The lady at the checkout doesnt even greet or say thanks today,very dissapointed with kathmandu who should be respecting all ethnicities.

Extremely poor customer service. Placed an order online for click and collect, went to pick up the order showed my confirmation email. The Kathmandu representative name Manvu argued to produce the ID. I showed my confirmation email and ready to collect email still he insists for the ID and argued that he will shut the door if I don’t show the proof. There was no such clause mentioned that I need to show my ID for pickup and moreover I showed him 2 email form Kathmandu. Extremely rude and poor service. Never recommend Kathmandu Watergardens . Very Upset and left with no fun of shopping online with them.

Seriously, the staff need some product training! Every time I’ve been in, they don’t even know the names of basic hiking equipment... don’t even bother

I prefer Anaconda. Staff here are either too busy ok clearly not enjoying their job. I like the clothing and equipment however store is small.

Love the clothes and gear at Katmandu, they're first rate, but unfortunately I have always found the staff/service to be second rate. Staff need training/retraining in customer service.

No bad reviews for the jackets just customer service. I usually go for the highpoint shopping Centre for Kathmandu. I love Kathmandu jackets and always had a great experience, but today me an my friend went into the watergarden Kathmandu store. The girl at the reception was very unprofessional and rude. Being a customer service specialist i know when people are ignoring you for the service. we asked if we can try some of the jackets because they were wired, without any gesture and greetings she said i will help you once i am free, we waited for 10 min just to try jacket. I was just about to go somewhere else then she came and cold heartly told try this. I was so upset that i wanted to leave but my friend was happy just to buy the jacket. Finally we bought the jacket but couldn't leave with a smiley face.

Very good helpful staff. Sizing in the mens range has changed, now using full sleeves not diagonal, difficult if yr man has some muscles. They don't cater for the better built men

Fantastic range of outdoor clothing. Although the shop was busy Staff were helpful in finding a jacket for us.

You get 1 star for great products. No stars for service as there was none, despite 3 people behind the counter. They could not have cared less. Disappointing.
