Normally this practice is well organised but today all I can say is the service has been appalling. I know Doctors can run late, but today they were 1.5 hrs behind. If the receptionist was actually doing her job, she should have called each patient to let them know they are running late so we were not all crammed into the waiting room. I would have appreciated the warning. Even while we were waiting she made no attempt to communicate with the patients to let them know what was happening. Really poor form from the receptionist. My 14 year old daughter would have been more proactive. I will be thinking twice before I book an appointment here again.

Dr Annie is very caring and thorough, she made my experience very comfortable. I would highly recommend this place to those living in the Hills District. She is also very punctual but not in a hurry to move on to the next patient if there is something that needs discussing. She explains your concerns and issues well. It is such a lovely community medical practice. It was very easy to book online and the staff were very friendly and professional.

Victor Gong is a quack, I strongly suggest patient check entries on their medical record by this individual as he has a bad reputation for misinformation and wrongful diagnosis without the patient's knowledge.

I had an appointment at 10.45 today, got there on the dot. Checked in with the receptionist and took a seat. I saw other people come in fill out forms and go straight in and out constantly. An hour had passed and I had enough of this, i then asked the receptionist when is my turn and she said “oh, you must have been skipped, I’ll ring the doctor” I told her don’t bother, my 4yr old and wife are waiting. I was so annoyed with her and left. It’s such a shame as the doctors are great but the receptionist really lets them down.

My daughter had a few really bad mozzie bites due to her sensitive skin type. Dr. Annie Gong is very nice she treated her blister with care and patience. She also gave me some tips about how to care for mozzie bites to avoid the blisters. My daughter and I love the experience.

I really appreciated the care and expertise of the doctors and receptionist. Any questions and issues were handled professionally and with understanding. Dr Annie was very clear, patient and easy to talk to. My family only went there to get a vaccination but are thinking of making them our local GPs. We also appreciate the multilingual options there.
