I've been attending AES for a few years now and on every occasion I have received professional and courteous attention, clear explanations, and reassuring guidance.

I had a wonderful experience when I visited this clinic for eye tests. From check-in to check-out at Reception and everything in between. Dr Jaross is extremely polite, saying please and thank you every time he asked me to look this way and that.

Always a pleasure meeting up with Mr. Jaross and his friendly team for my once a year diabetic eye check, and the wonderful manner in which Mr.Jaross looks after you as well as making sure he tells you how well you are doing and that he thinks my appointments with him are "amazing " as he is genuinely pleased with my ongoing eye health.

Virginia, the receptionist was most helpful. I have taken my parents in a couple of times for check-ups on their eyes & there has been some mix ups in losing my dad's details from the first time he attended; his name wasn't registered in their system & also my parents referrals weren't sent across from a previous clinic. Virginia stepped in & saved the day...she was able to ring/chase around for this information. She is a very friendly, happy, caring person & we leave Australian Eye Specialist knowing she has done her job over & above. I would of given 5 stars but due to the very long waiting times from start to finish this can be a bit disappointing; although I know the Drs, receptionists, staff, etc. are extremely busy. We would like to congratulate Virginia on a job well done! That lady deserves a pay rise!! Thankyou Virginia from myself & my parents...keep smiling 😃

I've been to the clinic for past 3 years. Staff are always friendly and Dr Nandor Jaross is amazing. He never rushes, explains all procedures, make client feel comfortable, respected and safe. Since I got treatment from Dr Jaross, my eye has improved so much, I am very happy with outcome. Highly recommended! In fact, I have referred Dr Jaross to many people. Thank you so so much for your care and professionalism.

The care was exceptional and everything was explained to me in detail during the booking process, the check up and when making my next appointment. All test were explained and results made clear. Very impressed
