Usually
the
service
is
great
,
very
polite
and
helpful,
but
there
was
one
Receptionist
today
that
was
so
rude,
giving
me
false
information
saying
they
do
Veneers
and
that
I
had
to
call
Private
DPV
in
Epping
instead
and
she
didn’t
even
transfer
me.
so
I
called
private
dpv
in
Epping
myself
and
they
said
we
don’t
do
that
and
the
lovely
lady
at
Epping
reception
was
so
helpful
giving
me
other
options
and
was
very
kind
so
when
she
transferred
me
back
to
Craigieburn
public
DPV
because
they
deal
with
that,
it
was
her
again
the
rude
receptionist.
I
gave
her
my
name
and
she
goes
“um
I
spoke
to
you
before
“
in
a
rude
way
and
went
quiet
asking
me
why
I
called
again.
when
I
explained
what
the
lovely
lady
in
Epping
said,
she
went
quite
for
a
minute
then
said
“um”
and
put
me
on
hold
to
obviously
talk
to
someone
else.
Then
changed
it
up
and
said
“no
we
can’t
help
you,
you
called
the
wrong
place,
we
don’t
do
that”
instead
of
trying
to
help
me
by
giving
me
more
information
explaining
that
they
only
do
fillings
and
giving
me
other
options
like
the
other
receptionist.
How
does
a
receptionist
of
a
company
not
know
the
services
that
are
provided
in
the
company
they
work
for
?
She
was
no
help
to
me
at
all,
gave
me
one
worded
basic
answers
was
in
a
rush
to
say
they
can’t
help
to
hang
up.
No
respect
at
all,
and
people
like
that
should
not
be
working
in
the
air
and
helpful
community
work
place
like
dpv
and
I’m
so
disappointed
because
that
could’ve
been
anyone
else
like
an
elderly
person
you’re
meant
to
have
patience
and
explain
clearly
in
a
respectful
way
to
customers
when
I
asked
her
to
give
me
her
name
in
a
nice
way
after
her
being
so
rude
to
me
and
giving
me
attitude
for
no
reason
she
said
no,
and
I
said
I’m
going
to
complain
this
isn’t
how
you
treat
people
she
said
she
does
not
care
,
laughed,
and
then
hanged
up.
She
needs
to
be
fired
A.S.A.P.
I’m
worried
for
all
the
other
customers
what
a
shame
to
have
someone
so
disrespectful
like
her
as
a
medical/
dental
receptionist.
I
feel
sorry
for
all
the
other
patients
she
has
done
this
too
this
clearly
was
not
the
first
time.
I
feel
sorry
for
DPV
to
has
someone
like
her
representing
them
im
sure
many
have
complained
about
her
too.
So
unprofessional.
