    The weightloss programme that Ania rolled out in July 23' really supported me with my weightloss goals.Over the course of the 8 week programme I lost over 1 stones in weight, but not only that, I felt better within myself with more energy and vitality. Being peri-menopausal the weight doesn't come off as easier as it once did, but I could really see the difference. The mindset that Ania promotes always has health as its core value. No faddy dieting or restrictive eating, just wholesome foods and meals that are easy to follow and not complicated. I really felt the difference after the 8 weeks and still follow the guidelines now. The support Ania offers is almost 1:1 and she is always available to discuss any concerns you may have over the week.

    I took part in Ania's Sugar Shutdown Challenge in October 2023, to reset my relationship with sugar and see how I would feel and perhaps make some long term changes to my eating habits. The challenge made me aware just how much sugar I was consuming in my relatively healthy diet and taught me about best ways to balance my blood glucose levels throughout the day, whilst still being to enjoy the foods I love. Ania is an expert in (peri)menopausal nutrition and kept us motivated throughout the 3 weeks, providing much inspiration for meals and holding us accountable to succeed with the challenge. I would recommend the challenge to most people to reset their sugar cravings and introduce healthy eating habits that are sustainable.

    Participating in the 21 days sugar shutdown challenge was a transformational experience! Ania is very knowledgeable, committed to our Health & Vitality and walks us through every step of the way. Most importantly, we are given the tools to set ourselves to win 🥇 in the future. We are encouraged to maintain the healthy habits towards a body we love ❤️ and treasure! I highly recommend any of Ania’s courses

    I took part in Ania's January 2023 Sugar Shutdown Challenge to improve my health and well being. I have to say it was amazing.! Ania is so supportive and informative. Although hard at times I can honestly say I never felt as good as I did while doing that challenge. So, thank you Ania for all the hard work you put into this and all the encouragement and support you gave us on a daily basis. I've even joined Ania's Sunday morning Yoga class, in such a wonderful relaxed environment and a great way to set yourself up for the week ahead. xx

    I've now done the sugar challenge twice and find it hard but really worth the effort. Unfortunately over time all my best intentions to continue with a lot of the good ideas I get tempted back into some of my old habits. Glad to say that I am more aware on how to eat more healthy and still enjoy my food. Anna 👍

    I thoroughly enjoy attending Ania's yoga classes as I have benefited by building my core strength and flexibility, through to enhanced well being from the meditation exercises. I would highly recommend Ania's yoga classes.

    I took part in Ania's Sugar shutdown challenge in October 2023. Initially I panicked how I was going to do it; but Ania had time for 1 to 1 call to reassure me she was going to help me make it work! And she did; Initially it was shock to the system, but then with each day I was learning to make healthier choices and discover how my brain fog lifted and skin improved and - most important - I felt better, by replacing sugary snacks with healthy fats, vegies and fruit. Being part of the group helped me to be accountable. I've learnt to make healthier choices and though I still occasionally 'wobble', I have managed to reset my relationship with sugar. Ania leads by example. She is very knowledgeable and offers lots of support with frequent check ins and weekly zoom calls and her enthusiasm is contagious. I strongly recommend her courses/classes to anyone looking to improve their wellbeing and have healthier midlife.

    I participated in Ania’s first retreat in Thailand in September this year. First, the hotel where we stayed was excellent. it was very quiet, and be able to swim and relax on the beach at any time. The every yoga class was conducted accomrding to our body conditions, and the sequence of "perfect hardness" was so comfortable for me. We also enjoyed some activities. I really liked elephant sanctuary. Thank you very much for planning such a beautiful retreat. I’m really looking forward to joining next year!

    I took part in Ania’s sugar shutdown challenge in January and it was brilliant. I learnt about a lot of new types of food and Ania kept us motivated throughout, through Zoom calls and daily posts. I lost 10 pounds in three weeks and feel much better for it. The key principles of the diet make sense and I am more conscious about what I am eating now. Thoroughly recommend for anyone looking for a positive change!

    Great day retreat at Ania's. . The dynamic practice in Ania's garden was lovely. It was my first time doing Mandala but I loved it - Ania's instructions were easy to follow and we had lots of fun ! I liked the nutrition workshop, with all attendees sharing their experiences and tips. The yin practice was my favourite: Ania provided bolsters and eye masks and a lot of different options to cater for all abilities. The music chosen was very good too. I felt really relaxed after that. Finally, the meal we all shared was delicious (and very healthy!). It was lovely sharing a meal with strangers again after a long period of covid without interactions. I would highly recommend taking Ania's yoga classes and attending her workshops if you can - a great experience !

    I absolutely loved the wellness/nutrition workshop with Ania and would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to learn more about nutrition and healthy living and taste some amazing home-made, freshly prepared food at the same time. Ania knows her stuff and shares her knowledge in a very approachable, fun way but motivational way. It was also nice to meet other ladies at the workshop!

    Ania hosted a lovely yoga day retreat which I am grateful to have attended. You could tell a lot work went into making it a special experience from the welcome refreshments and snacks, the yoga sessions in her beautiful garden, Ania's knowledgable talk on nutrition and the delicious lunch to round off the day. It was nice to connect with other attendees and having it all done in the privacy of Ania's home which gave the day a special touch. Thank you Ania...and for the Ceylon Cinnamon gift!

    Ania is a great teacher and a lovely person. She was very welcoming when I first joined and made me feel comfortable immediately. My yoga practice continues to improve under her guidance and I always look forward to her classes, and feel better afterwards.

    Ania’s workshop was a most enjoyable evening. Relaxed and informal with good company. Even though I don’t want to lose weight, I found it very informative and I learnt a lot about healthy eating (such as the GI rating system) to keep your body at its best. I was also introduced to a number of foods I didn’t even know about. Dinner was excellent…. tasty and nutritious. Would highly recommend….. we are never too old to learn! Angela

    What a wonderfully relaxing day! We started off with introductions around a delicious mid-morning spread of fresh fruit, home-made energy balls and a selection of teas. Then progressed to our yoga mats in the garden (how lucky were we with the Great British weather!) for an hour of uplifting yoga which challenged our balance and strength. Ania clearly demonstrated everything and gave us lots of encouragement. The nutrition workshop that followed gave us all food for thought and then it was another hour of yin yoga where we had the chance to focus on holding poses and totally relax. Ania went to great efforts with a healthy lunch and we all left with full stomachs, smiles on our faces and the feeling that we had worked hard and learnt something new. I would definitely recommend trying one of Ania’s retreats.

    I have tried many yoga / exercise classes over the years but none have been as enjoyable or relaxing as Ania’s classes. Her home setting is lovely especially in the summer in the garden. I would highly recommend Ania as she is a friendly and excellent instructor. The classes flow well and you definitely feel and see results from the workouts.

    I joined Ania's Yoga classes in September 21, I was looking to improve my overall health and well-being. Ania's classes are so engaging, everyone is so friendly and Ania is a brilliant teacher who is so supportive and passionate about Yoga. She is patient and ensures you feel challenged but offers easier options if that suits you better, she always ensures the classes are for everyone. The best thing I ever did was return to Yoga!
