1:45pm 30 July. We are a regular here (10+ visits) as nearby the park where we walk the dog. Today wasn’t the best. We had food but no cutlery, had to ask and wait. Some orders were attempted to be served twice (no fuss but clearly some mismanagement going on in the background). My usual order of chicken and pancakes came unrecognisable. Poorly battered, egg overdone and no chili sauce. The lady server (1st floor) was kind enough to return it for me with no fuss (I did not ask for initially just asked wheres the sauce). However, her male server colleague was not as helpful as her and came back and was sort of annoyed with us for returning the plate. The dish was served back -much better. See before and after photos. Lady server again apologised and was very kind. For her service I would consider returning. But Bill’s need to check that the quality is falling through.

Been here a few times since it opened and most recently with the family (2 kids under 5). The food has been consistently pretty good, which is the main reason we come here, but the quality of service has worsened over time. Just simple things like getting a drinks order wrong and waiting a long time for condiments. Serving drinks holding the rim of the glass etc. Always feels like a mad rush with the service, appreciate we mainly visit at lunch / dinner, but it could be improved. Kids meals were also pretty bland tbh. We’ll probably not come here anymore and find another spot.

I walked in without reservation during a very busy lunchtime service. The staff have done an absolutely stellar job, there appeared to be only two people on the floor but they have worked very hard. I felt well looked after. My cocktail was very tasty and Lobster Linguine was very good and beautifully presented. Lobster was tender and well cooked. I would personally have liked to have a tad more chilli kick in the sauce, but I am a lover of bold flavours. Will be back though 👌🏼 EDIT - have been back several times and I must say that this is my new local favourite ❤️ Always tasty and fresh food and wonderful service 🙏🏼

When entering the restaurant we were greeted and sat on a table pretty fast. Service was on point throughout the night except the occasional question of if we were done with our plates when we were clearly not. Nonetheless, we ordered some halloumi and avocado for a starter. I ordered the halloumi burger as a main while my friend ordered the Mac & Cheese. The burger was very good and totally recommend it as a vegetarian option. Mac & Cheese was also pretty good. Had that warm and home feeling that you are looking for. Not much else to comment on that. In general a good place to go visit if you are looking for plenty of Western European food options in Greenwich.

Fantastic food. We went for brunch on the Saturday and had the crab cakes as well as the bills burger. Both of these dishes were great in their own right. We again had breakfast the next day and the pancakes were fantastic; as were the eggs benedict. The service on each occasion was impeccable and I could not fault that, or indeed any aspect of our visit.

We had a nice time at Bill's. The gluten-free beef burger was great. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the vibe too. Even our dog was quite calm with the treat that we ordered from the dog menu. There is lots of seating and also upstairs so you do not need to worry about reservations. We will be back to visit soon.

This was my first time coming to Bills and I will definitely be returning. The food was absolutely amazing, and the portion sizes were huge! My waiter Jack was so friendly and bubbly and the service was very fast. Overall it was a lovely experience and the restaurant decoration is beautiful.

Nice surroundings. Friendly service. Food was good, lovely burger, but some items not available (due to busy Valentine's Day one day earlier). Three desserts out of six not available so we went to nearby Kasba's for dessert where there was a huge selection and better prices.

Bill’s is a great chain. This particular location’s staff were friendly and attentive, the place looked nice and was clean and up to new safety standards. Unfortunately the food was underwhelming; the chicken dumplings were good but my pan fried chicken order was overcooked, the chicken breast was dry but the sides were alright. I hope they sort out the quality of the orders to match our expectations

Went there specifically to try pancakes fried chicken pancakes, but I was disappointed when they told me it is served on weekends only. Benedict Florentine was nice but it hard sourness to it which I didn’t like. Pancakes didn’t have the nicest flavor. The restaurant is beautiful and has plenty of seating areas. The best thing was the waiters…they were super nice and friendly. Prices are medium.

Finally we were able to get the brunch menu here. Prior we had tried and they were serving brunch just at morning hours, now they serve lunch and brunch menu what a winner. We were 2 + a dog + a baby. We got a small table but as baby was in the kangaroo it worked well. We got the pancakes with fruits and maple syrup. 5 pancakes big portion + an eggs Benedict, honestly I thought the béarnaise was too much with a mustard taste. So not my favourite. Their hot chocolate was amazing, even came with an extra chocolate twist. What a winner. Nice fresh orange juice as well

Our visit to Bill's in Greenwich was fantastic. So, Saturday morning, my wife, our pup Rusty, and I decided to check out Bill's for brunch. Turns out, they're super dog-friendly and even have a menu just for our furry friends – drinks and gelato included! We dug into some delicious Eggs Benedict with a killer hollandaise sauce, and those buttermilk chicken pancakes? Absolute perfection with the maple syrup, bacon, and eggs. Washed it all down with a flat white and caramel latte that hit the spot.Props to our waitress who was on top of her game, even with the place packed. Despite the crowd, everything ran smoothly, giving off a great vibe.Bill's consistently nails it with fast service and top-quality food. No wonder we keep coming back. If you're after a solid meal, Bill's is the spot to hit up.

The food here was OK. Eggs benedict was very good. Pancakes with fruit was passable. They were not sweet and the fruit was all stale. The thing I really didn't like was the service. The waitress was really nice but we waited a few minutes to be seated which was fine. Then while eating I could see that the two serving staff were chatting to each other and eating at a table where they couldn't see the door. This went on long enough for two groups to come in the restaurant, get fed up with waiting and then leave. There was another guy behind a bar doing drinks but he was on his phone not paying any attention. The other two waitresses were also on their phones alot. The thing that wound me up the most was how you pay. There is a QR code on the table which I initially thought was very handy but when you use it you don't realise that an optional service charge AND a tip is surreptitiously added and you don't realise until its too late. I'd never tip for a breakfast sitting. So food OK but non existent customer service

Excellent service from Dona & Fatima. So attentive and welcoming. Food was very tasty and with plenty of choices for everyone. Very dog friendly with a menu just for them! Would definitely be coming back!

Definitely book, especially at weekends!! We didn't, and they were great, and we got a table, but we had a half-hour wait. Good menu, good options for brunch. Friendly service. Had a smoothie, coffee, and the chicken pancakes (with added bacon and Halloumi. It was Sunday, so why not!!!) No complaints. Expected prices for Greenwich but not overpriced.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Bill's Greenwich, and I must say, it was an experience worth remembering. What struck me first was the delightful lack of a need for bookings, making the whole dining process wonderfully convenient. Stepping inside, I was greeted by a pleasant atmosphere, tantalizing aromas, and the absence of any disruptive noise, creating a perfect setting for a relaxed evening. The ambiance was enhanced by the subtle glow of evening lights, setting the stage for a special Christmas menu that truly added a festive touch to the evening. The service, though a tad slow in taking orders and delivering dishes, was nevertheless polite and accommodating. Speaking of dishes, the presentation was impeccable – beautifully adorned plates laid out on clean tables. While the glasses might not have been polished to perfection, it didn't overshadow the overall experience. The food, though not out-of-this-world, was undeniably tasty and satisfying. The hamburger and duck we ordered arrived simultaneously! What’s more, the pricing was surprisingly reasonable considering the quality and variety of food offered. In essence, Bill's Greenwich provided a gastronomic journey that, while not exceptional, was thoroughly enjoyable. The flavors were inviting, the atmosphere charming, and the service, though a touch slow, was courteous. It's a place where one can savor a good meal amidst a welcoming environment.

Absolutely disgusting welcoming from the staff, all look unhappy and cannot be bothered to seat you. The food was horrible and the service was terrible. Cold Soggy Tasteless Kiwi burger was ok but was overcooked and I asked for medium rare and the egg was rubbery including the fries being cold. I would avoid this place at all costs, it is a complete rip off and there is not love in the food. Unseasoned and not cooked to properly.

Good service. Chicken burger is tasty and lightly seasoned. Busy downstairs but they have a quiet upstairs area. Decent price. Only fault I noticed is they allowed 2 separate customers to bring dogs in and sit at tables which was a bit unusual. Not sure how common this is. Minus the one issue would highly recommend.

Had lunch here today. I had the caesar salad and my boyfriend had a burger. We also shared some crispy chicken sesame dumplings. The dumplings were AMAZING! So lovely and the chutney was great too. My salad was great, though the chicken was the highlight, nicely charred. My boyfriend's burger was nicely cooked and delicious. We were served by David, who was super friendly and attentive to our table. He made it a great experience and we will defo come again.

Bills is our go-to.. cozy decor. Went in for a late night coffee tete-a-tete, and I requested the lady to serve coffee in a take-away cup (so that it stays hot)- which she gladly obliged with.. Will definitely be returning soon.

We came to London for holidays with the fear of not founding a good gluten free breakfast place. We went to Bill’s where they have dedicated gluten free menu and the food and the service were so good that we repeated twice. My girlfriend is celiac and she had no synthoms of cross contamination, everything was perfect. The staff, specially Aga, is always with a smile in their face and happy to assist you anytime. If we come to London again, we will book our accommodation close to Bill’s!

Such great value at a lovely bustling restaurant! Service fab from the start, and the gluten-free menu is brilliant. Great food and atmosphere, what’s not to like.

Friendly local restaurant in old Greenwich village. Great decor, loads of seating and an large outdoor space as well. They have a varied set of menus, breakfast, brunch and dinner, so lots of choice at different times of the day. The food is flavoursome and well presented, staff are attentive and considering how busy it gets, they keep their calm amongst the frenzy. If you are visiting Greenwich village, try out Bill's, you won't be disappointed.

Mariana was an amazing host and her service was above and beyond. I’m a regular client but this time was extra special. She made my mum, sister and I feel like VIPs. Not to mention great food and desserts. All of the staff is lovely but she is exceptional. Highly recommend to visit.

Without a dinner reservation. Gino with a smile, showed us to the table in less than 5 minutes. Morola calmly penned the food orders, at times suggesting what is most palatable due to our dietary needs. Dijo helpful at service table whenever needed. The seafood linguine, calamari and immunity smoothie blended well with the evening meal. Ended dinner on Mini Desserts. Nice atmosphere and friendly staff.

Great overall. If I had to say something I would have changed is that the chicken was a little bit too dry so after a while it wasn't as nice to eat. The service was great, the restaurant has good views and it's beautiful inside, the prices are ok and the food was delicious. I want to remark that the portions are quite big, which makes me very happy. I paid 12 pounds for the huge Avocado sandwich with a large portion of fries.

This my third time here . Had fruit pancakes with fired eggs and cappuccino. Egg was perfect but the pancakes 🥞 quite suggy and would have prefer a flat pancake . Have had other meals here which I did enjoy , overall ———7/10

Fantastic restaurant with a great dining experience. All staff were very friendly and well mannered. A member of staff named Courtney was very professional and she looked after us. All the staff were fantastic. I highly recommend Bills. Great food. Great staff. Brilliant atmosphere!! I can’t ask for more. ❤️👍🏽💯😎

The food was really good. We were served by a black young lady with purple braids, she was so friendly and had lovely manner when she spoke to my 5 and 12 year old kids. Would definitely recommend the chocolate tart.

Perfect experience. Maeve was our server - she was great, she was very attentive and always asked us if everything was good and if we needed anything. The garden plate and brunch plate were the best! Highly recommended and will be back again. Also reasonably priced.

I went with my sister and my 1 year old for breakfast, was greeted by such a welcoming young hostess, so polite and smiley. Once seated, our food was brought over by another member of staff who again, was friendly, smiley and polite. The food itself tasted lovely Was cheeky and had two breakfasts, traditional English and pancakes. But was worth it, finished my plate off. Hot chocolate tasted awesome without leaving a bitter taste. Will definitely be going back to eat here.

Loved everything about this place from the great atmosphere to AMAZING food. I had the cappuccino and eggs Benedict and shared some of my girlfriend's pancakes. Both of us agreed it was our best meal of our entire trip to Paris and London. It's busy and there's a reason! Well worth it.

  • 5/5 Aiga M. 2 years ago on Google
Amazing lunch deal, good size portion, very tasty and service was very friendly and fast. The atmosphere is very nice too. Had a fried calmari starter (huge portion) and a minute steak. Iced soya latte was very good too. The only downside was fresh juice - not that great. All in all, I am excited to come back for more!

I never knew there was so much to Greenwich. I just booked a hotel for convenience. However, after visiting, I will 100% return. There is a huge amount to visit in Greenwich, plenty of places to eat from Breakfast lunch and Dinner. If you're after a great place, convenient, well priced, beautifully decorated with little to none wait time, then this is the place for you. Absolutely beautiful inside with its quirky décor matched with modern very well. The service was phenomenal, they met our needs down to a T. One of our family members has lots of allergies and 'Bills' accommodated in every way, and the result, the food was amazing! Thank you for the food, Thank you for the experience, Thank you for the service and Thank you for the privilege.

Had a very nice meal at Bill's in Greenwich. I ordered the chicken sandwich with chips. The sandwich was large and ended up taking half of it home. Good service and friendly staff. Mains are between £12-£16. Good veg options also. Would eat there again.

  • 5/5 Aleosha S. 1 year ago on Google
The pancakes looked so good we just decided no go in and have them, although we had no such plans whatsoever. And those pancakes didn't disappoint. I couldn't finish the portion, though, which is rare. Will definitely come back to try the sweet pancakes next time. The service was also very good, despite the place been packed.

  • 4/5 Richard C. 1 year ago on Google
Food nice, staff friendly and happy to help, with the exception of the barman who decided to keep our drinks waiting until we'd FINISHED our starters. Also, watch out for the service charge they add on to the bill. Most places are 10% for more than 6 guests... Our bill had 12.5% for 2 guests

  • 3/5 Makesi S. 2 years ago on Google
Having experienced Bills before I was looking forward to this visit, however there were some issues. The food was not to the usual high standards, they were out of salmon, prawns so my wife had to settle for something she didn't actually want. They were out of lemonade, but to make it worse they were out of bottled water. When our mains came out they forgot one order so we had all eaten while one of us had no food. Props to the staff for giving us the meal complementary and also for the good service.
