We were casually dressed and decided to try Rumbla. We weren't very welcomed by the head staff as everyone else was dressed to the nines. Thank goodness for the friendlier bar staff. The food was a 5/10. I ordered the ceviche and I was rather disappointed. One bite and I wanted to push the plate away. It wasn't as fresh as I'd like it to be. No sweet taste from the scallops or fish. It was just "meh". The pasta was alright, according to my friend. A place with a great view, that's about it.

Without a reservation, we were asked to sit in the bar area and told to order from the bar. The sofa style seats weren't the best for eating. I ordered the carpaccio entree and fish and chips main. Advised that because this was 'bar food', all food would arrive at the same time. For a 'bar food' environment, the prices are far too high. The carpaccio was OK, sized pretty thick. Main was alright, not worth $38.

Such a popular venue for do many however we found it very noisy for a family meal competing with cheery/boisterous parties in the same room. The dhufish was sadly replaced with red emporer fish, and as a visitor to Perth, I was looking forward to one of your local fish (we don't have dhufish in Qld). Having a pile of French shoes string fries just cheapened the meal (but not the price). My partners steak however was tender and delicious. Overpriced, overcrowded, overrated for us.

We hired the private dinning room for 14 people. The room is big enough and tables are wide hence people do not feel crowded. The tables come with only cutlery but you can decorate it if you like. We decorated ours. The food was great, the cuatomer service from the functions manager and our waiter for the night was excellent.

Great atmosphere for that venue with amazing views. They served wrong dish but did apologise and replaced it straightaway with the correct one. Wine and food are both good, staff are friendly. Highly recommend and will definitely be back 👌

We had been here twice. We used to like this place and we were here again for casual drink again today 08/03. We order chips, oysters and sashimi. We don’t know why the front staff try to clean our table when we were still eating. Not just one staff asked . It was two different front staffs. That is very bad experience.

The best restaurant in Perth. So romantic and the food is amazing. We go there for our anniversary every year as Rambla is such a special place to us. Usually go for dinner but Saturday is the first time we've been for lunch and still hands down best restaurant in Perth

We were a group of 9 on Sunday lunch. The place is lovely with a great view of Swan River. The food was great, very fresh seafood and good proportion. On the service side, I could see it's not a very busy day however the food took quite a while between starters and mains.

A fantastic place to sit and gaze at the Swan River and city skyline, while have a drink and delicious bites. A restaurant to take visitors to our State definitely. There's inside and outside dining options, with indoors including couches for a comfortable, casual experience. The menu is full of yummy food options and the bar has an array of beverages. The atmosphere is perfect, with soft music, modern furnishings and of course the view. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The bar staff helpful with your choices. Will definitely be back😊

Looks are deceiving. Looks fancy, expensive low quality food. Slow service, pushy unfriendly staff. Ordered 2 pizzas and they were both lackluster, sparse with topping (it was mainly cheese), greasy and was $22 each. Ordered some garlic shrimp and were so incredibly oily that my friend felt very sick. The battered fish and prawns tasted off and overall were just bad. The chips are like McDonalds fries and are of no higher quality. Everything was somehow burnt. The pizza crust was black and the garlic bread had blackened edges. The steak was the only thing as good as the restaurant appeared. Staff hovered uncomfortably close over the shoulder even though we're in the midst of a pandemic and social distancing is encouraged.

What an amazing restaurant! Firstly the staff were super friendly and constantly making sure we were catered for and happy throughout the evening. The meals were well priced, especially considering the area. Food had plenty of colour and taste to match. Highly recommend.

We booked a large table for our end of year work Xmas lunch and everyone was delighted and amazed at the quality of the dishes we were treated to. Rambla is definitely worth checking out. Superb food, view and great staff.

Enjoyed the service, but the food was poor for the price. Scallops were overcooked and tiny. Carpacio was overcooked and overflavoured by too much balsamic. Barely edible and overpriced.

Heritage - Where do I even start. I have to thank James, Lise and whoever else contributed to the most outstanding dining experience I have ever had, much of the entire reason I will come back is due to the impeccable service. When I booked Heritage Wine Bar, I was looking to dine somewhere a little bit fancy with wonderful food and a good bottle of wine, needless to say I got much more than what I was originally seeking. From the moment we walked through the door we were on a 5 star journey. James and Lise were attentive throughout the evening and could almost read our minds when it came to the beverages and the food. James not only made great recommendations of wines to us, we also received some educating on the wines as well. We shared a variety of the menu and all the food was absolutely divine, presented beautifully and cooked to perfection. Following dinner we were escorted down to Bobeche for a cocktail, but the service did not stop there. We felt totally looked after the entire way through, right up until we left the building. I simply cannot fault any part of the evening and its not something I will be forgetting about in a long time. Perth definitely needs more places like this and I will be recommending to all I know.

Great ambience and vibe. So elegant, chilly, and sexy at the same time haha. Not a lot of choices on the menu. We had the Gold Band Snapper and the Chachuterie (sorry for mispell😅). Food tastes good, the waiter and waitress who take care of us were very attentive. We were there for celebrating my partner's birthday and we got free little muffins with sparkler on it.

Staff were extremely approachable and friendly. Food was delicious but pricey (though worth it). Drinks were delicious. Venue is stunning with a great view! *Edit* Unfortunately at the end of the evening - upon last call being stated, there was a miscommunication between staff and an inability to serve wine located in a different bar. The attitude of staff took a slight nose dive that left a negative note for our group.

Great view, super friendly staff. The scallop and prawn spaghetti was beautiful but as it comes with a side of butter sauce I kind of ruined it by pouring the whole thing over my plate. Sometimes less is more! I think the scallops could have been cooked more consistently as one was undercooked and still quite rubbery, another was overcooked and the remaining 2 or 3 were just right. It didn't matter a great deal because they were very fresh and juicy, which goes to show to quality of food these guys use. The barramundi was fresh and mostly fell apart but a little dry on the outer edges of the fish. The pasta was very nice. Kirkpatrick oysters were a little more expensive than average and were very tasty but didn't blow my mind. Overall, Ramble is a cool place and I will definitely be back to try some of their other dishes.

Rambla has great view, super friendly staffs and amazing food. What stands out in particular is their chips. They are very different from others and uber tasty. Free-parking may be available depends on when you are going. Family friendly and high chairs can be requested. Thanks for making our birthday special and will be coming back to try out other dishes.

Lovely atmosphere. It would have been nice if you were able to order food from the table and not have to go up to the bar. For the ambiance and the price of the place it would be a nice touch if water wasn’t self service and more staff were on the floor.

A fantastic venue on the water. Located in South Perth. Great cocktails, friendly staff. The food selection is awesome. Great to visit for a few drinks and some food before jumping on the Ferry into Elizabeth Quay.

Damien was an incredible host and the restaurant is lucky to have somebody so good at their jobs working. Food was awesome, meat board was the highlight of our trip, oysters were great and the steak was decent. Should lose a point for refusing cash, but the service and food made up for it.

Great place, food, and drinks to celebrate a birthday. Cheese platter, pescatarian seafood platter, only had scotch fillet and not wagyu steak, and creme rambla for desert. Oh, and plenty of cocktails. Fairly priced given the amazing location and views so overall just an incredible day to spend there.

Wow, I booked this restaurant on a recommendation for my husband's birthday dinner and it was more than I expected. We had a cocktail to start, both excellent. Then we shared the seafood board, not only was it very well priced but so fresh and only one component deep fried! Just fresh, tasty fish. The fries and pear/rocket salad, also excellent. Good wine, amazing views and top service from knowledgeable and personable staff. They also presented my hubby with a little birthday cupcake and sparkler. All too often restaurants ask if it's a special occasion but then fail to recognise it, so it was a lovely and appreciated gesture. Could not fault anything. Can't wait to go back!

My partner and I went on a Thursday night. The atmosphere was great and the restaurant was a fair bit quieter, which was nice so you could hold a conversation. We had the most gorgeous server called Lisa who was just amazing and nothing was too much trouble. We chose the Pescatarian Board and ordered some fries as a side dish. When the food arrived it looked amazing. The fries came in a massive bowl and we could have fed the whole restaurant. We were never going to leave hungry. The seafood was divine and couldn’t fault a thing and it was all sourced locally. The flavours were amazing. Although we were full to the brim, we couldn’t help but ask for the desert menu. Big mistake! Not only did we order one sweet, we ordered 2 as they sounded delicious. They arrived at our table and they were deserts sent from above! We had the crème brule and I can’t remember the name of the other one, but both were incredible. Every mouthful was just a burst of beautiful flavours. We just about rolled out of restaurant and was happy for the walk to the car! We will definitely be back and we’ll bring friends and recommend Rambla’s to everyone. Thanks again for a great night!

The food was delicious the only reason I gave 4 star was for $42 I would have expected the fish (fish and chips) to have been a little bigger. However it was delicious and the service was amazing

We met a family who had just dined at Rambla on Swan while we were checking the menu deciding which restaurant to dine in. They very politely recommended this restaurant to us and went further to say they visited this restaurant every year and would bring there friends and family here for special occasions. We took their advice and decided to dine at Rambla on Swan. It was a wonderful experience and we enjoyed the food, service and the view. This restaurant is highly recommended!

I went on Saturday night just to have a drink on the new deck. Looks great and I noticed on the way through that there were lots of couples with 4 drinks, soon realised why. When I got to the bar there was two other people there, both ordered cocktails. After waiting in excess of 15 minutes and not getting served I gave up and walked out. Two people serving at the bar on a Saturday night isn’t sufficient, especially when they are both making cocktails. Only wanted a beer and a G&T.

Very different since the re-opening. Menu is more like pub style than before. Extra seating options with the new deck. There are inside & outside areas both for bookings and walk-ins. Vibe is much more casual. Service is good. I liked it before but I think I like it even more now.

No service but if you happy to self order it's fine, the menu undersells the quality of food, the cheese board has to be the best in WA, over priced wine list but your paying for the view and their rent which must be insane. Great muso, staff never stop and the vibe is casual rustic and non obtrusive. Perfect to chill on a Sunday sesh but it costs for the privellige.

Fantastic wine bar and private dining area. We went due to a friend's wedding, who had booked out a private room. The food was exceptional, and the wine and beer was also amazing. The service was also second to none, attentive without being intrusive. Truly enjoyed the experience.

We had a fantastic night here on NYE. The 6 course dinner was just delightful and the accompanying wine flight was a match made in heaven. Can't praise the staff enough for their courtesy and none flustered approach on what would have been one of their busiest nights. Would highly recommend!

What a great experience in the Glass House Dining, the service and food was excellent. Could not fault it, even my wife who is usually very picky with her food was impressed. Now that is worth a 5 star.

This is probably the best dining experience I have had in Perth. All courses were excellent - dishes utilising great produce and producing stunning flavours! The wine selection by the glass. half bottle or bottle is brilliant. Great ambience. The service from James was first rate. He assisted with one selection to match each course. As a total package of food, wine and service it is brilliant.

We spent time at The Heritage Wine bar last night for my birthday. With a group of 20, we took over the front bar. The venue, food, wine and service were faultless. From the time we first went in to look at the wine bar, the communication was detailed and timely. The staff last night were friendly, present and unobtrusive. Plenty of food and great wines topped the night off. After initial disappointment at not being able to book Bobeche, our first choice, we are very glad we went with the suggestion of the Heritage as the alternative. Big thank you to Amanda and team for helping make the evening everything I wanted it to be.

A great experience while having a staycation in Perth. Our sommelier was delightful - knowledgable, friendly but never intrusive and she obviously loved talking about the recommendations she was making for our meal. The meal was delicious. There were vegetarian options beyond a stuffed mushroom or a pasta. The “hash brown” starter and the lamb two ways were delicious and everything looked beautiful. Everything was delicious, the service was impeccable, and we will definitely return wwasimpeccable

During the dark early days of Covid-19 I surprised my wife for our Anniversary by using the pre-prepared, cook at home meals that Heritage Wine Bar had morphed into providing, but I wanted to experience the real in-house dining experience. We attended last Thurs for my birthday with my family group of 6, and from the moment we arrived James took care of us exceptionally. A couple of our group were unsure about cocktails, but with a couple of quick questions to them James said "leave it to me", and they were very pleased they did! James' assistance with the considerable wine list and my tastes resulted in a perfect selection. The food was absolutely impeccable, highlighted by James' non-invasive visits to ensure all was good. A delightful experience, and new (for some of our group) was enjoyed by all. Thankyou James and the team at Heritage Wine Bar! We highly recommend you to those looking for a dining experience!

Delicious and tasty food with beautiful presentation and attentive, friendly service. The venue is dark and moody with lots of wine sitting along mirrored shelves and a scattering of the most delightful pineapple lamps. High quality ingredients combined to give you a delicious taste experience. Portions are smaller which suits us so we can have more plates to try and also fit in the exquisite dessert. Highly recommended!!

Good, although far below the high expectations we had. The Beef Wellington was okay, but far from worth the $95 per couple. $4 for a slice of bread is excessive. And the main course sides were disappointing. We understand times are difficult but value for money is so important and this was lacking. I understand now why we were the only customers in the restaurant for the evening.

Was originally going to write a very positive review as we were all having a fantastic day, until we moved into the lounge area. One of the group who ordered drinks at the bar was told, by a fresh faced bartender, that we should mix it up with water!! After a few minutes another waiter came to our table holding 6 glasses and a jug of water pushing what was in the middle of table aside very rudely then making some remark that we needed water! And then walked away. To be very very clear we were not behaving in any way badly, we were happy! Laughing and talking because we were happy! Look back on your CCTV, you will see how we behaved over the entire day we were there. Perfectly!!! You were happy to take my $ though. Your lounge staff were very passive aggressive and if this is how you treat your patrons we will definitely never be coming back. We felt so humiliated and angry at how we were treated at the end. Shame on you! And by the way we did drink water plenty of it, inflated expensive bottled water then tap water!!!! Do not go to this restaurant if you are a group of women who want to have an enjoyable day out. Don’t think this would have happened if there were males in the group, just saying!!!!!!!

Lunch with 4 friends today. Excellent food, and even more excellent service. The best service I’ve had in Perth for years! Friendly, helpful and yet still very professional, unobtrusively topping up our drinks and clearing our plates. First class - well done!

What a fabulous place for a birthday lunch! Reserved a table and we were seated in one of their comfortable booths at the front of the balcony, overlooking the river. Our server, Emily was friendly and efficient, ensuring our drinks were regularly topped up without being intrusive - excellent service. The wine list and menu were great, the option of the smaller 150gram steak a nice change and much appreciated. Cooked to perfection and served with well presented sides. Desserts were well thought out and tasty. Overall an extremely pleasant lunch experience and would book again in a heartbeat.

Top quality Seafood and stake house prices for piss quality food !! Services was on point for a birthday of 10ppl on a Tuesday night. Cocktails look fancy but recipes are of base standards not worth the high price. Meals are well over priced and under whelming and portion even given the premium location. Over all theres better choices with more honest restaurants who work hard to impress.

18/2/2021 Wow, was blown away with the delicious food & service. Nicely decked out restaurant with beautiful Swan River & Perth City as a backdrop. What else can you ask for? Edited review: 3/12/2021 Booked in for my wedding anniversary, place was very noisy with DJ playing tunes. Food was an absolute disappointment, unfortunately won’t be back. It’s suppose to be fine dining, cerviche was meh & seafood esp squid wasn’t fresh. Kids meal was ok.. Market Fish & prawns I ordered was ok but they can’t even nail the chips right. Absolutely disappointed! Only positive is Sammi who offered excellent service through our experience there this evening. But every other server working there seems like a waste of space. Tried flagging some waiters down but was ignored. And one guy got flagged down but had to get somebody else to do his job, How this restaurant wins awards after awards, I have no idea?!

Went for a special occasion. Amazing restaurant ambience and decor with awesome view of the city lights. Food was pretty good, I was happy with it, but probably expected a little more creativity considering the rest of the venue, but still was very good. Was served in good time. The staff were very attentive and friendly and very VERY good. Was a few kids in the restaurant of older age and it was still ok. They even took note of the special occasion and send out a special little cake. I would definitely go back. In summer would be lovely to sit out in the outside bar area.

Well priced food and drinks. The fish tacos were delicious and fresh. We attended as a group of 5 and all of our meals were served altogether which is appreciated as this is often not the case. It is a lovely place to overlook the river on a warm day - the upstairs alfresco area has ceiling fans too. Will definitely come back.

Food ok, service ok, view excellent But it is expensive, a nice place to have an afternoon beer with easy access to and from city by ferry

Went here for lunch today... It was pretty full so we took a table that wasn't cleaned yet, we just pushed the used glasses to the side... Nobody seemed to care about it for the whole time we were there. We ordered the pescatarian plate for two. How you can offer a plate for two and then place 3 pieces of scallops and oysters (among other things) on it is a mystery to me. The portion was pretty small considering it's for 2 people. We had ordered a side potato dish as well, but I wasn't very full after. The food was fresh and incredibly yum! That's the only reason for 4 stars, the service and the portion was less than expected.. Not too sure if I'd go back tbh.

Great venue, perfect location, friendly staff and delicious food. We went here for our anniversary lunch and ordered the scallop & prawns spaghetti, steak, fish tacos and apple crumble with ice cream for dessert. Everything was very tasty, plated so well, seafood was fresh. Will definitely come back.

Fantastic experience! Amazing views overlooking the swan river & CBD. Drinks go down too easy when sitting outdoors with these views. Food was very nice too, regular style menu with a few nice twists to choose from. Very happily return again

Had dinner there recently service was great, shout out to our server Damien. Good variety in both food and drinks menus. Never felt rushed and great view when seated on the terrace.

Definitely a place for fish lovers. I had pizza and salad. They didn’t vibe really - too much salt. Also didn’t budge on fish tacos :( - you ALWAYS get 3 only.

Rambla is one of our go-tos when we're in Perth. Did is usually pretty good and you can't beat that view. Service was a little underwhelming this weekend but i think that's the case in most places with the staff all being so new.

I have been to Rambla on Swan a few times over the years, and it never disappoints. It's been a while since I was here and a lot of things have changed but the atmosphere and food were still excellent, the view is gorgeous and the service was even better than I remembered. Highly recommend it.

First time visiting this restaurant for lunch and we will definitely be back! Offering meals with fresh local WA produce, large serving sizes, prompt service, great desert & drinks menu. Our waitress Caitlin was excellent and made our experience even more enjoyable. Caitlin even surprised me with a “Happy Birthday Cupcake”!
