First time visitors here, and I’ve got to say we weren’t disappointed. The food was amazing, and the staff were attentive. Overall the atmosphere was fantastic. The staff are all lined up when they open and greet each customer as they enter the restaurant. Will highly recommend this place.

Best hot pot experience in Melbourne, without doubt. The food is great and they went above and beyond with the atmosphere and decor. This is our second time here and will definitely be back again. Is better suited to groups of 4 or less, just by virtue of the table layout, but also works well for larger groups (our latest visit was with 9 people).

Amazing place just like shown in all the photos. The food is as great as the ambience. Sticky cake with Brown sugar is a must to order! The price wise, i find it acceptable as the portion was huge so no complains on that. Service is super tiptop. Very attentive and polite staff. Will be back for sure!

We ventured here, looking for an experience and hopefully eat some nice food.Panda hot pot delivered on both these !! The restaurant is fantastic from a visual perspective with lots to take in. The atmosphere was great as it got busy and this was complemented by the show also. We had two soups and a variety of dishes, all very good. One soup was mild, but we found it very hot by meals end. If you don't want to be in the queue for sauces, get there early. Overall a great experience enjoyed with friends.

Crazy and hectic - this is a fun and delicious themed dining experience. For those that know and enjoy Chinese Hot Pot - this is the trendy cool place to come. Dining is done in groups and not walk in so make sure to book ahead to avoid disappointment, and you have a limited time to eat (about 2 hours). Lots of nooks for a more private/romantic eating experience. When you come, walk around inside a little as there are lots of beautiful decorations to see. Hot Pot is just as expected, multiple soup bases with 1/2/3 section pots so you can try a variety. Large selection of fresh meats, seafood, offal and veggies, with the dipping sauce linking these all together (make sure to overdo the dipping sauce - you can always dilute with the soup). Note that the spicy soup is spicier than you expect so make sure you order appropriately. Ice cream is also available downstairs as a refresher. The staff are friendly and helpful, guiding you through the whole experience for first timers. This is the best hot-pot so far in Melbourne. It’s a little pricy, but you get what you pay for. Definitely check this place out.

This place is amazing. You will be in a different world after walking in. Food is amazing, service could be bit better and friendly felt like we were rushed to do everything. Good selection of sauces. Place itself if amazing. Very authentic and spacious. 2 hour booking limit is not that great specially if you will go there as a group. Hopefully they will change it to at least 3 hours ( just a suggestion). Happy with the experience. Price is ok not too expensive.

My dining experience at Panda Hotpot in Melbourne was simply mesmerizing! The ancient and captivating interior made me feel like I had been teleported to China. The food was equally impressive with amazingly fresh ingredients that burst with flavors in each bite. The soup base was thick and incredibly flavorful, perfectly complementing the ingredients. Without a doubt, it was the best hotpot I have ever had in Australia. This combination of an enchanting ambiance, fresh ingredients, and delectable soup base created an exceptional hotpot experience. If you're a hotpot enthusiast or simply seeking an authentic culinary journey, I highly recommend Panda Hotpot. I can't wait to return and indulge in their delicious offerings once again!

This is the first time I can, completely free of guild, give a fully five star review and not have a single fault in mind. The food was fresh and tasty, the staff were so friendly and professional and the venue was incredible. Every effort was made to make us feel so welcome and catered to. The food was better than any hot pot we've ever had and came out so fast. Every option was explained to us and for those of us who had never had hot pot got the most detailed rundown of how best to enjoy their experience and we were never made to feel silly for not knowing! Every person we interacted with was so so kind and helpful. The check-ins were regular and we never felt rushed for their time. Even though the place was full, it felt like we had a full time server. If you get Austin as your server, you're in the best of hands. Treated like family, we felt home here. The venue itself is like being transported into an old folk tail yet nothing is tacky. So much effort has been out into making this place hold a high quality level of storytelling in every aspect of the layout. PLEASE do yourself a favour and have a visit soon. We are staying in Melbourne for a week and can see ourselves scratching other traditional visits off the list so that we can come again (Maybe even a third time!).

You'll be amazed since the first step with their grand decoration. The soup was so tasty but be mindful if you can't handle the heat. All dishes were delicious especially mashed shrimp and duck intestine. The service was friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Chris. She was so helpful and always come with a smile. Definitely worth it!

Amazing interior, great food. A little pricey, spent $135 between 2 people, but definitely worth it! The tomato soup base and sweet potato noodles were highlights.

The most amazing experience ever !!!! From lining up out the front to sitting at our table the staff were very helpful and friendly especially because it was our first time. Food was amazing many different selections of meats. Some very strange and unusual delicacies overall it was a fantastic experience and highly recommended.

Panda hot pot made a very good impression as it was two stories, had an amazing and unique front to the restaurant. I understand that the restaurant is hot pot and in terms of hot pot it was very delicious and nicely priced although it didn’t have any outstanding factors or anything that sets it apart from other hot pot restaurants. One big pro for me was the service they were always around, very knowledge and very efficient.

Totally not worth the hype. The soup base are very average, customer service are very welcoming. We are group of 12 people and were seated upstairs. But NO one told us there are desserts, fruits, soft serve, soup downstairs UNTIL we finished dinner and checked out at cashier! So ridiculous! And we ordered the pork, the meat only occupied half of the dish! Seriously??! Totally overpriced for this quality of food. And also nearly no air con upstairs when we were having dinner, its much cooler outside or the restaurant even its a summer day
