    Very Bad Experience This Clinic used to have great customer service but has now become a clinic where customer service has completely disappeared and patients are treated appallingly. They never answer the phone and don’t get back to patients. I moved over to this clinic thinking that things will be better than the other clinics that was failing in customer service but since they had a lot of patients moving over to them the customer service and response has seriously declined. It has become a clinic that is all about profit and making money and neglecting patients that are in pain and not getting back to patients with prices and what products are available to them. I had a consultation booked with a doctor and asked for a list of products and prices so I knew what to ask the doctor for. But I never received them and 3 months later I am still waiting. I don’t know why they have not employed enough staff to take calls and get back to patients. I spoke to the manager a few times over the last 3 months because this has been going on since June and was told to give her a few days and she would get back to me. That was on 31st August and I am still waiting to know what products to ask the doctor to put on my prescription. I contacted the manager again on Friday and said I wasn’t happy about the lack of customer service she then started attacking me on the phone call calling me “Difficult” for pointing out the failures of the clinic and nobody getting back to me in all this time. In a matter of a few months this clinic has become a clinic that is failing patients and treating patients like they are nothing. I suffer from chronic pain and to still be waiting 3 months later is absolutely disgusting.

    Efficient, Supportive, excellent care. Integro Clinics is by far superior to the other Medical cannabis clinics. The team answer the phone and respond to calls within a very timely manner, they turn prescription around at an extremely fast pace and they genuinely care. The administrative and clinical team are all super knowledgeable. I would honestly recommend the clinic to all! Very happy patient 😊

    Continual stock issues with default partner pharmacy, had to swap to a third-party pharmacy due to gap in meds - was given same-day emergency consultation last week to try get meds as quick as possible. Today received an email accusing me of not paying invoices and that they were withholding my prescription from my pharmacy, I've been without meds for several days now. The invoices were paid on time, and I emailed them each time with the exact payment reference. There is no reason to deliberately withhold my medication from me, and a CQC complaint will be filed to try stop this happening to other patients. Unfortunately have to leave the clinic, patients can't ever be left without their prescription - most especially when it's being done intentionally by staff there without any valid reason whatsoever.

    EDIT: Price increase for GAP. Raised price without any information on so making it unaffordable for many patients like myself. Quality of GAP Flo's: 50+ seeds per 1g of flower. (Throughout 5 strains) Constant head aches from vaping 5/6 of the grow pharma stock. Will not be ordering any more grow flowers and certainly will not be booking an emergency appointment to sort out my prescription as of last time everything in the follow up was IGNORED. Every email I've sent to the clinic or pharmacy has been ignored. Terrible customer service. Edit: the pharmacies response was to pick out the seeds (microseeds) and deal with it.

    Communication is pretty poor, will leave patients without medication and then close for the weekend. Price increase was without notice and many patients found out through social media instead of the clinic. Both of these points put patients at risk as many have to resort to using the black market to source their own medicine. After having horrifically bad service from other clinics and pharmacies, I took the plunge and recently joined here and, admittedly the whole Industry is a **** show but I expected so much more from Integro and from and especially IPS Pharmacy, however Louise at integro has been brilliant. Update- Customer service has improved massively since I wrote the initial review. They've gone above and beyond for me this week.

    Excellent communication, helpful from the start. So easy and quick. Thank you Integro for helping me manage my pain when my GP failed to. I have read some of the reviews on here and to be completely Frank some sound fake or unfair - one complaint they couldn’t order/get medication at weekend - try getting meds off gp or even 111 at a weekend! So happy with the medication and service.

    For many years I have been battling with a Chrons and Fibromyalgia. Countless hospital and gp appoimtmemts, all tried the conventional medical route. All prescribed medicines that left me with terrible side effects, including the possibility of known carcinogenic effects. I too have a genetic predisposition to colon cancer.   They had basically given up on me, and I them. I changed my diet, tapered off the prescriptions, supplemented and found that cannabis helped to alleviate the majority of my symptoms. So it was heaven sent that I saw an article on Cannabis being prescribed privately at the start of the first lockdown. I enquired and found the staff supportive, and most helpful. The hardest part was getting my G.p. to write to them explaining my diagnosis and treatments that had been tried. 2 years later and due to unforseen circumstances I had to be switched to Integro, once again a blessing in disguise.  I had a very informative talk with Dr.  Nayee and the practice nurse James, a very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful individual,  and they agreed to trial me with their specific reccomendation. I have not looked back since, my symptoms of pain, cramping, low mood poor sleep are in my control now. It is not a panacea, however cannabis helps me to move past the pain, not focus in it and get on with my life. My only concern, is that one day I might not be able to afford such high quality medicine, and that I will slip back to my previous self. However that is where the clinic is making in roads too. As I said, a blessing in disguise. I can't thank the clinic enough.

    Very impressive service. From first enquiry to medication within 5 days. I’m not sure this is typical and I was told a few weeks when I first enquired but the stars aligned and I am a lucky boy. Only just received my first prescription but am very pleasantly surprised with the quality and the effectiveness. This is a life changer for me and after much research I decided on Integro and am so far VERY IMPRESSED. Thanks to the whole team and keep up the good work! 🙏🏻

    I have been with Integro for 2 months and the service from start to finish has been exemplary both from the clinic and the pharmacy. With particular nod to James and Louise. The quality of the medical cannabis is superb and choosing and changing variants is made easy. I realise now how low quality much of what I purchased prior to joining a clinic was. I just wish I'd found out about medical cannabis and Integro in 2018.

    Very helpful speedy staff every thing sorted in a couple of weeks mainly due to me having a patient summary already. Drs & nurses all happy to help. I have ate loads & slept loads im no longer stressed.

    strike patient off after prescribing the same medication/terpine that has adverse effects if you complain they will ignore calls then say u rang 15 plus times and use it as a excuse to strike you off and leave you with 2 days of medication looking for a new clinic to start the process from step 1

    Delighted with the service and Medication prescribed through Integro clinics. I've been on a medical Cannabis prescription for 6 months now for mental health and sleep issues. Using medical cannabis has really changed my life for the better. My relationships have improved. It's also given me a much better quality and standard of living. I cannot rate and speak highly enough of Integro for their service and support and medical Cannabis for the positive impact on my day to day living. The clinic fees are extremely fair. Take in to account it's within the private Sector. The specialist Doctors worked within my affordability for the medication. Thank you for showing me an alternative path to traditional medicines.
