Very
Bad
Experience
This
Clinic
used
to
have
great
customer
service
but
has
now
become
a
clinic
where
customer
service
has
completely
disappeared
and
patients
are
treated
appallingly.
They
never
answer
the
phone
and
don’t
get
back
to
patients.
I
moved
over
to
this
clinic
thinking
that
things
will
be
better
than
the
other
clinics
that
was
failing
in
customer
service
but
since
they
had
a
lot
of
patients
moving
over
to
them
the
customer
service
and
response
has
seriously
declined.
It
has
become
a
clinic
that
is
all
about
profit
and
making
money
and
neglecting
patients
that
are
in
pain
and
not
getting
back
to
patients
with
prices
and
what
products
are
available
to
them.
I
had
a
consultation
booked
with
a
doctor
and
asked
for
a
list
of
products
and
prices
so
I
knew
what
to
ask
the
doctor
for.
But
I
never
received
them
and
3
months
later
I
am
still
waiting.
I
don’t
know
why
they
have
not
employed
enough
staff
to
take
calls
and
get
back
to
patients.
I
spoke
to
the
manager
a
few
times
over
the
last
3
months
because
this
has
been
going
on
since
June
and
was
told
to
give
her
a
few
days
and
she
would
get
back
to
me.
That
was
on
31st
August
and
I
am
still
waiting
to
know
what
products
to
ask
the
doctor
to
put
on
my
prescription.
I
contacted
the
manager
again
on
Friday
and
said
I
wasn’t
happy
about
the
lack
of
customer
service
she
then
started
attacking
me
on
the
phone
call
calling
me
“Difficult”
for
pointing
out
the
failures
of
the
clinic
and
nobody
getting
back
to
me
in
all
this
time.
In
a
matter
of
a
few
months
this
clinic
has
become
a
clinic
that
is
failing
patients
and
treating
patients
like
they
are
nothing.
I
suffer
from
chronic
pain
and
to
still
be
waiting
3
months
later
is
absolutely
disgusting.
