    Had experienced the WORST customer service in this store TWICE but my experienced today brought me to this review. I went in store yesterday to order 100+ pcs of render bricks and have it delivered to our home. I brought a screenshot with item number of what I want to show them. A staff at the Trade desk told me that their system is showing that they have none. I told him that they have heaps next to where we were, just few steps away but it can’t be seen from where we were because some stuff were blocking it, but it seemed like he didn’t want to leave his post and told me that it would be easier for me to order online. FINE. Don’t want to argue. Went home and ordered online after my work at night. Came morning, someone called me as they cancelled my order cos they have none. I argued that they have heaps, 142 pcs to be exact! Same amount of number that it showing online. I needed more that but online ordering is showing that they only have 142. I was told that I’m more than welcome to come in store to show him. So I went to store again to show them where the stocks. Although this staff was able to help me but REALLY???! Do customers really need to show you where your stocks are. Seriously! I ended up ordering again and paid again but have to wait for few days to process the refund of my previous order. I AM NOT HAPPY!

    You guys really made the right decision putting Caroline as your door greeter. Came in to get a gas bottle swapped over and from the second i got there Caroline greeted me, explained everything i needed to do and got me sorted quickly, all with a smile. Love your work Caroline!

    Usually a great experience, friendly and helpful staff. However the concrete car stoppers for the wheels need to be painted. I have a big bruise on my stomach from accidently running into one as they are in no way well contrasted. Happy to change my rating after the issue has been addressed.

    I went to get a car socket set & they had a 105 set for $49.95, The young lad who helped me went out of his way to find what I was looking, didn't give up & located the item. Outstanding customer service!

    Today, I went in to buy a new lawnmower that was light for myself to push the gentleman in the row stopping the shelves came over to help. He had so much information and let me know which one would be suited best for me was so happy with the service that I received Would definitely be coming back

    The bigger lady at the information desk is a rude lady!! I've been in here 8 times now and everytime she has been rude, unpleasant and disrespectful to deal with. If you go to this bunnings spoke to anyone else and they will treat you with respect.

    Sandi and Molly have been incredible in the renovation of our new kitchen! From the very beginning, they worked tirelessly to help us achieve the outcome that we wanted. Nothing was too hard and they guided us through the whole process - design to a million changes through to execution! These two are amazing!! Thank you Sandi and Molly!

    We went to buy some stuff at Bunnings, we asked the staff working near the counter so that we can pick 4 boxes each and she allowed us, as my friend had a flood in their house and they are packing stuff. And the staff member standing at the entry and exit. She started shaking her head by saying “seriously”, instead explaining us in a nice way. I have been visiting this Bunnings from 2016 but never faced that. It Actually ruined my day😩😩😩

    I'm usually a fan of Bunnings, but my recent visit was deeply disappointing. My simple agenda was key cutting and battery purchasing, but the assistance I received (or rather, didn't receive) was appalling. I approached three different staff members for help. Each one seemed more disinterested than the last, offering vague directions without any real assistance. One of them even had the audacity to walk away mid-conversation to assist another customer, displaying a level of friendliness and attentiveness that I had evidently been deemed unworthy of. You've truly outdone yourselves in earning this one-star review from a previously loyal customer.
