Gem of a spot. Large walk in humidor with all the choices youโ€™d expect. Friendly and helpful staff. A five minute walk from Piccadilly Circus station.

One of my favourite places to relax and enjoy a cigar. With the iconic window upstairs in the lounge. Also has Winston Churchills old chair which can be visited in the museum with some other old relics of the cigar world. Highly recommend

Had a fantastic experience. A great nerdy chat with Joe from within the humidor Walked away with a few cigars and a pipe. Brilliant afternoon cigar in the smoking lounge with good company. All in all is a stop not to be missed if u enjoy your tobacco

Amazing cigars and museum. The service was great. Very friendly and took care of all my cigar needs. I highly recommend this amazing shop. If you need a cigar or like Winston Churchill this is a must stop in London.

Beautiful shop. I went in looking for some pipe tobacco and was directed towards shervs blend. The tobacco was bone dry and all the taste was gone. Very disappointing given the premium price paid. I feel like the person behind the counter didn't have the knowledge to serve the tastes I was asking for but just suggested a random blend anyways. They should also, and more importantly, have known that the tobacco was no where near smoking condition when they weighed it out and packed it. I reached out to them privately to voice my concerns but never heard back.

Good selection of cigars. Comfy and cozy cigar lounge. Professional staff who can help you to choose the right cigar to accompany your mood and ensure that you have a great time while enjoying it in a spacious cigar lounge.

Strolled in by chance. Was so glad I did, not only a terrific selection of cigars, but the most helpful and knowledgeable staff. The store is terrific and very well laid out complete with a smoking room upstairs. To top it all off, they have a museum downstairs of former patrons and it is fascinating. Can't recommend highly enough.

It pains me to give the store 3/5 as I had a fantastic experience at the Selfridges store a few weeks ago. Firstly, it's worth saying that I was in the market for a new pipe and tobacco, not cigars. If I'd had been purchasing cigars then I no doubt would be awarding 5 stars. The humidor is well stocked, wide ranging and the staff are knowledgeable. The pipe experience is somewhat lacking. Unfortunately, the pipes on the walls are sometimes marked as a result of the fixtures holding them to the wall. I couldn't warrant myself paying a premium for a pipe that's less than perfect condition. That said, the basket pipes were in great condition and in abundance. I was anticipating a wide selection of pipe tobaccos given the jars behind the counter. Sadly, the majority of these are empty so the range is quite small. Adding to this the limited tinned tobacco brands and then you're not going to find anything new to tickle your fancy. The gentleman who served was pleasant but had limited knowledge of pipes. He did his best to help and was friendly. This is not a complaint, just an observation, and I would stress that his attentiveness to me was brilliant. The tobacco prices are probably the highest you'll find. But you're in a prime location in London with wonderfully high skilled staff supporting you, albeit not in pipes. I appreciate the reason why the premium is there and again, this is not a complaint. The store itself is steeped in history. The atmosphere is other worldly, like stepping back in time. Even if you're not a cigar or pipe aficionado, it is still well worth a visit.

Polite staff, good smoking room. Went there to try my first cigar. Guys in the shop suggested Epicure n 2, which I enjoyed.

Awesome cigar place to be in London. This famous store is located on the cigar mile in St. James. Staff were friendly and very knowledgeable. This store has the chair where Winston Churchill's used to sit and smoked his cigars. Great experience and a must visit if you're in town !

Ciro was outstanding. His customer service and attention to detail was incomparable. They also have an awesome lounge upstairs where youโ€™re able to smoke. Please check this place out and also do yourself a pleasure and allow Ciro to assist you.

It is a great place to purchase cigars, very nice staff, but do NOT have them in their smoking lounge. Itโ€™s the worst ventilated one Iโ€™ve ever tried in London by far. Your eyes will itch, you will struggle to breath and your clothes will need a good wash. Very disappointed this time around as was looking forward to meeting friends for a cigar, but turned out to be a complete let down. We were going to the toilet to grab some fresh air every 20 min

Excellent service - I only went in to buy a lighter & cutter as Birthday gifts for a work colleague - the chap serving me was happy to talk through a few options before recommending a lighter that he thought might be better, even though it was considerably cheaper than others I'd looked at. Even though I was almost definitely spending the least of anybody calling in today, I still was made to feel like a valued customer. Thanks very much.

Sadly the service has gone downhill. Although my visit today has certainly helped make the decision easier. On arrival, the young man takes me through to the cigars, greeting me with โ€˜My manโ€™, before proceeding to not really listen to what I am looking for, yet he greets every subsequent customer (many younger than myself), and a colleague, with the usual โ€˜Hello Sir/Madamโ€™, giving notably better and more respectful service. Relevant to this is his skin colour as I am sure he would also expect to be treated with a similar level of respect as his colleagues, irrespective of colour. Pretty dire, I have decided to give this place a miss from now on.

Amazing lounge, they have a museum and great selection of cigars and accesories. Cheaper cigar its like 10 pounds, you can buy and smoke upstairs. They offer for free water and coffe. Wonderfull experience.

A wonderful shop and humidor. The staff are very knowledgable and happy to spend time with you. I went in and selected a cigar to sample in their sampling room and it was a delightful afternoon. A wonderful shop and long may it stay

Quite simply an awsome experience to see where Sir Winston Churchill bought his cigars, a little piece of history. Staff are knowable and helpful.

Excellent collection of pipes, pipe tobacco, and cigars. Also, there are some cheap pipe options if you are like me and forgot your pipe at home. The small museum with Churchills chair is a must-see for cigar lovers.

Donโ€™t be fooled by the stuffโ€™s fake kindness. Terrible ventilation - poor service- you cannot get any soft drink in 45 mins. Check the cups that they serve the coffee if you are lucky. Ashtrayโ€™s being cleaned once a day I guess!
