This
is
now
my
new
favourite
Japanese
restaurant.
The
quality,
service,
and
the
overall
atmosphere
truly
stood
out.
We
averaged
around
$200pp
for
their
a
la
carte,
and
I
would
gladly
spend
the
same
amount
again
without
hesitation.
To
begin
with,
the
sushi
was
presented
beautifully.
The
quality
was
outstanding,
and
they
spared
no
effort
in
sourcing
the
finest
varieties
of
fish.
The
gyoza
and
tataki
were
amazing
starters,
being
both
delicate
and
bursting
with
flavour.
You
could
tell
they
made
the
gyoza
all
in
house,
even
the
wrapper.
The
chawanmushi
with
foie
gras
was
absolutely
delightful.
They
were
incredibly
generous
with
the
foie
gras,
and
while
it
might
be
considered
rich
by
some,
I
was
over
the
moon
with
this.
In
the
main
course,
the
standout
dish
was
the
mussels
zosui.
The
rice
was
gently
cooked
in
a
scampi
and
mussel
broth,
emitting
an
enticing
fragrance
as
it
arrived
at
the
table.
The
scampi
and
mussel
flavours
infused
the
rice
with
their
sweetness.
This
is
a
must-try
for
anyone
visiting
this
place.
The
striploin
was
prepared
beautifully,
with
a
perfect
charcoal
finish
from
the
josper
grill.
We
also
decided
to
add
tempura
to
our
meal,
since
we
had
room
to
spare.
The
tempura
had
an
incredibly
light
and
crispy
batter.
As
for
desserts,
they
were
impeccable.
They
were
beautifully
presented
and
had
the
right
balance
of
sweetness.
The
creme
brulee
was
particularly
unique;
instead
of
a
traditional
brulee,
it
featured
a
caramel-coated
shokupan
that
mimicked
the
crust
of
a
creme
brulee.
Overall,
our
dining
experience
was
exceptional,
and
we
highly
recommend
this
place
if
you
haven't
visited
already
or
if
you're
looking
for
a
special
occasion
spot!
I’m
keen
to
try
out
their
omakase
next!
