Ive been going here for 5 or so years, this business has always impressed me with how well ran it is. Always a lovely team. Today my lashes were by Jolie in the Camberwell store. She was very sweet, took time to listen to what I wanted. Nice and gentle touch and very natural lash work.

17-April-2023 - I returned to have my lash lift and brow wax because i had the best experience on my first visit. Today it was awful. My brows looked terrible and my lashes didn’t even lift at all. Waxing was done in a rush as well as the lift. I regret paying 100+ for this service. Please do not waste any of your cash here for that kind of service. Only ask for Bright. She was the best. Today was just tragic. Will not return. Have to find another place to have my face done. Big let down and I thought i will have nice brows and lashes for my holidays. 0-Stars if possible. 3months ago - Highly recommend! The best lash lift place in Melbourne. I know i have really horrible straight lashes that won’t lift at all.. i tried so many shops and this by far is the only place who managed to give me a lifted lashes. I was so happy I completely forgot to ask for my techs name. She was the lovely pregnant lady. I would suggest you get her to do lash lifts if you have a difficult lashes like mine. The whole process didn’t take long and i am so happy with the cleaning process as well, she made sure there’s no products left on my eye which I’m always worried about.

Such a good feeling knowing I’ve found my new favourite brow and lash place! The staff are lovely and listen to your every word, checking in with you throughout the whole process. The shop itself is also extremely clean and welcoming. There are so many options provided for services, and their daily specials are a great deal. 10/10 from me!

Great little lash and brow bar. Always easy to get in and great value. You don't always get consistent results but if you chose one stylist this may change.

It was my first time visiting Simply Brown and Lashes and absolutely brown away by Hana quality of work and professionalism. She walks me through the process of getting my classic set lashes with super friendly and helpful attitude. The process of getting my lashes done was pain-free, and was so relaxing i fell asleep while she did my lashes. The result was amazing, got many compliments from my friends about the new lashes set. 5-stars service by Hana and definitely coming back. Recommend to everyone who are in the area and would like to get your lashes done !!!

Lashes were great! I needed to go in for a free touch up as a couple of my lashes fell out but this was fixed on the spot (I wouldn’t have bothered but it was for my wedding). The staff were lovely and professional.

Siimi did a great job threading my eyebrows. I walked in without an appointment and expected to have to wait but she saw me immediately and my brows look so lovely. Will be back for sure!

I am very satisfied with my eyelashes and eyebrows lamination. Hana did a great job, she asked carefully what style I wanted and I wanted a natural look with a cat eye shape. She is really gentle and careful. Highly recommend to everyone.
