I’ve been to Gorgeous Smiles a couple of times now. It had been years between dentist visits because I am scared of the dentist. The team are absolutely amazing though, put me right at ease in my first appointment and constantly checked in with me. I had no nerves in my second appointment and they were just as amazing. I cannot recommend the Gorgeous Smiles team enough, best experience I’ve had with a dentist visit.

She’s great at communicating and exposing to those who don’t know much about dental implants/bridges. Beautiful customer service. Will be booking ASAP!! ♥️

I had a great experience at Gorgeous Smiles! I had been looking around for a new dentist in the cbd and was glad I chose them. All staff were friendly and helpful and Dr Roshy was knowledgeable, honest and really considerate. I highly recommend them (especially if you don’t like going to the dentist)! Truly cannot recommend Dr. Minoo and the team at Gorgeous smiles any more highly. The customer service, attention to detail, and care that you get from the whole team is unmatched. And the results!! Gorgeous people in gorgeous smiles clinic😊. All the staff and doctors are so lovely and professional. They make you feel at ease at every step. I was so nervous about getting invsalign but when i met the gorgeous smiles team i knew this is THE place. I am so excited and thankfull.

They will try and wash their hands of all responsibility if something goes wrong with your Invisalign or any type of aligner treatment. DO NOT go here, you can literally go to any other qualified orthodontists in this city and get better customer care.

Highly recommend. I come here for general dentistry and Invisalign - both great! All staff are very friendly and attentive. Dr Minoo and Dr Darren take the time to clearly explain any treatments, listen to my concerns, and give me the opportunity to ask questions. Modern, clean facilities. And Nikki & the team are super lovely and always go above and beyond!

I had the worst experience at the clinic. The staff seemed disinterested, the facility was outdated, and the cleaning itself was rushed and ineffective. I won't be returning. Most professional people you can find in Melbourne. The girl Nikki, doesn’t know how to talk to a customer. Laziest people out there. Does terrible job and all they want is just your money. Rubbish work. If you value your hard earned money, don not go there. Disgusting behaviour from them. I saw all the good reviews and went there. They are either racist or the reviews are fake.

They were kind enough to fit me in when my front tooth broke off and the surgeon pulled out it. I had a replacement the day after and because I live remotely the dentists have been communicating with me externally to ensure all is well. Absolutely amazing service! Thank you!
