I phoned re: purchasing a NordicTrack Spin Bike. I was told that after giving all information and instructions about what I was after, a month later and I’m still waiting to be contacted. So poor. I won’t deal with Rebel Chadstone. Someone else will get my business!

Although we bought it on Clerance sale this is not acceptable giving us bad service! Scratching our floor and giving us a scratched equipment??salesman told us that it will be assembled in our house but the delivery is the worst! For a 200kg equipment only one person to lift it? Really? not even a trolley?! Damaged our wooden floor left deep dent from entrance all the way to hallway!!! Didn't know what he's doing and told us it won't fit the door, but it did actually at the end because my husband insist he try! For a big company like yours, you should invest to have a reliable delivery and installation guy remember it's been paid by your costumer and not cheap!

I placed an online order went to collect (southland) and they said someone must have stolen the last polo and they told me to quickly drive to Chadstone because they have 4 in stock - i drove to Chadstone - while driving down i received a call from the internal Chadstone store telling me my order was stolen and to go the the external store when i arrive - well the external store had been closed for 30 minutes already.. so i walked to the internal store and explained my situation and the 4 young girls just looked at each other not knowing what to do and just kept talking amongst each other instead of trying to help me so i had to go to the register and ask for a manager who then apologized continuously without actually offering any suggestions or trying to actually help me. i drove from 90 minutes away to southland to be told to go to Chadstone to then be stuffed around even more. i still dont know whats going on with me order.. i guess i'll have to call and get a refund? why isn't there anyone competent enough in the store to actually help, do they not pay enough? i;ve spend thousands here just in the last few months - i'd expect at least one person from the 3 stores to actually have the brain power to help me. Useless beyond belief

Josh and the lady serving at the checkout desk today were so helpful. Fantastic customer service! Took their time to help us locate a low stock product. First class service.

They were determined to find it, and they did! :) - They also helped me with a wet wipe. Unfortunately, they couldn’t find one, but! Provided me with another solution - a damp cloth! Went to buy 2 nike and new balance shoes and waited more than 40 minutes, No one was there to serve the right size. Tried walked around the store. Then gave up and got them from nike an nb stores itself. Not a good experince.

Store manger Lana at Rebel sports Chadtone ( external ) is very friendly and knowledgeable. She helped me and my son meet all sports needs. This is one the best Rebel sports stores in Melbourne. They have a lot of variety.

Friendly staff, though scarce. Visited on a Friday evening. Had to go to the billing counter to get some assistance since I couldn’t find any of the reps available to take on my query. Didn’t have the shoes that I was looking for but helpful and friendly staff nevertheless. Had good collection of shoes too.

It was a nice relief during the busiest time of the year to receive excellent customer service from Emily , one of the salespeople at the Rebel sport store. From the start of one simple call to picking up the gift, Emily was extremely helpful and pleasant throughout entire interaction. Explained everything thoroughly and assisted me with all my queries.

They are charging too much over the price just for a simple tshirt

Not once asked if I needed assistance. (Definitely not a busy time) asked a staff for help finding particular item/s. She turned towards that area, pointed & said "over there".. Her facial expression said 'leave me alone' Ok fine no issue would usually over look this everyone can have bad days. At the counter, staff could not get the security tag off, tried for few min then kept me waiting for about 10 more looking to see if they can get different one.. Came back continued trying. Finally got it, scanned the items. Handed me 5 items after I paid.. I asked for a bag.. They said oh sorry bags $x amount. 1 inform and ask customers as your scanning their item if we'd like a bag & $ associated to buy it (not all will know bags are additional when doing) despite a $200h + shop 2 after keeping a customer standing around for over 15 min in store because of a faulty pin on your security tag, not asking if they'd like a bag as you scanned multiple items for them.. Just give the silly bag for free. I don't care to pay $1 for a bag.. It's not about the cost to buy a bag. Up your customer service guys seriously. Read the situation!

A very large spacious almost warehouse size store with plenty of stock and range of products and brands. Helpful staff. Pleasant and clean. Convenient parking.

It was a mixed experience. When I visited few weeks back to swap an item the staff was so friendly and helped me in arranging the replacement, I was so impressed. BUT, yesterday I went to return an item per the conversation with customer care adviser (as the product delivered was not a brand new, with original seal is broken and even the 2nd seal with all the items scattered inside the fitbit versa 2 box) instead of listening to me why I was there, they were defending that it's a new one and can't be returned. I had to calm them down and have to explain that I was there to just return and rest was already arranged. Which was a bit of inconvenience. My only advise whatever may the reasons please hear out rather preempting actions.

Incredible customer service today from Will - who went above and beyond to sort us out with parts for a basketball system. He was so easy to deal with and a great representative for Rebel Sport. Will definitely make us shop at Rebel again - thanks again Will!

For such a large store, they are definitely lacking in staff. During a quiet period, waited 10mins for service with shoes, even after flagging down a staff member who obviously could not multitask.

Next time your staff lies make sure they can cover up! Very poor customer service. I dont like leaving bad reviews but this wasnt the first time.

I like rebel, but this time I had a bad experience. I bought a Speedo Womens Cap Sleeve Sun Top for my daughter. When she tried it on at home, it was tight, so I went to the store and asked if I could change it into a bigger sized one. Although my daughter just tried it on once and it still had the tag, the staff said that they cannot exchange or refund because it’s swimwear. I didn’t know that. Maybe I should have been more careful when I bought the product. From next time I hope your staff reminds the customer about your no refund policy so this kind of problem will not happen again… I don’t know what to do with the product which is too small for my kid.
