Decent place open throughout the public holiday period. I had a Tonkotsu Gyokai ramen with extra Nitamago (half boiled egg) and my partner had a Classic Ramen with Nitamago. Personally, I thought the bowl was good, the noodles were soggy despite asking for an extra firm texture. Additionally, the price point for all their food is quite high even considering the public holiday surcharge as we ate on New Year's Day. A big positive is the sizes of beer available to purchase. I got a 770ml Suntory malt on tap and the thing was huuuuge definitely worthwhile for beer lovers.

It’s been 2 years since I came here for lunch. Last time I was happy with their noodle 🥰 It’s muggy and hot outside yesterday 🥵 then Air conditions wasn’t working well in the restaurant 😓 It’s just for me??? I was a little bit uncomfortable already. I had Classic ramen with nitamago😣$17.5 and Danbo karaage strips $10.5. This time I wasn’t satisfied with ramen 😞 I normally order the same other Dando as well. My noodle was not standard firmness… Overall I didn’t get happiness from it😢 Danbo karaage was not my favorite ether 😭 They were soft but not that juicy and not much flavor….mmmm😔 just for me??? Maybe I’ll come back in winter time…😋 Friendly service which was good 😚👍🏻

Very enjoyable authentic ramen for a reasonable price. The standard tonkotsu broth is very flavourful and I like that you can customise your whole ramen. I like firm noodles (kinda like al dente for pasta), less salty soup (allows you to enjoy the umami more and be able to drink the whole bowl), and standard everything else. The restaurant is often packed but the staff are friendly when available. Really glad to have a native Japanese ramen chain available here!

That was the worst value for money I have ever purchased. I ordered Two bowls of ramen takeaway and when I added the soup out barely went halfway up the bowl. Each bowl had one piece of meat which was so thin it was see through after adding soup. For 36 bucks, I'll go somewhere else. Danbo ramen included a pamphlet to order directly with them (which we already did) but there was a quote on it that read "take away ramen will never be as good as five in ramen" and it deems like danbo is trying to make this be true.

I had ramen here quite often and loved it. However when it came to take away, they forgot my extra toppings twice. Please check the orders properly.

My brother, brother in law and I had a great Japanese Ramen Experience. Food was amazingly scrumptious. We had the Classic Ramen which was a 5 star amazing delish from the pork broth to the pork and finally to the Ramen. The service was quick and prompt, even though the restaurant was busy. The staff was friendly and courteous. I love the ambience of the restaurant - the atmosphere was very nice, cosy and comfortable. As soon as we stepped in, we felt like we were in a restaurant in Japan. Would recommend this restaurant.

Real authentic ramen experience on the Gold Coast. The staff are incredibly friendly and always smiling, lending a helpful hand with cheer. Ramen is freshly made, hot off the stove, and flavourful as you can hope for. So many choices to match your own preference, from noodles softness to salt content. Their gyōza is fresh and crisply toasted and every bit as flavourful as the ramen. Really could not recommend this spot highly enough. If you're a ramen fan, treat yourself to Ramen Danbo.

Absolutely delicious ramen!!!!! Could drive from other side of the Gold Coast every day….
