Stopped by for Lunch after word got around how amazing this place is and it did not disappointment. My grandmother ordered a Doner kebab meal deal with chips and a drink. Firstly the chips were amazing, nice and crispy and seasoned well. My partner ordered the Istanbul Mix meal and the whole thing was amazing, the meats are just so well seasoned, absolutely no need for any additional salt or pepper. Our favourite meat in the mix was the Koftee which was so juicy!! **Very generous portion sizes and absolutely worth the price of the meal** I had a special order of lamb shish, chicken thigh shish on rice with sour cream. I have special dietry requirements and at times it can be difficult for staff to take an order that's not on the menu HOWEVER **Safi** was AMAZING when dealing with me as I took a significant amount of time deciding and paying for my meal and he was very nice and understanding. Ultimately I would recommend this restaurant to anyone including anyone with special needs/disabilities or dietary requirements. I felt just like a normal customer in the restaurant. We will absolutely return to try more of their delicious food.

I had an incredible dining experience at the charcoal Turkish kebab restaurant! The ambiance was warm and inviting, and the aroma of the charcoal-grilled kebabs was mouthwatering. Fantastic fresh food, quick service, decent portion sizing, huge menu, fair pricing. I had to take down a star bcos i wasnt very impressed about the fact that they dont table water and their garlic sauce could be better.

Absolutely devine! So excited to have found this gem so close to home! We can't wait to go back there. The meat, the rice, the salad is just heaven. We will be regular customers for sure!

A wonderful dine in atmosphere, vibrant with happy conversations. Ordered the Sultan Feast for 4. Even with our two teenage sons appetite this was the perfect size platter. The service was outstanding and the food was incredible. This is our new favourite place.

Great location, very nice and satisfying food, and great selection of meals on menu. Would give 5/5 stars as the food was very nice however, the guy who took our order and seated us at our reserved table was RUDE. It was our first time eating inside the place and I had to move out of what looked to be the owner's/manager's way. Would like to have dined in another time as the food was nice, but I'm not sure if I'll experience the same events, or if staff would remember their basic manners.

Pretty good food, large portion sizes and reasonable price. I went with a large group of people and there were a few mistakes/confusion with orders including one person on our table who hadn’t received their food when almost everyone else had finished (asked about it a few times). Staff said they “can’t do a refund” before eventually giving refund after extended arguing and drama. I later found out another person didn’t get some of their food but didn’t bother saying anything due to all the hassle. Obviously mistakes can be made but I thought this seemed a bit unreasonable. They also don’t give you free water while dining in, you can only buy bottled water? And just some small service things like bringing cutlery to the table with the meal would help overall experience match the quality of the food.
