her eyes whenever we asked for drinks. When we started our first treatment, one of the therapists had the audacity to tell us we were too loud and too late and basically didn't deserve to be treated as paying clients. Thirdly, we paid for a package that included lunch. None of the staff were courteous enough to inform us that the restaurant would close or even ask if we wanted to order before our treatments. Instead, we were told at check out that we didn't get our lunch because we were late. Experiences may be different for everyone, but I would recommend this spa. The staff "size you up" upon arrival, and I guess that determines the service you will receive.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Life Day Spa, and I can confidently say it deserves a glowing 5-star review. From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted by a beautiful venue that exudes tranquility and luxury. The entire experience was top-notch, with every detail up to the highest standard. Life Day Spa truly feels like a little piece of heaven on Earth, and I can't wait to return.

If you looking for a luxury spa experience, I would not suggest LIFE spa Fourways . I booked a spa treatment as a birthday treat for my husband, which turned out to be a real disappointment. One of the therapists wasn't very inviting either. We asked for the massages to be firm, however was told that they only offer low and medium for this massage . Why was this not mentioned when I called to booked as I could have reconsidered the treatment. Then when I hopped onto the bed , the towel that I was meant to sleep on was dirty with makeup, implying someones semi naked body lied on the towel before me. Completely unhygienic . That made us extremely uneasy for the rest of our treatment. The pillow covers did not have the plastic slips for sanitary purposes... the pillowcases did not look very neat or clean. Why did we fill out the personal details and request a firm message if it wasn't allowed . We also wanted to do pedicures, but decided against it after feeling very underwhelmed after the treatments. Hard earned money wasted. Doesn't deserve the one star to be honest!

I enjoyed my previous visits at the spa, the staff is friendly and good however this last visit wasn’t great. I waited quite long for my treatment and the treatment felt a bit rushed, when I left I still had soap marks on my neck and face from the facial. However the facilities are nice and all the staff members are very friendly

If you ever need a timeout, Life Day Spa Fourways is the place to visit. You automatically feel calm when u enter this establishment, the smells, the water in between the floors, the friendly staff...I can list it all but that would defeat the purpose of you experiencing it for yourself. The pool and a cup of coffee is a must....lunch upstairs is such a bonus, fresh and delicious meals. I really had the best time and will definitely return.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at Life Day Spa, I’m actually shocked. Firstly I came with my husband and therefore forfeited my pedicure to accommodate him getting a message after an exceptionally stressful week. The first masouse I got, Amanda, had a foul attitude the minute I stepped into the room. Her hands were ice cold and when I asked her to warm up her hands for the massage, she responded “there’s nothing here to warm up my hands”. She then continued and when I told her that her hands were still too cold, she left the room and returned 2 minutes later. She then informed me that I would need to get dressed and leave the room to another masouse. Mind you I was already naked and on the bed. I was shocked. When I asked her why I was getting another masouse, she responded saying “because I can’t make my hands warm enough for you”. I had to get up, get dressed and move rooms. The lady I got was no better. When I climbed on the bed and getting ready for the massage, she snatched my bonnet off my head roughly without consent and I just had my hair done. When I asked her why she was doing that, she responded “I need to work on here” whilst touching my neck. At that point, I was over the entire experience and appalled but the entire experience. I informed the manager, Florence I think her name is, and she reassured me that she would call to give me an update on the action that would be taken following this incidence. It’s Tuesday, my appointment was the previous Thursday and I can confirm that not a single call, email or any communication has been received regarding my terrible spa experience. What was suppose to be a relaxing and stress free experience turned out to be the worst spa experience I’ve ever had. Appalled.

The spa is one of the finest in Johannesburg it’s tranquil breathtaking the ambience is subtle and relaxing interior to perfection the therapist really do an amazing treatment u really feel relaxed n well taken care of a place of pure relaxation However there are a few minor issues such as the reception area the ladies infront are really not welcoming at all also another major issue was allowing transgenders males into the ladies private bathroom my sister in law and I were really uncomfortable with the situation. And felt out privacy was violated

We booked the serenity package, venue and location is great. Massages were good, rasul experience was fantastic and therapists were good. However, we had the luxury suite for the entire session, the last hour we could spend in the jacuzzi and during this time, someone opened the door. Very unprofessional as they said they will knock when our time is up, we still had 20 minutes left. Lunch was horrible, sushi was warm!

Booked a full body massage at Life day spa and the arms were not massaged. Did not feel welcome at all.The service is poor .Seems like you don't need the business! Very disappointed.

If you need to wind down and relax, this is your spot. They are usually fully booked up to 2 weeks in advance and especially on weekends. But if you manage to swipe a booking, it's so worth it. The staff are friendly and skilled at what they do. Loved the experience.

If i could give a ZERO star review I absolutley would. Your administration & manager have absoloutley no skills to be dealing with clients. I followed the process on line multiple times. Followed up with emails and calls. Then phoned reception to find out why I hadn't been responded to only to be told i should try book during the week. (I did multiple times with the online booking form) I also then said it is unfair to put ownus on the person trying to book when I followed the WEBSITE process and the previous called persons process. The manager said it is what it is we cannot assist you and its not our fault. Review your process, the way you speak to clients and get better telephone etiquette. They also refused to repeat their names and said doing a formal complaint would do nothing.

My therapists have always been wonderful and the food is delicious. I just find that the setup is not private, the entrance looks over the pool and I feel that the corridors are small and you are forever dodging people. To me it’s not tranquil and relaxing unless you are in your massage room. On a few occasions I’ve felt as if I’m in the way and should hurry out once I’m done. However the reception staff are very kind. I believe it’s just the building and the layout in general.

I hosted a bridal shower and the staff were very friendly and professional. The food was amazing and the spa is neat and tidy. We received 2 complimentary bottles of sparkling wine and we each got a small gift. They gave the bride to be a sash, which I thought was a very sweet gesture. I will definitely be returning.💗

My daughter and my wife went there on the 7th of January. They got a message and got their nails done. They said that the staff was friendly as they did their massage and nails. My daughter was happy with her nails, the right hand was light blue with glitter and the left hand was darker blue with glitter, while my wife did her feet only she did this nie green. It was my daughters birthday so that was the highlight of her day. Their service is good. My wife and my daughter enjoyed themselves
