The whole purchase experience was well and truley spoilt by the events at my glasses collection time. The person who served me was unwilling to investigate the availability of an additional two pairs of glasses that I desired. Merely stating that the frames were not in stock but made no effort to find alternative from the available selection on display, nor to assist me in selecting an approaxiamate similar frame. [Further the desired frames were indeed available on display]. Also while she was serving me she went on to begin seeing another client. I was left standing in the middle of the store only to then have to wait again to see a consultant. Needless to say I opted to leave the store and went to another optomotrist 30 seconds walk away and placed my $550.00 order with them and will be transferring my future buisness to them from now on.

Went in to spec savers this morning picked out 2 new pairs of glasses for my son. Asked to put down half today as a deposit and pay the othere half when they arrive.As there have been incidents with glasses before, I have done this for over 15 years with spec savers never an issue to do a deposit . However today I was told they Apparently have a store policy which states they no longer do deposits and haven't in years... right...I asked to see the store policy which I knew They don't have it was obvious it was a lie. Then the person attended me stated it only so much amount its not a big deal. So so unprofessional... Then after waitting 10 mins for the store policy which I asked to see, which I might add a customer has a right to see ,turns out they don't actually have one. It's just a store rule ... ok so unprofessional...

Wow! Bright store and visually open and spacious. Online booking was a bit tricky on arrival but soon sorted. Staff are friendly and professional, helpful with testing and choice of glasses. I’ve been a Specsavers customer for many years and the service and cost is always satisfying.

Tanya was absolutely amazing, caring and professional and made my first experience with contact lenses less scary and leaving me wishing I had done this years ago. She was very encouraging and friendly and made the whole experience easy. Thanks so much again Tanya, I will be recommending this to all of my friends and family. The optometrist was also a pleasure to deal with.

The optom who i was seen by was very thorough and lovely, Sam who helped me pick my glasses was really helpful and i'm thrilled with the frames i picked with his help. The only thing i could fault is they were running over an hour late from my appointment time. Have not been to spec savers before but won't go anywhere else from now on.

Unfortunately I didn’t receive the customer service I am used to and expect. Ordered two for one offer of reading glasses and sunglasses. I was told by the consultant that if I had a problem with a lens in the sunglasses that it could be removed. The reading glasses were too strong and sunglasses were also too strong and made everything look low or short and made me feel dizzy.They told me the reading glasses frame needed adjusting but that didn’t solve the issue. I decided to put up with the reading glasses even though I wasn’t satisfied as they didn’t show any interest in re-doing the prescription. The sunglasses were adjusted twice with what I was told were milder lenses but unfortunately that didn’t help. I requested that the lenses be removed which I could have had done but would have to pay $199 for the privilege. I advised them that I would take my business elsewhere. I now have a useless pair of sunglasses. I wish I had read the reviews before going to the Knox branch.

Nice store and great selection of frames. All the staff were very friendly and the store had a great vibe. I needed to pick up some frames and also have a trial for contact lenses. I was served by a lovely lady named Katarina, very knowledgeable and patient with me as I was having trouble with the contact lenses she went above and beyond and I am extremely grateful to her. Thanks and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

The manager Gregg was extremely kind, cheery and helpful. Everything in the store was set out well and frames with particular styles were very easy to find. Each staff member that I spoke to was able to help me pick out frames and gave really helpful advice. My optometrist Micheal was so thorough when he was doing my test and couldn’t have been any better! I would highly recommend visiting this store.

Fantastic service. So pleased that the multi focal glasses I ordered are the best I’ve ever worn. I was also pleased to find a wide variety of frames and bought two designer pairs, found within 5 minutes. Staff were so helpful and knowledgeable. Worth the drive and I’ll be back!

Tanya the contact lens specialist is an absolute treasure and should be celebrated for her great work. She is incredibly friendly, patient and funny and treated me with the utmost kindness when teaching me about wearing contact lenses. I want to make sure she gets recognised for all that she does for specsavers and for her customers.

I turned up after closing time on the evening of thier Christmas party and saw some staff inside and they came to the closed front door. I explained I had a set of glasses of my mothers who was in hospital and asked if they could fix a broken nose bridge. They did it on the spot, very happy and so grateful for their on the spot help. Great Service and care. Highly recommend

I could not be more pleased with my appointment this afternoon. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and an absolute delight to work with. I have multiple chronic illnesses and use a mobility aid. The staff were all fantastic with meeting any additional needs I had, and very mindful of my mobility aid. I felt welcome and respected from the moment I stepped into the store.

Gregg at the Knox store is amazing! I was super busy with work and left it till too late to trial my contact lenses. Gregg actively listened when I explained my situation and then went beyond the extra mile to problem solve. He squeezed in a last minute appointment for me and was very patient as he talked me through wearing and taking off my contact lenses which I haven't done in over 20 years. He organised an urgent delivery for my contact lenses which arrived a few days before my departure. Thanks so much Gregg! You saved my trip! Cook Islands here I come! Can't wait to snorkel with my family. Exceptional customer service which is so hard to come by these days. Highly highly recommend!

Very friendly staff and well-versed optometrists. I had a great time during my eye test appointment as everything was handled smoothly and everyone working there was kind through the process. My optometrist answered all of my questions during the appointment and educated me some on parts of my individual eye health. The trainees, assistants, and the person who took my phonecall (when I asked to receive my prescription later on) were all exceptional as well. My previous experience there as well getting my first and second pair of glasses was also very nice. I greatly appreciated the help with picking out the right frames to suit my face and tastes. Very wide selection of frames as well, so I'm sure anybody who is looking for a new or additional pair of glasses would do well trying to find them here.

Not family friendly, bad customer service and rude. My daughter had a 1:30 appointment and waited in store with no service, I got there 1:36 to ask the counter about the appointment and they rejected her appointment for being 6 mins late. 30 min drive for nothing.

Just picked up my glasses from Knox Specsavers. I was pretty excited to receive my new glasses. But I returned pretty disappointed and upset. Needs for my glasses were being met but the customer service after Sales was pretty bad. All anyone needs is some kindness and to be spoken to nicely. I couldn't have done him right but I didn't want to what he was - unkind & rude. It's not just what he was saying but how he was saying. Tone and attitude - not nice. Don't think I ever want to go back to this branch. Spoilt my whole day!

Went in dreading the process of choosing my new specs but TANYA is a legend and completely saved my day. I umm-ed and ahh-ed and would’ve driven anyone else mad with my fussiness but Tanya totally got it and didn’t rush me. Specsavers in Westfield Knox, who care about the clients and their well being. It's been over a few years that we are visiting this store, which connected us so well that we continue to go there, despite another branch opened closer to our place. The store manager is a professional, who ensures the staff continues to be friendly and serve customers all along every phase of testing, selection of frames and fitting appointment. Highly recommend this store!

Usually really like this place but today they made me come back as my optometrist was leaving for lunch, then made me wait for her entire lunch period before seeing me. If they were going to do that, I wish they would have just told me to come back later but instead they made me wait 40 mins for what was a two minute consultation. I am not upset that she went for lunch, but why the hell did they not just ask me to come back later instead of wasting my time there.

Had the wonderful Tanya from Spec Savers Knox help me sort out new pair of reading glasses. Great advice and friendly service, if your going to the Knox store ask for Tanya she is the greatest.

Recently just had an eye test and the staff I had was really friendly and made my experience much more simple and easy. One of the staff members I had, Tanya, was really nice and my mum and I had lots of fun choosing glasses for myself with Tanya.

I bought a pair of specs and sunglasses in March this year (2023). Within a week one lens came out from the pair of specs and had to go to them to have it fixed. Then for the second time, it happened early last August and after visiting them to fix, I advised them that if it happens again, I would need the frame replaced. Last night it happened for the third time. Today morning, I went to them and requested a frame replacement. I was told that a request was sent for a new frame but due to holidays, they were not sure how long it would take for the new frame to be received. It's my first experience with Specsavers and has never happened to me with any other pairs of specs bought from places like OPSM. Service of Specsavers is good but seems the quality of products are poor. I haven't been using the sunglasses often and don't know whether lenses in too would come out like this. Also, when I went for the eye test, they conducted a hearing test too and came out with a report stating that my hearing in one ear was poor. I don't have any hearing problem at all and realised that they tried to sell me hearing aid as well. Warning everyone not to go form hearing tests with them. I still believe OPSM is much better.

Very happy with the whole process of obtaining my new glasses. Was able to make an informed choice and the end result has exceeded my expectations.

Knox City Specsavers is wonderful. After my most recent eye test there, I shopped around at a few different eye stores for frames, but always return to Specsavers for their great service and good value. Whenever I've had issues with glasses in the past they have been taken care of quickly. The staff are really friendly and helpful whilst not being intrusive. Thanks for my latest pairs of specs 😁

I was very satisfied with my experience with Specsavers. I used to have my glasses made by Specsavers but supported a local optometrist for my last two upgrades. On my return to Specsavers I found them to have superior equipment and be very competitively priced. I shall return to Specsavers for my next upgrade.

The new Knox store is so much better, with much more space and a more relaxed ambiance. The service was quick and efficient and I had my new glasses after a very short wait. Please don't try to push the hearing aid service too much - that would be annoying.

After putting up with my new multi focal glasses for a week I went back to Specsavers as I needed to push up my glasses to read. I was assured that my glasses had the correct multi focal measurements. Not happy I went back again to have them checked. They said the measurements were wrong and I needed to wait two weeks for another pair. The new pair are okay now for reading but still not sure about the mid range. I would like to suggest that Specsavers have the measurements checked by an experienced senior person before they are are made. Not only would this save the customer from repeated visits to the shop but save Specsavers from having to make another pair of glasses.

Store was very welcoming, staff were great. Both with eye test and choosing glasses. I have anxiety so they made my appt with an experienced optomitrist (Leanne) and I was served afterwards by Tanya who was lovely and very easy to deal with, making the process pressureless and ensured I was happy with my frames. Couldn't fault them. A1!

Bad customer service, my Mum had an appointment at 9:10, we got there 09:20 due to the undercover car park is closed. We spent long time to get a spot, I know it is not an excuse. We asked the counter about the appointment and they rejected her appointment
