The
optometrist
was
nice.
She
educated
me
how
nearsighted
people
still
need
reading
glasses
(or
multifocal)
if
they
do
lots
computer
works.
My
sight
got
much
worse
because
I
used
one
pair
glasses
for
everything
😭
Other
staffs
there
were
impatient
(couldn’t
care
less
attitude)
and
one
woman
were
even
scary.
I
learnt
everything
I
need
to
know
on
BN
website
and
Google
because
the
staff
really
didn’t
seem
like
they
wanted
to
converse
or
give
you
more
info
(annoyed
even
after
my
first
question).
They
didn’t
tell
me
anything
about
return
and
exchange
policies
when
I
picked
up
glasses.
Again
I
learnt
those
policies
on
BN
web.
I
really
don’t
think
they
ALL
have
social
anxiety
like
me.
If
they
do,
I
apologize,
will
remove
this
part
of
comment.
Tbh
using
self
servicing
machines
to
replace
human
would
give
me
better
experience
at
least
I
won’t
feel
so
unwelcomed.
I
still
like
BN
though.

after
2
months:
I
love
both
pairs
of
my
glasses,
so
will
come
back
because
my
eyes
health
is
way
more
important
than
feeling
welcomed)
